Took a group of young and up and coming cachers who were participating in the 2010 Relay for Life to find this one. Had read that it may have been muggled. After a short search of the site all that was found was the tattered remnants of the pink log book.
We found an old tattered small pink note book lying on the ground near the 'prickly little guards' which judging by the readable notes inside was the cache log. It would appear the cache has been removed or destroyed
Reperio at 2100. Without knowing the local area to well, I ended up parking in the Bunnings car park and made a quick jog to GZ. With no one around, the cache was soon found, although being very mindful of the little pricks guarding the cache.

A quick early morning find before heading back to Canberra. Took trackable for relocation to the A.C.T. Cheers and thanks for the cache.
We were down in the Wollongong area for the weekend so did a bit of caching while we were here. We parked over near the tennis courts and had an enjoyable walk around to near GZ. Marco was the designated "muggle spotter" while I searched for the cache and we soon had it in hand. There was no TB in the cache despite one being listed. We dropped off the Eura TB and signed the log. TFTC
This one was harder to find than I expected, but in the end it soon revealed itself, prickles and all.
Thanks PB, and I had fun watching some young kids attempting some pole vaulting at the track..

found location and quickly grabbed cache before slow moving senior muggle came. did it with Toadmiester 7 and our dog.TFTC
Completed with Ace7 and our dog Milo who enjoyed the walk. Reached GZ and then waited till area was muggle free. Quick Grab OUCH and then logged and stashed. TFTC
Tbone and I were out this way riding bikes and stopped in to drop off a TB. I have a soft spot for this cache as it was the first Wollongong cache we found. I thought it was missing initially. LOL. I suck at geocaching sometimes.
A quick find with workmate Eddie who was being shown geocaching. Eddie says that this appears fun. Log only, Thanks for the hide.

Once I got my gloves on this was a quick find. Greetings from Everett, WA, USA. TFTC

As McPhan said, there was much anxiety about whether we had chosen the right side of the fence, until we spotted some likely cover. Found by Zsazsa7. Thanks Paegle Boy.
2601. [font=Trebuchet Ms][green]For interstate visitors the biggest issue was - in or out. Eventually we decided out and once at GZ the find was made at the only possible spot.

cant remember if that was the date.... i made a new account....was an easy find
Being a last minute trip, I didn't go through the last logs like i should have. Having very few places to look at GZ and not finding it, I checked on the Oregon that i saw in the last log that its gone. (over 3 months ago)
This one needs to be disabled until its checked/replaced.

Thought there were TB's in the cache. Went to pick them up but the cache wasn't there. I had only found this a few months back so I know where it was then.
Should be checked out.
Hope this is OK to log this as "needs maintenance" rather than DNF.

Hi. Nice easy find, just what I needed after a long lay off.
I've left two travel bugs and one geocoin (Canadian). The owner of one of the travel bugs (the one in the plastic bag) was asking me to move it on (quite rightly after many months). Could someone pick up this travel bug and move it on after its companions as it is meant to move? I didn't have time.
Thank you,
Kane.

I wanted to do this easy one on the invasion tour but was outvoted, a solo driveby and walk today produced a good result. I just love the sound plastic makes when its tapped especially in these areas. Bumped the GC that I will log later as it's buried in the car somewhere.

Took my sister, brother in-law and their two sons caching for the first time and this was the first cache we found. They were suitably impressed and the kids loved it.
Took marbles and left a spinning top.
TFTC in a nice area and easily accesible.

After short walk I found it with no problems, good cache-drop TB- thanks paegle boy
will have a look when the Relay for lifeâ„¢ is on and will be bering a new cache to (if it is not there)
Might want to check this one. There is a pile if cut timber and leaves where once there would have been trees.
It couldnt be anywhere else but where it was, but it still took us a while to find. There were people warming up at the nearby facilities. It looked like they were going to go pole-vaulting judging by the long pole and mats they were dragging out.
Thanks for the cache
Thanks for the cache
Please note that I dropped a TB (Blue Cat) in this cache but accidentally recorded it as having been dropped into 'Has the postie come yet 2'. Ooops! I hope whoever decides to move it on can sort out my little mess.
Our first find on the last day of the Wollongong Invasion weekend. A nice easy find to start the day. TFTC
Found with SuperJaz, Bewilderbeest, and Ultra Violet Z. on the Wollongong Invasion weekend. This was very very well hidden.

Found with mtbikeroz, Tankengine, mtrax, Sol de Lune and Secretsquirrel-BJC on the Wollongong Invasion. This was a fantastic weekend of fun and sun, meeting the locals, and chasing excellent caches.
Enjoyed the early evening walk to GZ, timed nicely to coincide with the passing train. Thanks Paegle boy.

35th find of 41 for car number 3 (Mtbikeroz, Tankengine, Mtrax, Sol de lune) on the first day of our caching invasion to Wollongong. Also along with us for this one was car 4, Secret Squirrel and Captain Tomato.
Another find after the cache dinner. Parked nearby and walked the path to find the cache in it's hiding spot. And yep, the coal train was a long one.
TNLN and TFTC Paegle Boy - is this the 50th you were looking for!!
Cheers,

A great weekend for the Wollongong Invasion with Sol de Lune, TankEngine & mtrax, and often teaming up with SecretSquirrel-BJC and Captain Tomato at times. A wonderful weekend of caches, views, sub-terranian and very clever hides.
A nice hide in a nice spot, Thanks Paegle boy.
So, my fellow cachers think that coal train was long did they - Ha - I've seen 3 times that length up in a Nth NSW location. But hey, whos counting carriages, it was a NICE spot anyway.
