Found this in the dark. Definitely the one, signed log book.

too dangerous a corner to place the cache in the same place.

Found a new place, just got to find a suitable container!

Checked it today, and the cache has definitely gone, shame, because it's a nice spot to visit.

will look at replacing in a new spot

I would agree with Map Monkey, I'm sure I was looking in the right place and it seems somebody didn't turn when they should have. Another cache for Glyn to do a check on.

Hi Glyn, see two posts on this cache, it seems your note about a dangerous corner is valid. Perhaps you could you check this cache.

obvios location seems to have had recent encounter with vehicle decelerating....we believe that it may not be here any longer....could someone confirm that it is still here please...even though it was found recently. mm

Walked up from where we're staying in Orewa. Fantastic view. Nice easy find. TFTC. This was our last cache for our stay in New Zealand; we've had a fabulous holiday and return to the UK this week. Thanks to all who made it so enjoyable, a very friendly bunch of people.

Cache & log was sodden through, perhaps due to the last few days of torrential rain - it could probably do with a replacement. Great view, cheers.

Found on the way up to a Ham Radio VHF contest. It passed by the radar and seend a quickie to find by chance. Lo paperwork etc for this one so went it alone.
Quick find and signed log.
Nice view. Used to have a holiday home in the vicinity but sold off - boo hoo!
Always love this spot despite all the development.

Quick find, ran into Yugeo4 at the site

First cache ever! Took about 15 mins for us to find it once in the area. Very sneaky... TFTC.

FTF!!!! 9.10pm! 600m from home, so woke up The Junior Ferg and went to stake our claim. Awesome view from the top with a beautiful full moon. Good site Glynn, cheers
