Thanks! We skipped this one on the way in as a PO was giving a woman, who sped dangerously past us at probably 100 mph in a fancy car, a ticket. YAY! Got the cache on the way out.
Traveling with friends, DKRQWLP & Cachehound2002. On our way to Scotties Castle and stopping for a few other caches along the way. Lots of desert scenery.

Paleopal and I found this cache while we were heading to Las Vegas for a week of geocaching fun. Along the way we camped out near Mono Lake and of course found several geocaches along the way. We did have to be careful not to stop too often along the way otherwise we would take the whole week just getting to Vegas. We made it a nice two day trip with lots of stops, caching and non-caching instead of a long nine hour plus drive.
This was a strange cache for us. We found a film can cache right away when we got there. After opening it appeared to be an E.T. Highway film can. Could it be a throw down cache from someone who couldn't find the cache? It certainly was not a Two-litre bottle preform as described on the cache page. We looked around some more in hopes of finding the original cache. Is it still there or is this now the sanctioned cache?
Thanks to Moose Mob for the hide.
May you always find that which you seek.

Took a trip south from Tonopah and picked up this string. Thanks for putting the caches out for everyone.
Took a little trip to see Goldfield and grab a few caches and we succeeded in doing both.
Thanks Moose Mob for the cache and the great fun we had today

US14 ET Highway Trip with Sol de Lune and Mtrax. Day 17. After spending several days collecting all the E.T. caches out in the desert, today was time to start traveling. We started by heading into Las Vegas, caching along the way of course. Then we flew to Wyoming. Time to cross a few more US states of the list for Caching. Thanks.

Heading to Las Vegas after completing the ET series.
Logged as "SAM" which is a team of three Sol De Lune, Albida33 and Mtrax. Visiting the US as a team for the 2nd time, our mission to complete the ET series but before and after do some more exploring and geocaching along the way. Our tour starts around Barstow and a few days in Las Vegas before caching over to 29 Palms before hitting the ET Highway straying at Rachel and Tonapah.
Our second stage of our trip saw us doing a loop around Wyoming, Nebraska, South & Nth Dakota and Montana before finishing back in Los Angles, our finds for the trip totalled well over 4,000 geocaches.

This was one of the finds during a roadtrip-ala-grande with Alkhalikoi and Teampipperice to accomplish the Nevada Counties Challenge. We signed all of the logs with either "RAT" or "Team RAT".
I scared myself here by sticking my finger in a pipe and lightly stabbing it with a nail. But it was all okay; no blood, no harm. What was this place, anyway? Another desert rendezvous?

On holiday from Australia, we completed the ET Trail and now it is time to head back to Las Vegas. We decided to pick up a few along the way to break up the trip and see a bit more of outback Nevada. TFTC
