Found it very quickly on the second try after maintenance, unfortunately didnt have a pen on me but a fun cache regardless
Little stinky but once you get past it a little dangerous bit slippery (cow slippers not recommend)
After spending a solid chunk of time searching through the rocks today, I came up empty-handed. The coordinates led me to what seemed like the right spot, but no matter how many nooks and crannies I checked, the cache just didnt want to reveal itself
1400 for the tribeOcw penguiandpals for their first geocache ever! Hard to believe we have ignored this cache for so long for whatever reason but what a lovely spot, and an interesting story as well. It was high tide today so you couldn't see much of the boiler but plenty of dogs and their owners wandering back and forth. A nicely sheltered spot from the raging winds today here. I found the racks of colorbond steel nearby rusting away gradually in a long running science experiment interesting. Pic attached. Thanks Ironbark for placing and maintaining this cache over many years. It is in great condition with plenty of room in the logbook.
There was a collective groan at first when we arrived at GZ, but after a few minutes this became a cheer as we found the cache. A great size in a location like this rather than the usual micro. Thank you.We spent some time admiring the beach and views and then back on our way.Our focus today was very much on Labs, but we couldn't help but look for a few others on our travels. A mixture of urban and beach locations made for an enjoyable day.Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache Ironbark.**SKI Pair****
Thanks took me a while until I saw it with the right angle. I was looking for something much smaller.
Thought Id be rock scrambling for a while but luckily managed to spot it pretty quick.First signature on the new log!Tftc!
That was really difficult and tricky, even though the coords were pretty good. Had to use a previous photo to help narrow down the spot and even then it was tricky. TFTC
This cache is still here I found it, was quite hard forgot a pen to sign it right enough
Checked out the hide today and found the original after some time. There had been some cache creep. It was looking a little worse for wear so replaced with a new cache I had taken just in case in the original position. No need to rip out rocks from everywhere it will be revealed by moving just one rock and you can see it from the right angle.Happy hunting.Ironbark
I will have a look at this as soon as I can as I am on holidays myself for a few weeks so a little leniency would be nice as I will be very busy with work when I get back and 3 DNFs from cachers with a total of less than 150 finds is hardly cause for alarm as it is not a simple cache and when a cacher with 4 whole find can't find it and puts in a reviewer request. Well.I always keep all my caches on song with regular checks so I will check as soon as I can.Cheers' Ironbark.
Hi Ironbark,The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention, or it may not but in the absence of the cache owner performing maintenance and/or disabling the cache to check it out, I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 4 weeks) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness.If you require more time please be sure to **post a note** (not an email) explaining the situation and how much more time you require. For ongoing issues please ensure you visit the listing and post a new note every 4 weeks to keep everyone up to date, if you do not then you cache may be archived without further note from a reviewer. Caches archived due to lack of maintenance are no longer unarchived and you will need to submit a replacement as a new cache.Ngaambul - Matt
Either this is one of the hardest to find caches ever, or its gone, either way we sadly couldnt find it after climbing all over several loose, sharp rocks. Might be best to avoid for the time being
Pretty sure we found the cave but nothing well have to try again next time we are in here
No joy for us here today unfortunately this was our second attempt we were trying to get one last cache before we went back to Darwin but it will have to wait until we come down to Wollongong another time
I think it was muggled!Looked for it but could not findLots of muggles on the beach! From the boat ramp Go through the fence then down into the gravel spot to get down From the beach go up the dunes and look for the divot and the orange lichenThat's the easiest ways to get to the rocksNeeds attention
Looked all through the rocks and couldn't find it even with coordinates. Found an old piece of clothing but nothing near it
It was an overcast day and quite misty down the coast. Almost the perfect weather for Geocaching today - as it keeps the muggles away.
This one was a quick find on my way up the coast for the SLSC AL.
What a great dog beach. Saw loads of doggos and their owners. A photo from a previous log and my forensic photoanalysis skills soon had CIH on this one. The boiler is cool. love the history there.

Yep this one was a mess.
A new cache is now in position with a few goodies in there as well.
There has been a bit of cache creep so I will put the new co-ords in as it was 10 m out which can be difficult in this area.
I even struggled to find it.
Should be all good now.
Happy hunting.

Coordinates changed from:
S 34° 22.181 E 150° 55.784
Coordinates changed to:
S 34° 22.176 E 150° 55.784
Distance from original: 30.3 feet or 9.2 meters.
There has been a bit of cache creep, but it's present location isn't too bad either so it can stay there.
Good luck.
So these are the new co-ords.

We searched and searched risking broken ankles but to no avail. Was depressing going home.
Recently getting back in to caching and logging caches I've previously found with my boyfriend! This one was a bit of a struggle and after going up and down my boyfriend stumbled upon the container! TFTC and sorry for being bad at logging
Couldn’t find it. It was either taken or it was really well hidden! Good luck to other people who try finding it
Approaching GZ I thought "Oh no!". So many possibilities. I stopped at 2m, looked down and saw a SPOR. Lifted some and there it was. Thank you! Signed on the first piece of paper I grabbed. TFTC
I’m so used to just diving into cache navigation without stopping to read things too often; was walking down the beach wondering what that algae covered metal thing was, then head the name of the cache
Thanks for a fascinating find!
Thanks for a fascinating find!
It took me over an hour to find it, I searched in literally all of the bushes and couldn't find it
Looked for ages but just couldn’t find it! Seemed to be in the right spot and hoping to come back another day
We found it pretty quickly. It was near the top of the rocks and was under a relatively manmade looking pile of rocks. It’s pretty big as it’s a plastic jar and has paper and a pen included
Found relatively easy with very accurate (for once) GPS thingy, keep your balance. On bike ride with nephew
Definitely not the place to come wearing thongs. Took me awhile. My GPS kept jumping all over the place. In the end I paced out the meters to the most frequent location and there it was. I wasn’t giving up on this one as it was the last one I needed to get a souvenir and unlock the last of the wonders. Not what I would call a small cache either. TFTC
found was a tricky one as you need to climb abit for it hid well but findable
Find #50 for us. And we get the bonus souvenir for the end of 2020. Tftc and merry xmas
