Archived, thanks to all that found me!

Had a good look around, no luck. Decrypted the pretty explicit clue, no luck. I have noted that it will soon be archived, so maybe it was archived before I got there.

Just a note that this cache will be archived on the 20th of April.

At first, we thought that the drive way was the way up, then realised it led to a house so we backed down an parked near by.
This was done at night and all the ground spiders came out with their reflective eyes. Awesome sight. After some rumaging, and looking in the wrong spot, we found the prize.

Nice, would like to see it during the day time.

Out and about on a night expedition.
After driving up someones driveway we eventually got our bearings and after a quick stroll the cache was in hand.
I am loving finding these places after living in this area for all my life and never knowing these places exsisted!

We have lived less than a kilometre from this park for over 25 years and never knew it existed! Thanks for opening our eyes.

245, Found in the company of Muzza and Barcoder. A very hot day. Next time we should read the notes, we thought we were looking for a bigger cache. Thanks to barcoder for finding this. Thanks for the cache. The 9th of 11 for the day.

I spent an excellent but hot day today, in the company of Kiwideb and Muzza completing 11 caches. Muzza made sure we saw a bit of everything. Bush land, hills, parkland, hills, a swimming pool and the Yarra River. We had an excellent day. Thank you Muzza and Kiwideb, you are always great company and it is a treat to cache with you both.Cool This one had me scratching my head for a minute or two until we checked on the size of the cache. I wonder if? - of course. Well, well, well, - well sort of!
Thanks for the cache TeamGeoPlesk.

It seems I had a similar problem to the Rabbitto guests, I had tried the location once before a second attempt revealed the location. It was a nice little spot for a walk, the birds were quite active and the sun had lost most of its kick by this time in the evening.

Thanks,

We found our 4th GeoPlesk cache at 4:35pm as the final of 10 on our Twas the Day After Christmas Caching Tour with Cold Freeze. Once again, now that our visitors had the hang of what to do, Cold Freeze and I stepped back and allowed them to make the search. Once more, even with the clue, the cache did not appear so we stepped in again and found it in an area that one of the others had already searched but not quite thoroughly enough. Thanks for the cache from D,M,M & R B-A.

I'm always wary of these 'obvious place' caches - may be I am just difficult. I did find it and swapped coins.

09-Dec-07
Tom Tom had us driving all around this area before we re-read the log sheet and keyed in another location. Once there it was another toil up a thankfully short hill before we reached GZ. The GPS led us straight to the area and we looked in the most obvious spot. Came up with the goods quickly and made our log @ 1645 hours. Noted the clue this time. Will have to contact the Team with regard to the clue from the last cache as we forgot to get it.
Thanks TeamGeoPlesk.

Hmmm, I see why I missed it the first visit here! For some reason the GPS did not like this area and had us wandering all over the place, and in the end I found it more by accident than anything else. I was pleased not to spend too much time here having searched for a lengthy session before giving up last visit.

Found by Teppwa and Geo dogs Toby & Tia. After two failed attempts to find this one I was surprised to see it exposed but not looking out of place.

The Melways indicated a way into gz which might otherwise have not been at all obvious such are neighbours attempts to disguise it. Once at gz the clue was invoked as it was a micro and gz narrowed significantly as a result. The cache was then found almost by accident but otherwise should not be too hard to find. Thanks TeamGeoplest for the cache. A nice spot although the trees negate what may otherwise be a good view.

Ah, a hint, guess I'd better go back for another look...

2.15pm
Found by Roma and Max.
The thought of searching for micros hidden in the bush does worry us somewhat, however we surprised ourselves with a quick find, much to our relief.

Hi,
This log is just for the record, as i was previously known as part of Team_Ninja and have now split off to form my own team, LastOfTheTimeLords.

Thanks

Checked this cache today with Team_Ninja and all was good. I have updated the listing to reflect some subtle changes to the cache. There has been a change in the camoflage used to hide this cache so its not as easy as first listed as! I have increased the difficulty and also added a hint.

Happy Caching

Found it with TeamGeoPlesk (no help from them!) about 2:00pm. Fairly easy.

Found at 1.50pm GAFF1. We tried a couple of approaches to get to the cache from the shortest route - it was hot in the early afternoon - and we found a very convenient block of empty land in a court that led us straight to GZ. We can see why there were water tanks up here, but how did the water get to them - hope it wasn't by man/horse power! We looked around for a few minutes and we thought that once again "a fairly obvious" location meant a long search. So after a longish search we turned to the name of the cache and somehow we were immediately drawn to a particular location and there it was - a pretty tough hide in our books! Thanks TeamGeoPlesk for showing us this spot.

This cache has defeated me this evening. I had two attempts (one before and one after Sweenies) but still couldn't find it ... maybe the sugar gliders are playing hide & seeks with me? I shall return!

Funny how you get brought back to familiar spots in this game, from time to time. Wasn't long ago we did a cache quite close to here. Yours too apparently! It was unavailable at the time but still in our notes and we still found it. At night too! Anyway enjoyed the wander up the hill and soon found the said cache. Couple of kids near the bottom looked like they were dying to ask us what we were doing but weren't game. We didn't enlighten them!
Thanks indeed.

Took a little while to locate the entrance to this park, we weren't sure if we were walking on someones property. But it was the path, and we were soon at GZ.
A quick search and the cache was in hand.
Thanks, Robmc.

Found by Mary & David at 1750. Plenty of muggles about so had to wait a while. The cache wasn't where we expected it to be. Enjoyed the short walk. Our thanks to TeamGeoPlesk.

Found at 10:56hrs

Steep walk and an easy find.

Thanks

Found on another lunchtime escape at 1:30pm. Took the walk up the hill - no sign of an Eltham Copper Butterfly - and after several minutes searching the GPSr closed in on GZ.

Fortunately a quick find as I was bracing myself for a protracted search. Cache find no 2200. Thanks for the cache.

13-Oct-07
Found in the company of Dak's Emu Mob, Acts2YouthGroup and the Rebel Alliance. With all those people looking, it didn't take long to come up with the goods. Thanks for the cache.

Found by Bob at 1425

I wasn't sure of the best way to approach this one - I ended up paralleling someone's driveway, but still felt I was not on private property. On reaching GZ, the canister was a quick find and I noted the clues for "Co-ordinated Kaos" but, not being a Premium Member, I guess I'll have to pass on that one.

Thanks TeamGeoPlesk

Second of five cache finds for the day in the company of dak’s Emu Mob and Muzza, the cache was found at 11:20. We saw no butterflies but we did find the cache. Thanks TeamGeoPlesk for the cache.

#2 of 4 finds in Warrandyte and Eltham by acts2youthgroup, Muzza, and dak's Emu Mob. We found this one at 1120. We had an interesting drive here from Warrandyte. The Acts2YG Getz had a 'fun' time with some of the hills! Big Grin I really must get fitter; that small hill really took it out of me! Red Face I wouldn't call the cache location particularly obvious in a geocaching sense. A bush area like this could easily conceal a proper cache; pity that it's been lumbered with a 'micro in the bush! Twisted I made no exchange. Thanks to TeamGeoPlesk for the cache. Cheers, dak.

Found 13:50, it took us a little while to locate the cache, but the surrounds were quite pleasant.

TNLN, CSI=3, thanks TeamGeoPlesk.

The second one of our lunchtime escape, LZZ(m) and I decided to up the terrain difficulty factor a few notches by parking about a million miles away from GZ [B)]. We arrived at GZ, puffing and panting, and after about 10 minutes of searching, LZZ(M) came up with the goods giving me a TTF podium finish, albeit as a GAFF5. At least that's better than Marion Jones though I guess WinkTwisted.

TNLNSL, noted clue. Thanks TeamGeoPlesk.

After the successful lunchtime foray on Sweenies we couldn't leave the area without having a crack at Tanked Up despite the sad logs. Having walked the locality a bit I tried to direct EuDes' 4WD to a close approach but ended up walking 300m. At GZ it was easy to see the difficulty if one ignored the intrinsic clue (which we did). It was good to make the STF. A nice park but no butterflies seen. Thanks TeamGeoPlesk

Enjoyed the park. It's quite a gem hidden at the back of Eltham.

well done luckdogs crew!

I gave up after an hour looking (I hate micros) I turned every rock and moved so much bark and leaves ......AHHH !!

Nothing "obvious" for me either

Another FTF for Luck Dogs Crew! Hooray!

Saw this one come up at work, and who can resist a FTF hunt a mere 700m from our house! We couldn't get there until about 6pm, so was very pleased to get the FTF.
