On a bit of a circuit picking up bits for the various multis out here, spent a fair while looking around before finally finding it. Nice work on the hide! TNLN Thanks.
VERY clever, yet so obvious. Searched for an hour. Will never find a cache better hidden than that. TFTC
A quick find of this wonderful cache. I appreciate your efforts in placing it here. - heart + picture frame
[Despite a considerable amount of time I was not able to put the cache back as it really should be.] The magnets need to be glued back on.
I took my GPS on a night ride to night and it took me to a different place to where it has in the past. A couple of minutes thought and there it was!!
A very clever hide and a good use of discarded resourses.
Cheers and thanks

Out in the forest with Little Horrible to find two Caches. We were all around this one.On the other side of the track[ dummies.]We must have looked like tree huggers. With plenty of Bikeing muggles out for a ride, and other muggle folk lurking nearby,we nearly gave in.But we reread the clues and suddenly the penny dropped.L H found it This has to be the most clever one yet.T N Left a Kiwi Tramper.
After a long walk on a hot day with womble-btb we finally found this one. A lot of muggles and bikers about so quite hard to get. Gps all over the place so went back and read clues.A very clever and unusual hide.
Found this with help from chip.n.dale who had already found this but watched us with great amusement. Quite a few bikers out today so had to watch out for them as well. What a great hiding place! TFTC.
dear Slow n Steady - I was passing "Ask the heavens" yesterday and saw that the sign has been dented and falls out very easiliy (was on the ground). Maybe you should go and check it and do some fixing.
Finally after 3 attempts I have found this up until now annoying cache. Great hide and I am so glad I can knock this one off my DNF list. Was about to give up again but thought 5 minutes more would not hurt and low and behold there it was. Attempted it for the DNF meet the next day even if I was unsure wether I would attend. TFTC
Tried to find it yesterday , came home and read the clues carefully then cycled out and found it almost immediately .
Clever cache and loads of fun - thanks

I should have read the instructions properly and looked above ground level right from the start!!!. Excellent hidey hole - very clever indeed. Would not have looked there if it weren't for my partner trying to lend a hand after sitting on a nearby dune watching me digging around in the pine needles for ages. We checked out the Adrenaline Forest afterwards and would love to come gack and give that a go. This park is a great place to come out to for the day - there's so much to do. Thanks for bringing me out here.

Have visited this site before without success (after searching for some time). I decided to stop on a whim today while out on my regular bike ride for another look. Found almost immediately after noticing something I'd totally screened out last time. I like the hide. TFTC.
Second attempt at finding this one. In the end friend (Scat) trying geocaching for the first time found it. Had a little hint from Troodles as well which helped. Great cache. Very well hidden.
Clever, yes! Our 7-year old likes "fiddling" with things and hey presto! Found it - not the first time we'd looked for it!
Lost count of the number of MTBers that went past whilst I was looking for this one. But at least I had a bike and a helmet on so didn't look too out of place. Looked for ages with no luck and can't see me being back in here for a very long time so finally caved in and PAF'd it. Blast! I hadn't looked thoroughly enough, outsmarted on this one well and truely.

Second time around, very clever. Have found all in the series, now off to find the mega. TFTC
Just about to give up for the second time when Old Boots! swung a stick and.... found at last. Nice hide but I forgot the puzzle piece and on reflection wonder if there were any there. Will be back that way again as still more caches to find. TFTC
Hello Mrs doesn't like to give up so we searched & searched until even she was ready to flag it when I idly flicked a stick. Lo & behold there was the cache. Nice hide thanks TNLN
Well at long last, we have been back and forward to here for ages. Pete was rereading the comments that had been logged and said I wonder so off we go and yes there it was. We had overlooked it so many times. I have had so many scratches and I think we picked up every pinecone in the area. Well done.
We can't believe that we found this first time out. Will admit that with daylight fading and the cold setting in we had given up and were on our way home, when !!!
Great hide, very cleverly done.
1st peice of the Mega puzzle collected, hope the rest aren't quite so tricky.

Third time lucky. Fantastic hide. Best so far. Mega jigsaw finally completed. TFTC.
Wow..finding this one was a testimony to the value of dogged persistance.!! I bike the circuit very frequently and have stopped a few times to have "one more try". amazing hide! TFTH
Ahhh the one that got away...
We looked and looked
with no luck .. maybe next time

Spending Easter at Spencer Park (cleaning loos for 4000 teenagers at Easter Camp), managed to escape for a couple of hours to start the Mega hunt. Nofs junior turned this one up pretty quickly - nice hide! She then proceeded to fall off her bike and we had to return to camp. Think I can escape again a bit later on.
Spent quite a while looking around and dodging fast moving muggles on wheels. Even had 8yr old apprentice climbing some of the trees. Will have to try again soon. A good excuse for exercise and blackberry hunting at this time of year.
#141 (12/12 MEGA). Took a while too find, but persisted given it contained the final clue to the MEGA cache. Kept re-reading the description, and slowly but surely homed in on the cache. Ingenious!
Yay, GPSr had us a little down the track at first. Liz spotted while Stephen was scratching his head. TNLN
Took us a while to locate this one. We should have been a lot quicker as we had done two of Kiwi Nomads in Nelson just last week.

Walking a bike track is one of the slower forms of transport. Happily a quick find at the end. A very cunning hide and certainly a labour of passion. Thanks for letting us see this and enjoying the thought that went into it. Love the note. TNLN SL. Number 6 and the last one for the day. Another half next time. See y'all.
I had looked at the caches final resting spot, but hadn't twigged. It was 5 minutes later that GSV came and did his magic and found it. Clever hide. Cheers Gav [1712]
Have had a lot of practice at finding caches like this one, so it didn't take too long. If you like this one try Nelson Kiwi Nomad caches. 2nd in the series today and 5th find overall. Thanks very much.
"Well hidden" is an understatement! Clever, clever, clever. Thanks and we enjoyed sitting at the site and doing the puzzle. TFTCaches. On our way to the final. Really appreciate all the time and thought that has gone into this series of caches. Long-John
After an hour and half of looking, Mrs Long-John was losing her sense of humour, and yet some people found it so fast. This is our last in the series, so we will not give up! Long-John
Well I had to come back and have a crack at doing the series.
Took me a few minutes to work this one out - tricky hide!!!

Brilliant. Took about 20mins to find. We love this sort of cache, so thanks very much.
Oh yes, I found this one despite four of us looking furiously for 20 minutes. Great hide - thanks for the fun.
Ahh very cute. Did this one and Road Rules in one session a plesent afternoon on the bike. Another two pieces to this excellent puzzle.
At last! Returned again for another visit (4th) and found it in about 3 seconds at the only place that I hadn't looked close enough at before. Good hide. And thus I have now visited all the caches in the Bottlelake MEGA series - a great series of caches that I thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you. - Rachael's Rucksack (Tools of the Trade) Geocoin.
Wow did we just miss seeing the previous loggers come through. We hunted far and wide for this one, GPS wasn't helping too much as the log implies so the hint was all we had to go on. Thankfully B had his thinking cap on today and the cache was in hand. Very crafty hide, well done we liked it!

We found this one very quickly, as the coordinates were excellent. A very clever hide, though you have to watch out because the muggles do seem to come out of nowhere! Took Kansas Sunshine Geocoin (not presently logged in, so we'll wait to log it out). Dropped off our own Rachel's Rucksack (Tools of the Trade Geocoin) to start its adventures again. SL. TFTC.
Also logging in and out our England Geocoin.

Yes, I can see why I missed it last tme. This time I was there by 6:45am and there were no MTB muggles around. Now I was expecting a much more sneaky hide and I soon turned it up. I can see why Sallies were uneasy about it.
This was # 12, so I was off to grab Mega next.

Oh this one was very nice!! Only one muggle cycled past while I spent 15min hunting - then suddenly an idea. I wonder if....?? And there it was (reminding me a bit of one of my own caches). No.7 of the 12. No swaps, thanks and cheers from Grandalf(975)
1772. After finishing the series last weekend we had a "feeling" about this cache and, knowing that we would be tied up with other things all this weekend, we took a ride out after work today. We found the cache quickly this time and know exactly why we struggled before and why we feel uneasy now.
We took the geocoin with us.

Dropped by to check out the 'frustration destruction' level nearby. Not too bad... Cache is well and good. Dropped off a coin.
Day 2 Cache 11. I hate to say it guys but we found this one in less than a minute! It's definitely there, you obviously aren't looking hard enough

I searched for close to an hour too, looking at all possible places. I'll keep an eye on these logs to see if the next person finds it.
On my outbound MTB leg from Spencer Park I had only just stopped to search when Shaun (seryan?) - he who caches without a gps - hove into view with his dog. I made a few cursory searches of the adjacent flora but probably spent more time throwing sticks and balls for the dog. Eventually I had had enough of the searching and throwing so I left Shaun to see if he could find it (his second attempt) whilst I cycled off to try my luck on some of the other caches in the series.
On the return leg I stopped and gave the area a more intensive search but still came up empty handed. I leave it for now and just watch before attempting again.

2 visits and still no joy - still Caz (the dog) thanks BaldEd for his ball throwing skills. As for me the scratches will eventually heal!!
Well we wasted a lot of time here - well over an hour and never found anything. We have all sorts of ideas but no luck with them on this visit. When we arrived Seryan was already searching so we joined in but it ended up being a failure for all of us. We'll be back!!
Thanks

Yes I did really enjoy this one with so much to search thru but got it in the end ,,very good I am still smiling now,, cheers
Took quite a while to find. There's heaps of wood lying around. Lots of bikers too. TNLN - thanks.
I am retracting this listing.
The listing itself is fine, however it seems that it would be best for me to review all of the caches in your series and then publish them all together rather than one at a time.
That way we can correct any issues before publishing the entire series.
