On our one year trip through Australia we are now in Ravenswood, Charter Towers and then to Emerald. On the way we found several Caches. Sorry for the same text. Every Cache was great and make us a pleasure.
Greetings from Switzerland.

Not the systema i expected but its 2017 replacement. SL. Thanks for the cache and views
This is an amazing view of the rolling hills. The cache was found quickly and easily.
After (yet another) DNF on the nearby SiO2, it was great to finally grab a smiley today ! It was to be our only one, with serious rain for the remainder of the day.
Thanks for the cache SecretSquirrel-BJC & HDSpringer

Thanks to Noppy and Tina for the matainance of the cache it is disappointing when you you go hunting and have to log a DNF BUT ALL IS GOOD HERE TFTC
On 2017 Easter hunt, we ended up at "P". In our case, it was rePair and rePlace. The container was smashed. We rePlaced with a camo mint tin - all that we had with us.
What a beautiful Place.
thanks HDSpringer

Beautiful view. Well worth the short drive out with Geofamily. Cache in need of repair as lid quite brittle and damaged. TFTC
Wow, this is a good view. We almost drove past (40 degrees and the car air conditioning was very appealing) but thankfully stopped and climbed the ridge for a look. Container is a bit damaged but contents are fine and dry, thanks to good placement of cover. TFTC!
TNSL. Thanks for hiding the cache in such a beautiful spot. I never would have thought to climb up here myself but I am glad I did . The panoramic views were gorgeous and there was not no one else any where to be found. I sat on a nice rock and enjoyed the nature around me before heading off to find my next cache. I think a will be back to this spot for a picnic
drove to the top and had afternoon tea. It as an awesome for a cuppa!!!
Thanks for bringing me here, I would not have stopped otherwise.
Thankyou for slowing me down to enjoy the view!

We liberated a trackable to move it along shortly. Many thanks for showng us this area HDSpringer[^][^][^]

On a caching adventure in Ravenswood with RobS72 and Mtn Pygmy Possum, just love the place!! TFTC
After getting a few other caches in the town on a Ravenswood caching adventure with ^dventurers and RobS72, beforehand, we cruised up to this one and scrambled up the bank. It wasn't long before the cache had been located, the log signed and a lovely vintage car model TB had been dropped in by Robbie.
A lovely spot with nice views, for whichever "P" - thanks for the cache!

Second day out to Ravenswood this week, will be a while until next I think.
Drove out a few km on this road to log this cache, good views over the wind from here.
Took a TB that I think has been out here for too long.
Thanks for the cache

Quick and easy find on our Geocach Sunday. Made this our lunch stop and what a fantastic view. Took “Be Prepared” TB. TFTC.
Found it with my cousins while at the back to Ravenswood family reunion 2014
While in Ravenswood for a friends and family reunion we decided to check this cache , someone never left a hint for the geoferals to let them know there was a track around the end to walk up. They scampered up the side of the hill like mad mountain goats while the rest of us quietly walked around and up the track! Lol.... TFTF
progressed proudly past poles posting positive progress politely. thanks for the cache~
Found while in Ravenswood for the June long weekend.
Just a short drive out of town and back onto bitumen. Found some firewood close by too
GeoDaughter found this one just off the track
Dipped TBs
Dipped GeoKrety Key Coin.

10:03:00 AM. Another worth while break and photo chance. Cache all good and no muggles or traffic to wonder what we were doing. Thanks HDSpringer.
On a caching road trip with MattCNS. We departed Townsville and headed out on the Flinders Highway out to Mingela. From here we turned south and drove down to the historic township of Ravenswood. Then it was down to Ayr and back to Townsville via the Bruce Highway.
Matt found the cache quickly, considering I walked straight past it.

A nice little stop for a caching break
“This cache is brought to me by the letter P”
I proceeded to plod up the hill from the roadside to find PZ.
I would have driven the geomobile up there, but it looked a bit precarious [:o]
At the top I found a photographically portrayable, power pole, panorama [^]
Back at the geomobile I enjoyed the views one more time before heading towards where the Ayr was fresher

I look after this cache for GeoSon and will get up to replace the cache as soon as possible. I have to be down in Brisbane until the end of April so will get to it as soon as I can after I return. In the meantime just find the cache and enjoy.
Found easily enough. Unable to sign log due to water issues. Will add maintenance note as not sure if I just do that it would not count this as a Found It.
The lid has deteriorated and the cache was full of water and the log unable to be signed. Emptied out the water but desperately needs attention.
Our last find for the day and another great spot with fantastic views.
The cache was quickly found and is in good condition.
After replacing the cache we headed to the top of the hill and admired the wonderful views of the valley.
Thanks for bringing us here.

# 282 Monkeys out scrub
After the torture of the last 70-80 kilometers, it was so good to see tarmac, even if it was only for a few hundred meters.
The climb up to GZ was interesting, and the hide was obvious once at GZ, but the view was worth every minute of that drive. It really is a beautiful country.
Thank you for bringing us out here.

Nice drive through here. Fairly quick find, and admired a nearby insect on the pole. This is rather a long way from SS-BJC's home isn't it? Cheers Gav [9076]
Found on our way to Ravenswood with my mum'n'dad (Diamond Reo) to show them the ropes Great views from this one and we could here a waterfall nearby. Took wooden GC , Left Swampy TB. Thanks SecretSquirrel-BJC

Pretty Perfect Place - would be my Ps . I have taken the road from Ravenswood to Ayr quite a few times before, just for the nice drive. It's such a lovely bit of country. It was quite busy today though, in the time it took me to sign the log, there were at least 6 cars passing by.

At last, we've been watching this cache for over a year now and finally we've made the effort to claim it as a find. Very dry as always but it was trying hard to rain today.Squeak decided to take the easy route to the top so I guess that left bubble to take the really easy route & had the cache found & log complete whilst Squeak was still coming up the easy route! LOL. TNLN. TFTC.
I've been through this area a couple of times with the van in tow, but this was the first time I stopped for a good look at the top of this range. A great place for a pee stop and a nice cache hide. TFTC TN left a token.
Enjoyed the "P" and took some great photos of the surrounding hills and valleys. Left TB. Took nil. TFTC.
Ahh, another SS-BJC cache to add to my total......just had to come halfway around the country to find it........
This was a business/caching planned trip to Townsville, so I ensured there was plenty of time to do the drive from Townsville to Ravenswood and onto Ayr. After finding an interesting location/cache back down the road, it was onto this one, where after parking the car, it was a simple walk to GZ. Cache was found no problems, and with the log signed it was time for a photo or two.
The views were pretty good, as usual with SS's caches, so it a case of sit and enjoy it for a while. From there, it was a fun drive onto Ayr. The road is great condition at the moment.
Thanks SS - good fun

WOW so beautiful view - Worth to visit.... Took - Travel bug. SL. Thanks SecretSquirrel-BJC & HDSpringer for organising the cache and hunt.
First find for the day on our geocaching adventure out to the Burdekin Falls Dam. Stopped over and headed of to GZ. Located the cache at 1100 while taking in some views. We were welcomed too by a flock of black cockatoos.
T: Two green frogs and a flag badge.
L: Plastic gecko, spinning top and 'Rise all ye dead' TB (it just seemed the right spot to put it, being dead in the middle of nowhere.).

we were certainly treated with very Pleasant Peaceful Panoramic views at the "P" Stop. It's hard deciding what direction to look at first. Thanks for placing the cache in such a pretty location it was well worth the trip. The clues are spot on and we had the cache in our hands very quickly. We were also thrilled to discover that we were the FTF's. TNLNSL but we did drop off a TB. Thanks for the cache.
