Drove by for what I was hoping was a quick find, but the leaf litter was keeping it well hidden. I wasn’t trying to draw attention but a neighbour across the road asked me what I was doing, so I made excuses and left without further attempts.
May try again when in the area another time.

Found this one pretty quickly, luckily there was no one around. Lovely morning for some caching ^_^

Yay got this dnf converted to a smiley despite lots of fallen leaves just like last year this one was an easy spot. This is an ugly church though no character at all TFTC
Good hint, autumn made the cache a bit trickier to locate. Kids very pleased with the swaps. TFTC
The Puzzled Puzzlers went for usual Tuesday frolic all over Adelaide collecting various solved puzzles and a few other target caches. As usual a few other caches just happened to be there whilst passing and were collected as well.
I had mentioned during the drive that my DNF list was probably way too long and we should have a DNF finding day. I also mentioned that although I hadn't logged a DNF here I did have a look whilst standing around with a group of mourners at my Aunt's funeral. My mind was elsewhere so it didn't really count. [B)]
So we called by and the cache was clearly visible and an easy find. Go figure.
**Thanks FLIPPER&CO for this cache. **

Veni. Vidi. Vici. Scripsi.
Cache for the day required, and was in the area for other reasons, and this was close by. Had previously attempted this one, but at the time, a constant stream of muggles prevented a thorough search, so abandoned it.
Today, I was a bit nervous about approaching this one, but was determined to get the smiley for it. Drove to the area and parked close by. Hopped out of the car and wandered around letting the GPS stabilize. Took note of the recent logs, and as I wandered, I checked a few spots with no result, and as I was about to turn around and start a more thorough search I spotted that something not quite right. As always, it was the cache. Extracted the log, signed and replaced. Sigh of relief. Nice to get the smiley on this one.
I have found the light.....

Found with vj187 on a very miserable wet day. The weather has kept the muggles away. TFTC
My final day in Adelaide before returning to Melbourne. Was in the local area was on the hunt for smilies. The hunt took awhile as I was searching in the wrong area at GZ. It was only when I expanded my search that I found the cache and signed the logbook. Beautiful church and being a minister myself, took time to look around. Oh and this was my 1800 find. Pretty happy with that. TFTC Flippers&Co.
Nice quiet spot to contemplate life and all it's complications. Love that someone had a sense of humour and has put an item in the cache, adding that little extra to the clue.

The autumn leaves were everywhere and took a but of search to locate. Found by Linda from 3LG. A few smugglers going in asus out so made out admiring the plants. TFTC
Out for a caching afternoon with bluewrentit, I have found this one before, but still pass any Travelbugs / coins I might have thus this log.
Took a short time to fine BWT scored the find, which sped things up a little as I was looking in a slightly different spot where I thought I remembered it being ... or at least where i remember looking before 3LG found it. lol

Out caching with Knightyme, i really wanted to get this "quickly becoming a nemesis cache". It's a 1 and a half D star for crying out loud lol [:o)], how hard can it be? Mate, i have found 3 star hides more easily [:o] Thankfully today i was the one whom found this li'l toughy. Saved us some time too [B)] SL at 14:34 on Sat 15 July 2017. TFTC FLIPPER&CO
Found on a pleasant afternoon caching this side of town.

Couldnt find, but the bees put me off a bit, so I didnt search the native tree as much as I would have liked.
Can't find. Tried to scrape the area but nth can be seen, maybe it hides too well.
Had a big scrabble about in the area of GZ heaps of leaf litter and was getting really scratched so decided to move in tfth
Found languishing under John Howard's eyebrows among plenty of debris (still no idea what all the references to light are about!?) TFTC
Pesky bee !!!
Was an interesting ride and find.
Started looking in the wrong eyebrow but eventually clued on !
Hidden very well required some handy work. The spoils were ours and we were on our merry way !TFTC

Finished my SES training for Land Search at the Lynton HQ a bit early so did a bit of searching for nearby caches - hunted around and eventually uncovered the cache - signed log - TFTC flipper
In town again for the weekend to attend a couple of events and a birthday party! Such a nice day today and after a yum breackfast at Glenelg, we headed of in search of caches. This was a quick find..TFTC
This cache hadn't been found since May. Wasn't too keen to do 'any gardening' due to autumn leaves and weeds covering gz. One of our party - the keen gardener - persisted and came up with the cache. TFTC
An audacious grab during Sunday Service. Found the cache while inside they sang a hymn I know better than the back of my hand. TFTC
[Hallelujah, I came to find the light and the light pretty much found me!]
[What a great little cache! Smiled at the hint....] John Howard certainly has BUSHY eyebrows huh?...plus he certainly looked DOWN on many!
[Drove right into the correct area and was 2m away from the cache, found in the first place I looked - woo hoo!]
[TFTC Flipper&Co - Geocaching rocks!!!]

Just as I was about to give up due to the pairs of eyes that I could feel staring me down (that weren't really there) I saw the light!
Swapped a bobblehead kitten, so to protect the fishy, I added him to my stash!

Came a couple of months ago but heavy leaf litter made the find tricky. All we found was a lizard! Came back yesterday and the find was much easier.

Ive tried many other times but no luck due to muggles etc. Today i have success!!
Found by Mary & David at 1240. Today, we cached around Adelaide for most of the day and took in two Events as well. A clever name. Took a while to find among the greenery and the masses of autumn leaves. A lovely sunny day. Our thanks to FLIPPER&CO.
[Red]I apologise for the late log... Problems with GSAK and crashed computer...[/Red]

A relatively quick find by SA Sewer Rats.

Saturday evening just before sunset was an ideal time to come to this location - the church area was deserted. That enabled us to search without any hassles. It took a little while, but the cache was located. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks for the cache Flipper&Co.
Needed a cache today to fill a hole in my calendar so after a nice dinner with family I came here to find this one. No muggles around at all which I was very pleased about as it would have looked a bit suss me rummaging around looking for the cache. [?] Took a while to get the right place, but eventually spied the cache. Signed the log and replaced safe and sound.
Thanks for the cache FLIPPER&CO.

Heading past, and like a moth to a flame, I was drawn to the light.
A nice quick find, and I even kept the engine running as I stopped within 2 feet of it.
A quick sign and replace and I was on my way again.
A lovely little area of Adelaide.

P.S I suspect this is my last cache for 2014, so Happy New Year

Despite never having logged a DNF, this had become a nemesis cache for Owl. It isn't really a DNF if you don't ever get to search for it properly due to an overabundance of muggles in the area. There always seemed to be some one in cars watching. Today, Owl and Andy Colombia kept watch in turns and Andy eventually saw the light. Bek-the Racoon turned up just in time to score the log.
Boy am I happy for this one to come off the to-find list. I've dropped by for casual searches around 5 times over the years and came up empty every time. It was very fortunate that Andy Colombia spotted this elusive cache and it's finally off my list.
TFTC!

This cache was the begging of our geo adventure ! while we were waiting for Bek theraccoon, Dr Owl really wanted to have a look for this sneaky cache, not an easy task because of a highly muggles audience around, an the bad weather didn't stop the muggles to show up from everywhere
But finally there it was ^^ finally cache in hand and just in time Bek arrived to get her smile.

I had been past this one before, but had some up empty-handed. You see my timing was all wrong - I'd picked a Sunday morning for a visit. This time it was a lot quieter around GZ, and the find was made quick smart. Another gap in the caching calendar filled. TFTC FLIPPER&CO!
Out caching with 3LG for the afternoon. This was an interesting find, GZ was easy to find the cache less so. Why? leaves, lots and lots of leaves made searching 'fun' 5 min later the cache was found, logged and returned.
I do so like the location of this cache! JH's eyebrows! Gold! Relatively easy find and didn't seem to grab the attention of the surrounding muggles. Took TB.
This one took longer than it should have, but I got there in the end

Found it but the lid came off during retrieval. It's hard to find things in bushy eyebrows but I think everything has been reinstated. TFTC
On the way home from work and decided there was just enough time to find our 1,100th cache. Actually thought this was a different cache so was surprised when we found the location. Didn't need any divine intervention though as we found the cache quite quickly. Signed the log and left an Eiffel Tower.
At last we have a nice sunny day that is not cold to go caching in, out with Locus Cache and Honeysucker for a good part of the day, today we are going for our 1000th find so down south is the target area, we got to see some wonderfull sights and find some really good caches, we look forward to returning to the southern areas to do some more caching : ) TFTC
