Met a friend for coffee in town before heading south. Needed a toilet stop, and found some nearby. Walked down here, had a quick look, but kids playing on ramp, and needed to get back on the road. Looked across at Strathalan for trackable, looked to be behind a barrier.
The coach equivalent of a park and grab? Found on the half way break stop travelling by intercity from Christchurch to Oamaru. Was a bit confused by where the arrow was directing me, but now that it is found with the help of the hint, it all makes sense. TFTC
Our third day led us from C. to T. We learned a lot of new things about NZ. In the afternoon we wanted to see the blue pinguins and found nearby this cache. TFTC!
Found after wondering up half way- then rechecking ourselves and walking back down. Greeting from Canada. TFTC
Stopped in town, with StickMaMud, while on an absolutely incredible tour of NZ.
Tour bus parked down the road for lunch at the brewery.
Ordered and made the quick jaunt down the road for the smilie.
Thanks for adding to the adventure.

For some people it's just trash here. For ReCached and me it's simply a quick find in a not so nice area. TFTC The-Organist!

Day 1 of our 6-Day End of the Year caching trip to Dunedin. After check-in we went out to see how many we could get before it got too dark. It was getting dark now so we grabbed the torches incase. We started to walk up here first and then quickly realised our mistake. After we had gone under we needed the torches but lucikly made a quick find. Cute little purple sticker on the tiny cache. Now its dark its time to go find some dinner. Thanks for placing the cache and adding to our smilies today. Happy Caching
Day 7 of our geocaching holiday down south for the Oamaru Geofest 2017. Heading north now, back home to the Bay of Plenty. Many thanks for the cache placement.
After attending the Oamaru Geofeast we are now heading back to Christcurch. Caching with Di Morgan and doing this series while in the area.
Thanks The-Organist for placing the cache for us to find.

Quick find and of interest for despite living near Timaru for quite a bit of my life I never knew this loop existed. Thanks for bringing me here. Cheers.
Oamaru -
Left Oamaru today heading for Christchurch, we cached with Happy Feet 1 during our time here.
We found caches in some amazing places, travelled along some great country roads.

This was the eighth day of my driving trip down to Oamaru for Geofest 2017. I stopped every five to ten kms or so along the way to grab a cache. This expanded my driving time to a total of two weeks to get there and home again. I ended up going a total of 3,500 kms.
I had a bit of trouble deciding on where the hinted at things was, but eliminated a few and came up with the find. TFTC.

So many potential hiding places here. Went up onto the bridge to get a better GPS fix, then a quick find and a smiley. TFTC
First time in Timaru. Interesting town, wish I had more time to look around. Had to grab a cache though. This one had me searching for a while, but eventually something stood out. Up to the bridge to check out the view before heading of to CHCH. TFTC
Another cache that I had apparently found with StreetWalker about 9 years ago, but had never signed the log book. So about time I did! We started from the port side so walked the loop to GZ. StreetWalker spotted the likely hiding spot while I was crawling under the walkway, then stood back and let me retrieve. Log book needs replacing, I think I wrote over a previous signature... TFTC.
Nearly gave up...then went to top of the loop to see where the GPS pointed, easy after that. Thanks!
I was in town for dinner just up the road at Speights (very yummy) and as I only had the one find for the month decided to stop and give this one another hunt. This cache was placed not that long after we started and has been on my radar ever since. This time after hunting for a while I decided to walk around on the top of the spiral for a while to figure out where my gps was indicating. After that it was a quick find. Sure did help to come down here at a time when there was no one else around.
Thanks for keeping this cache going for so long.

Another great find while looping over the walk bridge on a sunny Saturday day. Nice and quick
Down in timaru for the day. Had lunch at the station and decided to grab a quick find on the way past.
On the way to Oamaru picking up a few caches to assist with our self imposed "Road to 6,000" Challenge
A quick find.

We did a journey all around NZ and had an amazing time. The country is absolutely beautiful und we loved our time here. Geocaching was also a good method for us to discover some lonely places, which were also very beautiful.
After an event in geraldine Came for a couple of caches here before heading back home. tftc
Found it. Took us a long time! Hate to say it but it is the northern most point not southern haha that's why we struggled. Bad hint.
Found it took about 10 minutes because it was a little bit tricky to get to. TFTC
