No finds for over a year and multiple dnf, if owner cant maintain it then it should be archived
2nd attempt still couldn't find. Even redid the calculations, with 4 different lizard amts in case you were being sneaky
Got calcs correct, well after triple checking them. Off to gz we wandered but after half hour and searchinh everywhere we still came up with a miss. We even check everything the hint says in the park and still got nothing. Maybe a check from the owner to make sure it is still here woyldnt go astray
OCW with Sensible Shoes & Little Shoes after school. Ms S, Little Shoes & I came out after school to do the counting, but messed up the 1st time round. Ms S came back for take 2 whilst we were at school and succeeded. So we found it today. TFTC.
We came back for the 2nd time and you will not guess what happened.....WE FOUND IT!!!! We took a cute little giraffe and left a Kraken keyring (because Hidden Creatures has started) and I LOVE swapping S.W.A.G.! TFTC
Another MsS solo mission today. I came after school yesterday with Shoes Junior and Little Shoes. We successfully collected all info but made a fatal mathematical error (that I realised once I rechecked calcs at home) that saw us leave empty handed. After school drop off this morning I bumped into @lakkahunters and she ignited my geo-excitement gland ...so instead of dashing straight home to put on the slow cooker and wash pyjamas as was my plan, i came home "the long way"and with my new GZ destination correctly calculated, had CIH no troubles this time. TFTC!
A little stroll through the park.
Spent a little extra time making sure I had done calcs correctly after reading other logs.
Had no trouble finding the cache.
Signed the log and rehid.
Thanks

Finally getting around to logging this one. Found with itsonlybarney and geokid, on the second attempt. Originally solved incorrectly. TFTC
An early morning walk in the cool before starting a somewhat busy day.
I have attempted this cache twice before, and each time I have failed to locate GZ. Not sure why we have had wrong coordinates in the past, but my guess comes from using the wrong base point. All I can say is, make sure you read the description carefully.
As previously mentioned, the ziplock bags were torn, however Crzymelly and I have replaced them with a fresh bag, so now the cache is good as new.
TFTC (and the avenged DNF)

We attempt this one then gave up after doing calculations wrong.. or partial wrong.
So I ask for help .. yep south correct... so my maths was correct on that.
Crash2079 gave me East .. After I kindly ask for help. I have no idea where I went wrong.
After doing some other caches in the area we drop off the family member and came back. Muggles wander around play pokemon but walk straight past to GZ. Found gz after a short search.
I found a wood log/ stump that had crushed the container. We literally bent the container back into shape... I add some toys .. and sign log. Needs some tlc of new zip lock bag.

Cache # 4 for the day.
I would love to say that I had completed my first Multi Cache. I collected the information from WP1 and WP2 and calculated what I thought was GZ.
Not sure if I was meant to be off the beaten track given the protected Cumberland Plain Woodland in the area is now listed as Critically Endangered ([NSW OEH](http://www.environment.nsw.gov.au/determinations/cumberlandwoodlandsFD.htm))

Out and about tracking down some unloved multis with the geoWife. This was our first stop. We had fun collecting the clues then sat down at the bench near WP2 to crunch the numbers. A short stroll later we found ourselves at GZ. Needed to extend our search a little to encounter the hint object.

Walked to WP1 found the required information and then walked to WP2. Had a seat and did the calculations and worked out where GZ was. Walked over to GZ and after a short search the cache was found. The log was signed and the cache was replaced as found. Thank you Deputy D0g for placing this cache.
We went to WP1 and recorded the relevant information and then proceeded to go to WP2. The correct number of lizards had us a bit confused, so checked with another cacher who confirmed the correct number. The final co-ordinates were calculated but had to be put on hold for another day. This being the day, we parked fairly close to GZ and walked over to make the find. No problem when you have the right numbers. Log was signed, all was replaced. Thanks to deputy D0g for this only slightly frustrating multi.
Found with Coybear2000. We've passed this park many times and today we decided to give this one a go. We gathered all the information, but saw that one gave a couple of answers, depending on how it was looked at. We made a note of both and did the calculations. The first spot we went to wasn't promising so we went to the other and soon made the find. TFTC
Out with Trodectus for a find. Arrived WP1 got info and headed to WP2. Had some figures and did the calcs, wrong area for GZ, redid calcs with alternate figure and spot on for GZ. Cache located, log signed and returned. TFTC
After a transcription error when putting the final coordinates in led me out of the park, I was glad to grab the cache. Had to duck and weave a aggressive magpie for a bit.
I had time to do a couple of park & grabs on the way to Windsor but instead chose to do this multi that I saw had been hidden back in 2007 in a month that I needed for my jasmer (finds by hidden month) grid.
No difficulty collecting the information I needed at WP1 and WP2, though I found that one question could be looked at in 2 different ways. To be safe, I therefore decided to do the maths twice, coming up with 2 possible locations for GZ. Looking at things from on high suggested one was a more likely hide location than the other, so that's where I went ... and made a fairly quick find, though in the interests of expediency and fading light, I did take advantage of the offered hint. Yay ... one more month on my jasmer now ticked off!
Thanks for placing this cache way back when, Deputy D0g, and for keeping it alive for so long.

#2095 (9 of 9 today)
Decided to head north west today to pick up a few caches after grabbing tickets to the first Day/Night Test in Adelaide. Ooh, caching in Adelaide...
As a result only had a few hours to grab what I could. Got 9 (including two multis) and one DNF. Good conversion rate.
END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION
For some strange reason, my iPhone was displaying this cache as a traditional rather than a multi. But once here I quickly realised what was what and started collecting the clues. I found one slightly ambiguous, but noted both answers just in case.
Crunched the numbers in my head to produce two possible GZs, one for each possibility. Walked via one to the other, realising the first was wrong. At the other I checked a few spots but nothing. So I rechecked my calcs - aah, just a few decimals out. At the corrected spot I saw a few possible hides and then spotted something suss in the gathering gloom.
CIH!
Completed signing duties and replaced. Time to head for home and dinner.

29/07/15. 1:25 PM. Cache #2743. Streak day #402.
5th of 11 this afternoon, clearing out caches between Quakers Hill, Marayong and Kings Park.
Like the past 3 Train Spotters I had just found (the last one being "Douglas Siding"), this multi was a past DNF that I had hoped to redeem today. When I first did this in December, it might have been the light rain that was falling and threatening to get heavier that made me rush, and most likely fudge my numbers. Especially when being a couple of digits out can be so much more out when multiplication is involved.
Anyway, no such dramas today; good weather, and plenty of time to make sure my numbers were right. Even so, I still had to make another small correction to get it right today. Once at this GZ, quite a ways from December's spot, it was an easy find. Signed the log and dropped in a GC. Next cache, "Train Spotter - M17 39.505U". TFTC.

Rode Their with My Friend and we Did all the Calculations witch were fun. had the usual debate about the number of Lizards.
Got to GZ and Couldn't find it. We looked high, low, every where with in 20-30 meters and we still couldn't find it. TFTC though it was a Good way to get out of the House in the Holidays.

Decided to grab a few caches this morning, as rain was expected for the afternoon.
A nice straight forward multi, which we enjoyed doing.
Many thanks for placing this cache, Deputy D0g, for us and others to find.

#4 That was fun first to work out the final co-ordinates but think I got the Easting wrong. Followed the idea of bella & found it on the way back. My first multi
23/12/14. 2:30 PM. After finding "Robin Hood" (which ended up being my 4th and final cache for the day), I gave this one a go. I got what I thought were the right coordinates from the two waypoints, as light rain started to fall. By the time I got to the GZ that I'd calculated, it was getting heavier and I was not prepared.
No hiding places here fitting the hint, but I thought my lizard count might have been wrong so I headed along the east line, looking at three examples of the hint thing. No sign of a cache at any of these, though I did find a fat blue-tongued skink, who scarpered into a tight spot as soon as he saw me. As if having no luck in the rain was bad enough, I got the call from the geowife that meant stumps for the day. I'll be back.

This one took a while. I quickly gathered what I thought was all the information at the two waypoints, but failed to find a cache at my calculated GZ even though I checked all likely places within a wide search area. I decided to return to the waypoints to check my figures and, in doing so, realised that I had missed some information. Once I was at my re-calculated GZ I soon had CIH. Phew!
An excellent multi, thanks Deputy D0g.

Much easier in daylight.
Had a bit of confusion with C, but calculated two values and would try out both. Just to run into trouble when I realised that I had put in the wrong value for the Southings.
In the end, I had cache in hand.
Thanks for the cache.

Out caching in the afternoon between Quakers Hill and Schofields stations. First looked for the traditional cache Robin Hood but couldn't find it initially and decided to complete this multi first. A, B and C were easy enough to find, however I wasn't confident about D at all and had to retrace my steps again just to recount. E was pretty simple, I sat down on the seats near the turtles to calculate GZ, which seemed plausible, so I headed in that direction to make a quick easy find in the end. Really great place to hide a cache, SL and replaced plastic zip-log bag with a fresh new one since the existing one was completely split. TFTC Deputy D0g!
It took a few scans on the map of this area for me to realise that there's two caches here, and not one. So after finishing 'Robin Hood', I set out to do this multi.
I computed two sets of co-ordinates, as I wasn't sure about the lizard counting. The second set of co-ords turned out to be the most useful, and I had CIH. SL and returned it to its hiding spot. No men in tights observed in this park - I think the cold weather must have kept them away today. TFTC Deputy D0g

A great multi this afternoon.
Details from WP1 were quickly had, it was then off to WP2. I didn't read all the instructions properly and missed a couple of lizards on the way, sending me on a goose chase for the final GZ.
After heading back and following the path i finally had all the lizards and it was off to the final point. Walking walking walking, DAMMIT! I did the wrong calculation again. Fourth time luckily and finally had the CIH. Cache in good condition. TFTC.

This was our 2nd try at this cache the 1st time our maths was off. Enjoyed the cache keeping our streak alive. TFTC
did the counts and got two possible hides based on interpretation. checked both with no joy so I did s line calculation between the two also with no luck. I was about to move on when I did a recheck of the original GZ and the cover just about bit me. must be getting tired to miss that on the first pass. a well done multi but a checksum could be useful
Wow!! What a great multi. I had lots of fun. Gathered the info needed and sat down to work it out. Was a bit worried about my maths but ground zero led me straight to the cache. Found on Day 23 of the 31 days of geocaching challenge. Thanks Deputy Dog!! PS had the park all to myself today so no encounters with men in tights!!
I think maybe my counting of lizards was wrong looked for areas that matched the hint but no cache, and I couldn't further afield either as people were planting trees
Second time looking for this one as we made an error in our maths for the final coordinates. After going home and working through the puzzle again I quickly saw our error. Turned out we were quite close the first time, but not close enough. Thanks for the tour of the park and TFTC!

Nice little multi. Made the same mistake as others in not including ALL the turtles (even the ones not directly on the path) Took me to a likely spot but then read the logs and realised my mistake. A quick recalculation and Cache was soon in hand. Sl TFTC.
Thanks DD for the cache a nice little multi we buggered up the lizard count to start with re-grouped and a nice little stroll to GZ soon had cih, cheers.
Good fun! We did have 2 alternatives with lizard count - a couple were not quite exactly ON the DIRECT path, but easily found with the second alternative.
Understand the name of this cache now. Find number 12 in our Sydney cachpedition found with a little help from someone that had already found this one. TFTC SL
0935, GAFF1, Armed with fresh data in the GPS today, we followed the trail however we did not count all of the lizards hence our calcs were out, so back to square one
Second time around we arrived at GZ and soon had CIH.

We were soon approached by someone who knew what we were looking for, nice to meet you HappyPaintball
After. short chat and some Intel on his cache not to far away, we decided to call this one off until we reloaded the GPS.
We will be back another day, TFTC Deputy D0g

Tryied at night. Ended up with 3 possable locations with the calcs. Maybe next time in the day.
On route to gz after finally figuring gz. We noticed a couple of ppl that were not far from where gz so we aborted the mission and will cone back another day
A quiet afternoon in the forest. No ambushes or lupin hold-ups. Had a brief head scartch wondering whether to count what I'd seen or just what I'd walked over, but the first choice workled out and a quick turn of the head at GZ revealed the prize. The container must have changed since this was published. SL, TFTC.

I arrived here in the pouring rain and decided to brave it with Geodaughter to collect the required info to complete this Multi. We got all the required info at Waypoint 1 and proceeded to Waypoint 2, the rain was torrential by this time and it was nearly impossible to count the lizards on the way. We counted the turtles and retreated to the car hoping to catch a break in the rain and return to count the lizards but alas this was not to be!
Soaked and with only part of the required info we decided to try again another day. [:(!]
After contacting CO to confirm the answer to the question we were set on the right track and got to GZ without any trouble. [^]
Geoson quickly found a brand new container and we put some ink in the new log well after the sun had gone down (I can't wait for Day Light Savings to Return)!
It started raining again as we left GZ but we did not care we had another Multi Smiley!!!

Having attempted and solved this maths months ago I actually had the final coords incorrect. I had PM'd the CO to check and was shown my mistake. Opps, never would have found it there...hehehe. So back this afternoon, I parked in a familiar spot. I made my way to GZ, running down the path as the rain look imminent. Got close and saw the cache in the open..Hmmm.... Grabbed it and opened it up to find it water logged. The log as saturated and even it's bag was full of water. I had nothing to dry it with, nor any bags to replace it either, so I dried it out as best I could.
Not sure how the previous finders could SL, as I couldn't, so took some pics to verify my find. Replaced everything back and left covered as best I could, but this needs maintenance. Good to finally complete this one and get it off my DNF list. Thanx DD, TFTC.

Desperate need of maintenance. The log is so wet, it cannot be signed and everything in the cache is wet as well.
calculations weren't too bad. Glad I had my notebook though to assist! Thanks guys
Had a great time finding this cache, only to be disappointed that when opened, it STANK and was saturated.
We enjoyed finding this chache. A little disappointed to find water in the container and the log book saturated.
Found it with the merry men.
With all the recent rain the note pad was drenched through and will need drying out.
Excellent cache otherwise.

Came past in the heat and did the sums correctly, or so I thought. Got to GZ and started searching as per the hint and could not find this bugger. Had a snake sighting at another cache close by, and was cautious about getting too far in. Will be back.
Another enjoyable multi. Thanks for bringing me to check out this pleasant park. Found cache very much out in the open, so i placed it back as per clue. Thankyou
Maths multi's,you are never quite sure if you get it all right, still got it first time though TFTC
After the recent discovery of being able to do multis on the mobile app we gave this one a go. Numbers and equations easy to find and calculate. Took Ugh Nasty trackable for an adventure. TFTC
I almost missed this cache in my travels, when suddenly it was beside me due to a detour I had to take to cross the railway line bewteen caches, so I simply HAD to stop and give it a go, and I'm glad I did.
The lizards are cool, though It was a tossup whether to count the one or two just past the junction when the path split near GZ, and of course the right choice was xxxxxxxxx.
A short walk to GZ was soon caclulated, and the hiding spot was found in no time once I was there.
Dropped off a One Eyed Travel Bug, and headed on for more caching.
#5 of 6 finds for the day (plus a couple fo GCA locationless "finds")

Had limited time which ran out on this attempt (and misreading the calc's didn't help any). Will try again soon.
I've put off my attempt on this one off for more than a year, thinking that I needed more time for a multi than I'd have available over my lunch hour.
However, rapidly running out of GC caches to find around The Hills area, I drove west today to have a go. Found all the required info OK, with the usual question about the exact number of lizards in doubt, as usual.
(I counted both possibilities and calculated two different sets of coordinates.)
The rest was straightforward, except that when I arrived near one of the possible GZs, I saw a black sistema box out in the open!
Yep, it was the cache alright, and slightly damp inside. However, the plastic bag had protected the log book. It didn't look like it had suffered any damage, so I cleaned it up as best I could and hid it in a likely place that followed on from the clue.
TNLSNL.
Will send a PM to the CO with further details.
Many thanks to Deputy D0g.

We had fun finding this one today. WP1 was no problem, got the required bits of information easily there.
On to WP2 & a bit of a dilemna - which lizards do we count? Just the ones on the direct path? Or the ones that are on the other branch of the path as well? I eventually decided to make the calculations with both counts, & see which I needed. One of these turned out to be the correct option, but I don't think I shall say which one it was .
The seat near WP2 was conveniently located for my mathematical manipulations, it was nice & shady which was appreciated as the afternoon was getting a bit hot.
Had second lot of dramas with the maths - for some reason I initially made the necessary adjustments to the eastings of both WP1 & WP2, instead of the required adjustments. But luckily I realised this when entering the numbers into the GPSr. A little bit more maths & we were ready to search.
I'd entered what turned out to be the wrong set of numbers for our first attempt but it became obvious that I'd chosen the wrong set. Quick re-entry of numbers & we headed in a much more promising direction. I think there was maybe 30m difference between the 2 results. A bit of a search in the promising area & we soon unearthed the cache. Signed the log & added a few small items to the container.
Thanks, we enjoyed our walk around this park this afternoon.

As with most recent logs, had to double check my calculations when first attempt at GZ had me looking and feeling like an empty handed porcupine from weed burrs. Once that was done, co-ordinates were spot on for a quick find. Took unicorn TB on a journey south.
Dont ask me how, but we somehow managed to use waypoint 2 coords for the calculations instead of waypoint 1!! DOH! this had us chasing out tails! We probably saw more of this park with the hour we were there, than the cache planter intended.
We never actually got the correct coords sorted until i got home. it was by luck that we stumbled upon a location that seemed to be indicated in the hint. A quick scout, and i spotted a formation of branches and bark near somthing that didn't look natural.
Removed the branches, and after a quick dig, the cache was in hand!

Found this multi very interesting. Plenty of clues to find and calculations to perform!!
When the cache was located, it was out in the open for all to see and very wet inside although the log book was ok in it's plastic bag. Will contact CO with more details.
