Sorry, I somehow missed the email that this had been found vandalised, I will archive it now, bugger this was the first cache I placed, I can't maintain it as I am now living on the west coast.
Unfortunatly we found the cache vandalised. We have informed the CO and removed what was left of the cache.
Out and about for a family afternoons adventure. Wandering the wetlands looking to see what we could see & to burn off some of the pent up Wee Dude energy. Bit soggy at GZ and had to side-step some 'Human Waste' on the appraoch (watch out followup cachers!). Quickly cornered the cache and carried on the wander. Beaut spot. Thanks.
Enjoyable afternoon walk with ayeffay. Nice to see that the track is being worked on so that people can enjoy the wetland.
We saw lots of pukekos and paradise ducks as well as swans, canadian geese (I think) and ordinary ducks.
Nice day for a walk along the wetlands. Actionman UK was a little to big for this cache & the lids was half off when I arrived. Took all 3 bugs as Im off to Auckland next week.
Time for ActionManUK to move on! He can battle the swamp monsters for a while, but I'm sure he'd like a lift somewhere.
Down here from Northland visiting and spending time with my tiki tour sister to find some caches, what a lovely spot and great cache. tFTC, dropped in TB.
Found with Mrs agcnz on a walk around the wetland this morning while staying in Christchurch. Lots of signs of mud upwelling along the track after the recent earthquakes, and frequent cracks and subsidence of the ground. Cache was a quick find, great to see a good large container. Signed log, TFTC!
Another found on the walk around the wetlands with our Guide unit including pjoyce and The Cheetahs.
My GPS had me about 6m out, but with the help of the hint and the 3 families (and some Guides) had the cache in habd before long.

TFTC. This area was fine for strolling around - not wet under foot. Infact it was busy as school holidays are on and so I need to wait for a muggle free moment to pop back onto the walkway. Left TB.
Enjoyed the walk here after finding a nearby puzzle cache. Left Probability TB. TFTC.
#2205 Continued on my walk around the wetlands. Just followed the track in to the cache! TNLN TFTC DS8300
TFTC! Cache in good shape! (was a bit obvious once the "well trodden" path was found!)

Caval and I did another walk towards the Travis Wetlands. This time we decided to walk around it. We found the cache well.
TFTC and greetings from Switzerland.

At the cachesite I have not seen one Pukeko but a few Paradise Ducks. On our way around the Wetlands I saw then many of this lovely birds.
Thank you for the cache and greetings from Switzerland.

Too many muggles around. Safely hid the cache exactly where we found it.

Would never have found without the clue. Massive nor'wester blowing today. TFTC TNLN
Been on our list for a while - passing without the dog for once so we thought we tick this one off.
Unique place that we should invest more time Little G Magic

What an excellent hiding spot. It felt like we were out in the middle of the bush as we hid away back there in the vegetation! We saw several Pukekos on our walk here. SL. TFTC.
Lots of walker and runners around but able to find without problems. Nice place for a walk. TFTC
Out with the two little mermaids on a wander around the wetland. Fantastic day. Took fish magnet and will return with a crocodile soon. TFTC
This was a return visit. First time was wet and wintery, so did not persevere too long. We were in the right location using Mporokosa's GPS. I returned alone today to the same spot, using the clue to help locate the cache. I manually entered the coordinates into my VERY old GPS that does not talk to computers and would have been in the middle of the swamp if it had that been my only method of finding the correct spot. Methinks I might have entered a numeral wrongly.

I placed a brand new container out there today, same hiding spot, there was no shortage of our feathered friends there today!! enjoy.
An easy find.
I missed this one the other day and didn't want to backtrack in the rain.
A good rain coat and gumboots for the puddles makes all the difference.
First name in the new log in the nice new container.

Hi I'm gonna be checking this cache on the 22nd of July and I will replace the log book etc if needed. If anyone visits this cache between now and then could you please let me know if the container needs replacing or not, that would be awesome, cheers!!
Plenty of Swampies, and a really high water table. I wouldn't like to live near here. And Aaah the cabbage tree.TNLN Thank you.
Ahh the cabbage tree... a nice hiding place on a good walk...

(121) Managed to escape work abit earlier today so another afternoon of caching.. This was a pretty easy find, TFTC. SL
Took friends on their first ever find - loved it!!! The reserve is amazing! So much dedication to get to this point.
Well hidden cache - cutty grass wounds to prove it!
Thanks so much.

Thanks so much.
Walked past here a few times before knowing there was something hidden. 2nd find for today. TFTC.
Very strange to log a DNF after a previous find!!! But we were here today with one of the Grady Bunch, and despite three sets of eyes, we had no luck. We're sure it wasn't where we found it last time, or any of the similar spots nearby.
Found it. Took a while, quite a few cabbage trees to check out, Well hidden great job.
After a couple of night time visits, with out success, I visited in more daylight. Found it rather quickly with a bit of a rummage under the grass.
Lots of people walking the track so tried not to look too suscpicious while lurking in the bushes. TFTC
A nice walk. Although we did this walk more than once before, we never went for a geocaching tour.
What a lovely little walk out to this one.
A small search till I found it.

Good hide, nice find. First time I have done this walk. Without the clue we would have been seriously fumbling.
Out and about with the kids looking for this and the second in the Travis swamp walkway. Great introduction to the area. A real gem of a place. Tough hiding place and took plenty of time in and around the spot.
Walked past this one and had to go back.Found just before dusk on a lovely evening.
This was our second attempt to find this cache - don't know how we missed it the first time!
Relatively easy despite the number of clues. Not nice enough weather to complete the circuit.TFTC.
Great walkabout today, always changes esp human habitat areas - as don't come here too regularly. No sun but no wind, just the winged friends & a few friendly muggles enjoying this lovely area. Thanks.
Used hint as I was getting cold and tired, so quick find.
Just about left my walking pole at GZ, when I realised it and turned to go back, walked into a dried flax flower stalk - those things are substantial - luckily missed my eye, but now have nasty mark below my right eye.
Caching can be dangerous!

A bit wet underfoot had a bit of trouble finding but eventually got there.Dropped off Speed Racer Picked up Speed Racer.
Unable to locate the cache despite checking what appeared to be all of the clue items in the near vicinity. The clue is about as helpful as GCX17T's.
Found by our friend Kem today; his first geocache which he went after enthusiastically. Liked the camo job. Thanks for the hide around this peaceful marsh. Signed log and left Viking coin traveler.
A nice walk through the wetlands on a beautiful sunny morning, but everything was soaking wet after the recent rain. TFTC
