Had a quick look, but we tend to lose interest when a cache is placed in an area like this...not sure how the HINT fits in though... It would also apear that our ofline data is a little shy of complete
We had to do this one because Jinky is a cats member, but is over the 2010 disappointment! Noticed some very fresh footprints on the way in and out of the cache ... and a very fresh entry in the logs! TNLN SL TFTC!
Found on first attempt. Well hidden.

This took 2 goes to get a chance to locate it.
It seems the houses are creeping even closer, as a crew of concreters were setting up a slab that I assume is to be poured in the morning.
It gave me a chance to get 'Micro in the bush' first, and when i returned they'd knocked off for the day.
Didn't take too long to locate, and a nice theme for a cache back in '07.
However, this is the year of the Pies............I hope.
My thanks to Sandra FTC, SL

Had to be stealthy due to the presence of muggles close by, so I wore my "Secret Service" novelty had. Found it with Vicki. Thanks, sandar10.
Micro hides are good. It makes you really look. Good cache and good hide. Obviously signed only. Thanks.
Found at 11.25am with Markndee, their daughter & grand daughter. Quite a few people around but not really taking any notice of us discussing blocks of land and aspects etc. Found by Mark and taken to a vehicle for signing of the log. Replaced quickly and we were off to do some Eureka caches. Not sure how easy it will be to find this without suspicion once a few more houses become inhabited. TFTC.
Found at 11.25am with Harrowang and Katkins. Tried to look interested in the block of land but not much of a view with the sign plastered there! Perhaps it will go when they've sold all the blocks! Geomark was very pleased to make the lucky find...his second of two for the day! TFTC
Found with 3up, Squalid, The Empire and Bushfire while in town for the Event Cache - 10 Years! Ballarat, Australia .My so called mates poked fun at me all day ! make note to ones self " must get new friends " - thanks Sandar10
Found by The Empire @ 3pmish
24/32, after the 10 Years! Ballarat Event, with tackle_head, 3up, squalid and Bushfire. tackle_head pulled out his fandangle mirror he always raves on about and showed us all up by finding the cache in a few seconds! Thanks.

Before leaving Geelong to attend the10 Year! Ballarat, Australia Event I had a call from tackle_head asking me what I was doing and if I was coming up to Ballarat I could join their team of cachers consisting of 3up, The Empire and squalid.
After the Event it was off to find a few caches in Ballarat before heading back to Geelong.
tackle_head parked the big Cruiser across the rear of the sign making a perfect shield and a quick find.
Thanks sandar10 for the cache.
Find # 1163 @ 15:50 and the 22nd of 30 finds on the cache run whilst attending the "Ballarat 10 Year! celebration event" with The Empire, tackle_head, squalid and Bushfire.
Tackle_heads motto is why walk when you can drive, and this was no exception. Having parked the tank very close to gz with barely enough elbow to open the doors let alone room to search, I caught tackle_head looking in the mirror a couple of times and it soon paid off. He smiled and reflected upon on his find. SL Thanks sander10 for the cache.

In Ballarat for a wedding and found this at 8:30am within 150m of where we stayed. Didn't even bother to attempt it yesterday afternoon when we arrived as the roof tilers were busy at it within about 25m of GZ.

Had a quick poke around earlier in the day but didn't get it, came back at night with more confidence and time, felt where the cache was after running my hands over the whole thing Thanks for the cache!
First on the new log with a straightforward find. Except the strange look I got from a (I presume) local resident who drove past as I was signing the log.

This was a very easy find, the cache was right out in the open. Replace it in a little bit harder spot. SL TFTC.
Nice quick and easy one on the way to do more in the area.

No CATS today. Looks like it's all been cleaned up.
A nice quick find though which was good as there were loads of people out walking their dogs.
Took nothing, left nothing.
Thanks sandar10 for this cache experience today.

Easy find by Geo-dad and geo-kid! Middle of the day is the best time to find this cache, no muggle neighbours around. TFTC.
4 little ducks went out one day....geomobile nearly ran over them when parking near GZ. TFTC
A nice easy find, but you need to look out for passing motorists. Log Book is full and needs replacing TFTH...SL...TNLN
Have looked here before without success, but found easily by 11yo geokid today. Signed log. Thanks for the cache.

This was a very easy find. I am surprised it's still here after all this time.
Thought we might head out and find this one on it's reunion. It was a good win by the cats in 09. Although no sign of cats 2009 written on the sign. Oh well.

A tricky cache on a very windy afternoon. At times we were provided with some protection. Judy of Squalid came up trumps, although I'm sure others had checked that spot!

Found this one with BackPAQer and Phetlern. BackPAQer's last cache with us, and we had some fun today. Persistence paid off, and we found it after a short search. We had desperately tried to be quick because of the arctic weather! TFTC.
Found today (parked car right near it on way to Bridge of Death)
Micro was on the ground. Needs a new log. I left a blank page from one of my note books. Placed micro back off ground

Walked along the walking/cycling track from the Bridge of Death (scene 23) cache. There was only one houseowner doing some landscaping nearby and he had his back to us. I can't recall seeing any graffiti on the sign, so maybe it has been removed. Thanks for the cache.

Well I'm still scratching my head as to how I missed it last time, I blame the caching pixies! I enjoyed the story behind this one, I was barracking for the cats last year as the Bombers aren't looking too strong of late!
Thanks,

Nice find very close to my sisters house. I was able to take the family who haven't cached in years out for a little trip for some nearby caches.
Found by Mary & David at 1520. We'd had a look here before without success. Today we found it quickly. As often happens in theses situations, we can't believe how we missed it last time. Our thanks to sandar10.
Found after a reasonable search in a logical spot. A neat hide. Another team didn't find it either so for once the shoe is on the other foot! Thanks sandar10. had the pleasure of bumping into another cacher there too. Funny thing is I remember his name but not his cachename! Tftc
I gave it a pretty good looking over but without success. I will have to watch to see if it gets found.
Found with chewinprickles and Robmc.
We must have looked and felt around this structure several times before locating the right spot. Thanks for the challenge.

Found after a few minutes of searching. Amazing how hard it can be to spot something on this sort of structure sometimes.
Very good cache. Thanks
Very good cache. Thanks
Fortunately, no workers around today, so we had an uninterupted search. Nice spot, and a nice hide.
Thanks, Robmc.

6th of 13 for the day at 1125. Finally able to grab this cache. Have tried twice before and always workers on site. No one here on a Sunday.

Found at 1145. Pretty easy to know where to find the cache on arrival to GZ, and it's just a matter of finding it with your fingers. Spent probably a good 5-10 mins searching until I had it.

We found our 2nd Sandar10 cache at 9:10pm as the final of 29 on our Ballaratatattat Tour III. Just a matter of feeling over every spot at the cache location tell we came up with the cache. Unfortunately, our aim of picking up 35 caches for the day had long been dashed by some unfortunate incidents earlier. We were listening to the grand final in the car as we travelled. Hey - no cats involved. Now for a meal and the trip back to Melbourne. Thanks for the cache from D,H & A B-A.
Found today by Mr Emu & Demon Boy @ 5.55 p.m., GAFF1 http://wiki.geocaching.com.au/wiki/GAFF . No. 22 of 25 on our "return to Ballarat" day, our biggest caching day so far.
Thinking of the logical places to hide the cache, this one took a lot longer than it should have. A final, more thorough re-check of the obvious places revealed the cache about where I thought it should have been the first time I "checked". Doh! Interesting to see how much development there is going on in Ballarat at the moment.
Thanks for the cache sandar10.

This cache is now a magnetic key holder with a new log sheet. Hopefully it will stay put and not get wet!!!
The footy season is well over and there is no sign of any graffiti any more but at least the cache still remains and was found quickly
Thanks sandar10

The first cache of 12 today while out touring around with Mrs acts2. Not much sign of the cats win at the sign now and a forgotten memory to me, I did however find the cache. My thanks to sandar10 for the cache.
19th find for day 2 of the Melbourne assault trip with Skippy and 49th of 173 all up!
Had to jump the fence to get the last few meters but I'm guessing thats not an unusual occurance around here!
Cheers, TFTC.

Exchanged the wet log for a new one and placed back in original spot. I will put a magnet on it as it must move with the earthworks in the area, as yet it has no magnet but is a cosy fit if replaced in correct spot.
