We parked at the wrong end of Warren St and walked further than necessary. Good hide, but needed team effort to retrieve it. TFTC
We found what looked like evidence of a muggle. However, after discussion with another cacher, realised we had picked up a false trail, and had to go back to complete. It's all so easy when you finally find it! TFTC
We shoukd have found this al lot quicker than we did, but it took a while to click, what this cache is about. TFTC
Found pretty quickly and enjoyed the walk further up the track for a bit. TFTC (671)
Very clever hide. Mum found it but couldn't retrieve it. Log book was really hard to get out.TFTC
The creativeness of this individual never ceases to amaze me and makes caching quite challenging at times (thats polite). After several attempts thought about the name and found the elusive cache.

Nicely hidden! Had to use a stick to remove the logbook, I've tried to put it in the "lid" rather than the "box", but it may be worth checking it out as it's getting a little ragged!

Had to use the shake it method to extract log book and pencil. In fading light.
A bigger container than the others found tonight. Once again though getting the log out was a mission. Gave up and put our own paper in. TFTC
Had a wee inkling of what we were looking for so had the cache in hand fairly quickly! Had a wee bit of trouble with the logbook, will have to remember to bring some tweezers on the next caching trip.
Thanks

[Quick find, have seen this a few times before. as people have previously mentioned the log was hard to get at]
Got the log out with lots of shaking. People just need to remember to put the bit of paper in the thin end, just as if it was a nano

Found quickly with N!mrod, but we couldn't get the paper out to sign the log unfortunately. A clever hide. TFTC
Another great hide found with SHSHSH - could not get the log paper out. Take something thin to extract.
I got a little too fascinated with something else before discovering where the cache was. Can't help that it was a target-rich environment hunting for a cache of this type Cheers Gav [2726]
I did like this one - you can be looking at it, but not recognise it. Took me all of 2 minutes. Thanks and cheers from Grandalf(1230)

#1236 Perhaps we were lucky. It took no time at all to get onto the track and even less time to locate the cache. Have seen this type of container before so not a surprise. Could be tricky for a novice. DS8300
This park again, it loks familiar A similar cache to another I did recently, so a quick note and off to the next Oamaru installment. Thanks.
Fun easy find for us. The hard part was trying to get the log book out as it was quite stuck.
Knew where to go as there used to be another cache in the area plus correctly guessed what I needed to look for so it was all over before it began.
Good hide, TFTC

Took us a while and again the height thing creates a slight problem but we are getting good at solving this problem. Getting the log out was more difficult.
Walked a lot further than needed when a local gave us direstions to an entrance further down the road. Had a couple of problems to solve before the cache was in hand and the log written up. Wished I had traded a pair of tweezers in earlier caches to use on this one. The log is getting very tatty. Good cache
Late night search, almost getting too dark to see, when the name suddenly en-lightened us.
Having a local member of our family helping was an advantage.
Very clever cache !

Another fun Bitsprayer cache! Quick find for a 5 minute dash on the way from one thing to another. A few good hard taps on something helps with getting the log out. Didn't have time to explore the area more and stopped by the next day for our photos.
1804. We enjoyed this cache - well done. It was a quick but rewarding find at 6.40pm.

A cunning hide - I loved it.
Had a wee bit of trouble getting the logbook out of the container though.

Not quite what I was expecting (a recent trip to Nelson had my mind in a slightly different gear). Nice hide! Thanks.
Walked straight passed GZ as the GPS indicated it about 7m further up the track, as I passed I thought "Hmmm, that's where I would hid it" but trusted the GPS, after searching for a few minutes decided to trust my instincts and had it in seconds [^]. Nice hide TFTC

Congrats to The-Organist on his 250th cache find!
Found it eventually with hints from bitsprayer but a seasoned cacher should have no problems with it.
