Stopped off and found this cache on my way home from a good days cach oops I mean work Nice but rather long alternative to the freeway.... Thanks for the cache
I was sure I had logged this find, but apparently not! Sorry for the late log.
Found on the way home from a conference. Lovely spot.
Just the type of cache I like to find....don't have to worry "too" much about muggles.

I had a feeling of dejavu as I turned off the highway here
Another past DNF I wondered as I wandered through the snow gums to GZ.
Aha!! A nice easy find
Hmmm!! The original logbook dating back to 2007 !!
I couldn't believe I had missed finding this cache last time so I flicked through the pages.
There it was "Found by If" on 3/3/10
That one slipped through the net !!
So I will claim the smilie this time around

Found this nice little cache on our trip home from Wombeyan Caves. Took the TB to move along, thanks.
A beautiful reserve, even at dusk and despite the mozzies eating Lion. Another old project site of Lion's, good to see hardly any rubbish there and the willows gone out of the creek area. Geodog was desperate to chase skippy so had to be enleashed for this one. Too dark to see whether the Rural Lands Protection Board are still working on the other woody weeds but the bloke who manages this reserve tries hard. Elmo got to play with the night time setting on the GPS.

We weren't going to stop for any more caches while heading south but we needed to make amends for our dnf up the road. Quickly found in a classic hide. Thanks JABs!
Family was on the way to Jenolan caves and then onto Sydney. Had a few trackables to get out of Canberra and this was a good sized cache for my son to find as well as a bit of a rest stop to get out and stretch the legs. A nice easy find and we were quickly on our way again. Cheers and thanks for the cache!
Thanks for the cache and the pencil sharpener! Had do to a U-turn when the absent minded driver went past without stopping, but the U-turn was well worth it. TFTC
Nice area. It felt like TaurusSix and I were in the bush rather than on a drive-by.
Reperio at 1935. On the way to Dubbo this evening for the weekend, and I was lucky that the rain had eased a little so as to make the dash over to GZ a little less wetter. Very spooky here at night.
Gratias.

Loved the snowgums in the torch light, but I didn't stick around for long - much too cold with the wind chill factor.
Cheers.

Thanks for the cache, and the trip down memory lane.

Had this one on the list for the drive up to Wombeyan Caves. After we drove past and realised we had, turned around and backtracked. Girls had fun finding and a passing car beeped - not sure if they knew what we were up to ...
Girls took Force 2000 pin and thong keyring, left flower mirror, snap cards and fridge magnet.

A nice spot off the side of the road. Dropped off my coin for the start of I hope a long journey. I written in log book that I took a travel bug but on closer look it’s a GI Jane fitness first boot camp bog tag on chain which had a smiley face attached to it (a strong magnet inside). Will drop into a cache soon. TFTC / TFTH / SL
Found while travelling to Blackheath for a conference. A nice quiet spot among the snowgums.

Went round and round the cache before racing Shod geokid to find it. He got there first. TFTC
Loved the spot amoung the trees. Good access, private and not too easy. Let the geokid locate this one solo. TFTC.
Very interesting little lay by formed by the construction of a newer road alignment and an interesting place to find snow gums! found the cache ok. Nice spot! TFTC
Near the end of or 24hours run. #63 so a little disappointed. Freezing cold here tonight and the rain/sleet didnt help. TFTC
second on our way north a great location the trees are just beautiful took geocoin and we restocked poor looking cache
Found with SecretSquirrel-BJC on our Bathurst invasion weekend. A great chance to cache with friends from the ACT and Queanbeyan and to meet some locals.
Found the right way in and had the cache logged shortly after.

My first trip to Bathurst for 34 years – came up through Booroowa and Cowra and headed home via Oberon and Goulburn. Although with that many caches, my memory has blurred, I have come away with a great appreciation of the countryside and seen more of the towns than if I was doing my normal touristy thing. I have seen historic locations, scenic locations, fun locations, tricky micros, easy micros, evil micros – fantastic.
Thanks JABs for the break in the drive, the short walk in the bush and the fun of the hunt.

found the old road, and zero'd in on the GZ while rest of the crew rested as they had previously found it, it was left a little exposed so did my best to cover it a bit better..
doh didn't know coin was un-activated...

A quick find, once we manged to get off the road and up to GZ. Putting the blinker on to indicate a right turn was apparently misinterpreted by the following group of muggle motorcyclists as a cue to overtake - it could have ended in tears (or much much worse), but my very motorcycle aware chauffeur was on the ball, and an accident averted. A lonely spot, apart from the noise of said motorcyclists and their numerous friends. Thanks JABs for the cache

Got to gz with the geobrother in law and 2 geoneices on the way to the farm. Geobrother in law knew roughly when to go as he goes past this point every weekend but never knew there was a cache there. Quick find just before dark. kids made a swap of a tracing outline and the little one took another cachers card to draw on. Left some navy tatts TFTC
Found on my way back out from the caves, seeing some familiar names in the log book.

Found on a drive home from the Blue Mountains after visiting Jenolan Caves. A nice easy find and a break from the drive. TNLN. thanks
This was an easy find - it was totally uncovered! TNLNSL, and replaced the obvious "cammo" so the cache was hidden again. Thank you for the interesting history of this portion of the long paddock, and for the cache JABs!
Stopped here on our way to the Blue Mountains. It was a lovely quiet spot and was bathed in sunshine when we arrived at 16:00 and the cache was quickly uncovered.

A good place for a cache and thanks for placing one here. Found early in the morning on my way back home.
Found it on our first day of caching. Was an easy find and junior muggle got very excited when she saw it next to the tree.
A tip there is a small track you can pull into near the cache.
took necklace and put in toy car.

Snowgum, now that's a great timber to smoke Trout with.
A quick dash into the scrub produced the prize.
We did some swapps and left a TB for the next to find.
Many thanks to JABs for the hunt.

I'll take your word for it (that it's a snow gum). Certainly small compared to those in Coolah Tops.
A pleasant little find in the snowgums off the old road. Thanks JABs.

2 of 132 for the Bathurst Endurance weekend with Hoojar & Steeba. Thanks for the fun and adventure.
We parked on the old road and when Mrs Homedg asked what the name of this cache was, her reply was a simple "Which one?"
Found and logged quickly and we were on our way.
Thanks for another cache JAB's.
