Back again and nearly had another DNF. On the way back to the car I tried again and soon uncovered the little devil. not so sure it was there last time I looked though.

Found with bink.oc at 3:50pm today! Took us a while but finally found it. TFTC
Our last one before handing our niece and nephew back to their mum after a day of caching. Lots of grass clippings piled around to add to the difficulty level, but that didn't deter our nephew who found quite a few of the 11 we found with them today, and we signed the log at 3:25pm.

I nearly didn't attempt this one due to the recent DNF's but as I was driving past in between caches, I thought I'd give it a quick go. Well I found it straight away. Contents were intact and cache in good condition, although original log book is full and other bits of paper have been introduced for logs. So probably needs a freshen up by the CO. TFTC whitejaegar.
Had no luck here today. Checked out all the likely spots then moved on. Will come back again at a later date.
Thanks
Thanks
Cherad geo kid was first to spot this one. Not very well hidden so we covered it a bit better. Tftc. We would not have ventured here otherwise.
A nice easy find on a cool Sunday afternoon. Glad it wasn't in school hours as I think it would be muggle heavy. TFTC
Out here on the weekend visiting so decided to pick up a few of the caches around Federation Uni. This one was a quick drive by as stated in the notes. Not many people around being a weekend so the log was quickly signed and the cache hidden back in its place. Thanks for the cache whitejaegar.
Find # 1830 @ 1112 H
Found with sharkiefan
Spending the weekend in Ballarat, decisions were made to hit the Buninyong area and see how many smilies we could rack up.

A random day off work with the geokids (aged 3 & 5) so we grabbed a few quick caches. Had never attempted these as generally it was always uni time so I didn't want to risk it when lots of students were about but it wouldn't have mattered anyway (expect maybe getting a park). Nice easy find. Kids made some swaps. Thanks for the cache
Found this on 31/8/14 but for some reason did not log it. A lovely morning for a cache.
With the youngest Morris interested in studying at FU we wandered across to attend the open day and collect a few caches along the way.
After finishing what we came to do it was time to head for home via a couple more. Left a couple of Geocaching Australia moveables inside.

This was my eleventh find of the day. I parked nearby and wandered over, had a look at the information on the sign on the way past and then headed in for a quick find. I have not been on campus at this university before and was impressed by the bush setting.
Thanks whitejaegar for bringing me here !

Upon arrival at the parking, a man and woman were practising archery, was very worried at first so climbed up the nice hill until they left. Many cute treasures inside the cache, took nothing though. The wet weather was a bit annoying. TFTC
Caching this afternoon with Tomstache, we picked this cache up while in the area dropping a Uni friend off. The cache was found easily using the clue as the GPS was jumping about a bit due to the trees. Thanks so much for the hide.
Found on our "Making Memories" tour of Mainland Australia.
Today we explored Ballarat with whitewebbs using geocaching as our guide.
Many thanks to all cache owners for placing and maintaining caches for our enjoyment.

Today we cached with Tassie Trekkers around Ballarat on a lovely autumn day. TFTC
Another one around the university precinct that is a quick find because the coords and clue are spot on. Took band and left band. TFTC whitejaegar.
Well you wouldn't want to come here on a weekday! Wish people would rehide caches. This wasn't covered but now is. Thanks
Second attempt to find it. GPS was off the first time. Easy find second time around
Petite ballade bien matinale aujourd'hui quelques caches pour arriver a 3800 trouvée à l'event de ce soir !
Rapidement toruvée

Easy enough, to find after a little walking around. Spotted by a first time cacher, we brought along.
This was our second find for the day on our brief (and i say brief with tongue in cheek) walk during our lunch break. We (mrsfmr1) found this really easily. All in all though a great day out to find some more I think. Thanks again goes to marleyluna, hlhey, mrsfmr1
Nice easy find on a cold afternoon. Located the cache quickly and had to scrape the thick layer of beetles off the top of the cache. Signed and replaced. Thanks for the hide.
A quick look at hand found a cool fungus growing near by thank you

Almost went barking mad looking for this, but directions are spot on. Great for kids, and really helped to build momentum and confidence on our first day caching.

While in Ballarat went on a night caching trip that went into the morning. Took a bit to find. easy when you look in the right place. TFTC
Found on a night caching trip with LionJRB. Has us going for a bit at we were looking at a bush instead of a tree. Yep, botanic fail on our behalf. TFTC whitejaegar
Nice little hide. Would have liked to have seen all the trees but didn't check if it was possible for a civilian to wander in. Thanks!
Easy quick find on a nice sunny day. Mt Helen and Mt Clear had quite a storm which made a mess last night

What better way to begin summer than with the lunch packed, caches in the GPS'r and be heading toward the Twelve Days of Caching Event in Ballarat. We heard on the radio Mt Helen had suffered significant damage in an overnight storm, we saw many fallen trees and evidence of water having raged through the area. The cache was still tucked in and safe today. Today's satellites had our GZ 7m north of where we found the cache.
TNLN . . SL . . Thanks for the hunt whitejaegar.

Quick find after visiting university open days. Nice relief after all the information overload. TFTC
Found today @ 1218, didn't realise it was open day, so hundreds of muggles.
Found cache signed log , returned to location and left.
Unfortunately TB was missing.

Nice quick find, which was good since it was still raining. Thanks for the cache... never knew this arboretum existed.
