The last find was exactly a year ago and in that time the cache container has fallen apart. The lid has smashed into many pieces, and unfortunately I didn't have a spare container with me. I did however put the logbook into a waterproof bag and did my best to hide the cache under the pile of rocks to keep the rain out. First find of the day with 4Clubs. TFTC
I'm from Switzerland and spend 4 months in New Zealand on vacation. Found this cache after a few minutes search, thanks.
Text LATER lots of assels..but eventually they crawled away and I was able to log in and pile up again ....Thanks from Swiss guy!
I am off today to locate and sign off at least 5 caches for my personal challenge. I have parked my snail shell up at Ealing for a few days to allow me to discover this area's caches.
A nice old cache that is still active.
Cheers for the cache.

Found with nissan 65. Flew in from sydney for a short holiday. Hoping to see as much as i can on the south island and pick up caches along the way . Thanku for the cache.
Quick and easy although not appreciated by some birds guarding a nest close by. I was closely watched and grumped at.
Auf unserer Fahrt von Christchurch nach Lake Tekapo nahmen wir die Caches am Wegesrand mit. Diesen konnten wir gut finden. Danke fürs Legen und Pflegen.
Our last day in the South Island which brought to a close our trip to attend the Oamaru Geofest 2017, a fantastic sunny day. Thanks to all the Cache owners who made finding these caches possible
On our way home from the Oamaru Geofest and the sunshine is putting us in a good mood for looking for some geocaches.
Decided to drop a TB here as well as have a few too many at the moment. Thanks for the cache.

Now to get the last few of the Thompson track series and head to our nights accommodation, but not before stopping for this cache as well, why not its a caching weekend. thank you for the placement. signed the log and placed it back where we found it. We were on our way to the Geofest in Oamaru and we had driven far enough for one day. A nice quick find TFTC
Love the smell of silage, nice stop to get out of the Easter traffic. TFTC
Certainly could not miss this one all out in the open all hidden from view again tftc
I have been planning this trip for a while now as I had some airpoints due to expire and wanted to go somewhere for Wellington Anniversary Weekend. So I've made it a 4 day weekend and come down from Palmerston North for a caching road trip. I have two goals for this weekend, to get to 2500 caches before 23 January as that is when I took up caching last year and to get caches on as many latitude minutes as possible that will hopefully qualify me for a challenge cache in the Manawatu. This is day 2 - Oamaru - Palmerston - Ashburton.
After spending the morning on a quick run to Palmerston and collecting a couple of must dos in Oamaru, I'm now heading back north to ashburton.
on the home straight now I am north of timaru but there is time for more caches.
Cache was lying out all exposed so concealed it better on return. Tftc

Had a wee laugh as I pulled up to GZ, surely the local muggles must wonder what's going on here! A nice quick find to boost my smiley count. Tftc
pretty sure it's not there, fence line around GZ has been sprayed and cleared
I'm pretty sure I was in the right place, but couldn't find it. Will try again another time
Jess.daphne and I were on a road trip back to Christchurch and what better way to spend some time than hunting for a cache or two? We had a great time stopping and hunting for them. This was a quick and easy find. Tftc!
Traveling with Injeanious from Chch to Dunedin for a weekend visit. We found the most caches in one day ever, for us going down, then did even better on the return trip heading back up State Highway 1. TFTC!!

Heading up to Christchurch on thr 22nd with friends for the 2015 Mega event
Having a great time caching on the way. Thanks to all the people who have taken the time to plan and hide all the caches we have found over the long weekend. Its been appreciated.

This was the seventh day of my fifteen day trip to go to the Christchurch Mega. Being an Electrical Engineer, I know the field strength is way too low to do any harm, so I went for the cache without any trepidation. TFTC.

First day of two days trip from Christchurch to Invercargill via Cromwell. Cache 6 of 72 today. This is part of my challenge to find as many 'minutes' for a 400-minute challenge cache, with most caches being straightforward finds. Thanks for the cache.
TFTC! Treated to watching the train up close. Great quick pick up on way to Timaru for a day trip picked up cute swappable door the kids, left a tb and some other kid friendly goodies.
Thanks to all the owners of the geocaches that we found today on our way from Timaru to Temuka, Ashburton and Rakaia.
TFTC and greetings from Belgium.

A big weekend of caching with Rincewind3 (hubby), NZGecko (daughter) and our friend, Bo&bronnie. I'll let Rincewind3's logs do the talking

Stayed with friends in Windsor (Oamaru) for the weekend but still plenty of time for caching.
It was a team caching trip consisting of myself, Not Manly Jack (Mrs Rincewind), NZGecko (Rincewind jr), and our friend Bo&bronnie (well the Bo part anyway), although this morning NMJ and NZG had other things to do by this time they had joined us again and we were making our way back to Chch.
This was the 22nd of 26 finds for the day and 59 for the weekend (with 1 DNF each day). On our way home to Christchurch now.
What a convenient hidey hole. NZG wanted to stop for a special picture on the way back to the main road - my copy is attached.

Going for a quick caching raid to Dunedin over the long weekend we started from ChCh straight after finishing work Thursday and thought we would grab a few caches on the way. This was the first we stopped at and first chance to have a good stretch. Nice easy find and never felt a thing from any magnetic fields. TFTC
Another pleasant small diversion off State Highway 1 to refresh and look for a cache. My son found it after a quick search
Had to wait for a log truck to thunder past before we could turn onto this road, not sure where it came from but it certainly encouraged us to make a quick find. Found with Aoraki Sheep.
Found on way back home after a Guide training in Geraldine. All okay. Decided to zig zag and do some of the out of the way caches but had to inevitably come back to SH1. Busy road today as many people seem to be travelling back to ChCh after the rugby in Dunedin. Haven't seen the road so busy for ages.
Good excuse to stop and let some get ahead of me.

A nice quick find here. We left some yowies for the big container. Thanks for the cache
