Stopped here briefly on my way from Lithgow back to Leura and am glad I did. It's been years since I've visited in these parts.

Cache was found at the published coordinates and was in good shape. Contents were nice and dry.

A lovely spot to visit and not far at all from the Great Western Highway.

Just remember to pull your geovehicle all the way off the road before you start searching.

Found on tour around Lake Lyell. Nice Spot! Easy to find cache with a good spot to pull car over. Took Yowie/Anemone TB left Hayndog's Foreign Traveller Geocoin. TFTC

Staying at the nearby campground for the World Masters Orienteering Champs. Quick find on adrive into Lithgow looking for a cheap meal. I wouldn't describe this as a micro though - its a fairly standard size. Great views, TFTC

Nearly 360 degree views here. Cache was found easily and the geocoin snaffled for more travel.

Quick find at the roadside on the way from Lake Lyell to Lithgow. Just beside the cache there was a new roadkill, a wombat.
Took TB Race Around Australia 2 and a water-level, left CG Elementary.

to easy I wish it was a bit harder.

Found it pretty easy.

Cache now restocked and a couple of Cache notes included.

If you stand near ground zero for too long you will be covered in ants. (And they get everywhere)
The cache contains the log book and nothing else. No geo-coin, no swaps.

Nice sunny day for a drive. Good to see a bit more water in the lake. Lots of people down there for the long weekend.

Found whilst on O'night camping trip. shot up from Northo (over the mountain)and started here to camp up on the plateaucaching on the way home.
lucky it was warm o'night as i forgot the sleeping bag , but Ute Dog and picnic rug put us in good stead.

I had to wait until the farmer left before attempting this one. Fortunately the view was there to occupy my time. Once the coast was clear I was able to make a quick find and pick up the TB.

Our first of a very long and busy day as we wound our way up to Bathurst to checkout the Routers event that was being held over this weekend.

And easy find, though, some whopping great low cloud had stolen the damn view from us, so, no idea what was out there today.

Grabbed a bug and a coin and left something behind.

While camping at Lake Lyell, Chippym and I took the horde of kids up to find this cache. The wind was so strong, it nearlly blew us off the hill! Didn't take long to retrieve the cache.

Dropped off To Hell and Back TB and Bad Andy GC. TNLN else. Cheers for the hide. Thanks for placing one out near one of our favourite camping sites. It's a shame the GCA Cache "Lake Lyell" (http://geocaching.com.au/cache/ga0042) doesn't get much attention. Thanks again!

Mrs R decided to park just over 200 away so a bit of a walk was on! Mr R and Charlee Router took the find, nice and easy!
