Wanted to look at this one because bristracker and Aussie Liahona said it was not good. Gert went down - and in - boots and all, to see what was there. Gert has to report it's revolting. Do not advise anyone to go there, too dangerous. And this from Gert who will wrestle crocs with her bare hands. Well she would if they'd let her. Add Gertie Girl's voice to the calls for this one to be scrapped - it needs a major clean up and clean out. WARNING - Geocaching can be harmful to your health. And life.
OK I know where it is so can we go home now? I'll have to come back with boots, photon emitter, and two large garbage bags for trash. Too mucky to walk in there today. Can see why GPS-RNAV wanted this cache to keep going. But if it is dangerous should we keep it going?

A lot of DNF's and no finds since October 2008! Please check this one. Cheers
Add me to the long list of DNF's. I found where G-Block once stood and I had time to spare. Turned over every rock, stick and bit of rubish but no luck. Someone has had a camp fire down here right at GZ and there is a lot of cans and junk to sift through. I hope the owner either checks it or archives it so someone else can take it on. Nobody has found it since 2008!
Needs "restocking".....too good a GZ to waste. Let me know if you would like me to freshen it up as I have 2 caches close by!
Had a good look for this one today but no joy on my way to collect the FTF for "Southport Railway 2". Think it may have been muggled or washed away with all the recent rain. Unless of course it's a cunning hide like a discarded spray paint can, beer can or other assorted rubbish but there's only so many bits you want to turn over. Seems like the best local place to practice your "urban art" by fire light. Did see a couple of really good firework cases. Must have been good when they went off. An interesting place I never knew existed even though I've lived nearby for the last dozen or so years. TFTC
Hmmm....had as good a look as I could without NVG (night vision glasses!).....I'll come back for a more thorough search
Had a real good look for this one & with hallfamily7 turned lots of stones & rocks but no luck, there looks to have been a lot of recent muggle activity down here with beer cans, recent fires etc etc
Looked long and hard with eauman-oz family for this one. Turned every stone, can and tin we could find.
Looks to have been very wet at some time, possible that the cache as been washed away. Any chance you could check many thanks hall family

Searching a 20m radius from GZ seems a little unusual for a Traditional cache. Covered all the ground except the chest high grass without success. The Koala in the tree above us was slightly bemused but no help.
Found this one fairly easy once we found a way to it. An interesting spot, would like to have time to explore the area another day. TFTC

Impressive valley. Not a cache to do with passengers waiting in the car. You will know where it is but go with fellow cachers....
Clear skies, TeamAstro. [^]
Found this one after a while, should have taken the hint seriously in the first place. Took squishy frog and left Israel keyring. Terrific hide thanks for the challenge. Found with Gazza572003 and Buddy0308.
Found with bubblensqueak whilst on a visit from Townsville to catch up with family & friends. Took along brand new Geocacher buddy0308. Great cache, TNLN, TFTC.
Looked for a little while until a group of muggles came riding there bikes through there.. Will try again!
found this 1 while teamed up with derf, just wish we remembered a photon emitter, had heard of the location but never been before. TNLN
This brings back some memories
bit wet after all the rain doing the rounds with derf jr to get him in the grove

it is now becoming a habit to check the area I am working in for caches at lunch. Headed in to grab this one after work, was buzzed by lots of warm blooded moths. Lost GPS reception so counted steps and found cache.
Thanks for the interesting site.

We plundered the depths of darkness fearing the worst. Short search located the treasure. We left leaving our footprints in the murky mud. Thanks turdodine
On holidays from Rocky and decided to do some caching with
Mitasol
Enjoyed the cache and the challenge
The PE was stuffed as it had got wet along with the rest
of the cache
Dried it out as best we could but does need maintenance
Thanks for a good cache

Found while on holidays from the Sunshine Coast. Found with Clive (long time friend). Drove through this spot approx. 18 years ago while 4wding. Now built up and surberised. Nice Cache.
It's not often you can park the geomobile exactly at GZ and not run over the cache
But there I was sitting in the drivers seat with 0 metres to go showing on the GPS display [:o]
Being an optimist, I of course had a quick look under the geomobile for the cache. Just in case [:o)]
But in my heart I knew that this wasn't going to be an easy find. The great views of the highrises along the coast told me that things could only go downhill from here
In the rain I slipped and slid down the slope into the gully below. A bit of wading through the water and long grass and I scrambled up and over a mound of muddy dirt and was greeted by some interesting history
Ooh! It looks dry in there
Great spot, but where would you hide a cache in here?
I had an idea of how I would do it. Soon the photon emitter highlighted something that fitted the bill
Nice camo job on this one [^]
I grabbed the Mystery Ink's travel bug for some more spooky adventures.
TFTC and a chance to explore, get muddy and see the bats that call this place home

Ariving near the cache we saw a car parking next to ours. A woman shouted "you´re geos?" I said "what?- oh, yes we are." She told us her husband is already down ther looking for the cache. So we run to meet them and almost took a big spider+ web with us. We met Deputy DOg half way and happily presented our flashlight to him. Together we made the way down and found the cache real fast. T4TH
It needed us to come the long long way from Germany to make the second-find...
Also met Deputy dog around there.
Hope your not too sad because of your third pace.
Great place for a cache!
But the box was full of water.
No trade +

2nd of 3 for the day.. calling for the light when approached by our german friends who joined forces with us in our find. This cache is quite enlightening although not sure on how long it will be there as there were signs of muggle activity near by.
Thanks for the Cache
