Unfortunately this cache is soaking wet and unable to sign new log book, emptied water out and put back. TFTC though!!!!
The container is damaged, and we no longer live in the area so can't maintain it. Its a great location, and hopefully people will still visit the 'wormhole', cache or no cache.
The cache is full of water, including inside the ziplock bag (which is ripped), so the log is soaking wet and currently un-signable. It probably needs a new, properly water-proof container - especially given its location.
This is one cool cache - loved the "wormhole" experience! We did it twice, both forwards and backwards. There were at least 4 other cars there trying the same thing and we thought they have to be looking for the cache, but no, none of them went to the hiding spot. Apparently this place is quite popular around the area! TNLN and didn't sign the log, because it was completely wet. TFTC!
Found cache with no problem, even though I didnt quite have the full coordinates. Cache is wet inside though the replacement log book is still dry. The bag with the log is in bad repair and needs replacing soon.
Arrived on site, where 6Hinemoa2 performed the necessary magical illusion.
Amazing!!! We then did our calcs and made a quick find.
The container however, is seriously sun affected and brittle, and i put my thumb through the top just replacing the lid.
We have emptied the contents into an Ice-cream container and placed it back where we found it, hope it lasts the distance.
Thanks Ayzeds for a terrific cache, a favorite today for us

Didn't believe that this could happen in a car. But with my friend in tow was more prepared to take on the challenge. It worked - and we didn't have to travel too far to reach GZ.
The local cows could try this experiment instead of lazing around just eating the grass. They must see a lot of four wheel machines having fun.
Bogonhazy quickly found the cache and we signed the log book - aLas the lid broke but a new container was found to preserve the contents before we departed
TFTC Ayzeds.

found this one which I think should not be the wright spot. It took a ride on a wave and traveled the worm hole. Put it back where we thought it should be. It may need to be dryed out a bit.
When we first arrived, the place was empty. We tried out the wormhole, then grabbed the cache.
The place started to get a bit busy after that, another three cars arrived. I'm surprised that the road isn't marked, probably a few accidents around here.
Thanks, Robmc.

Pulled over the top of the hill to find two cars trying out the worm hole. Thought they might be fellow cachers but after doing the maths and finding the hide, found that there were no log entries, so can only assume that they were there for the experience. Despite the enormous amount of rain this weekend the cache was still just bobbing around quite safely. TFTC and strange ride.
Now, that was interesting. Found the cache, which was quite damp inside, but the log book is OK. TNLN. TFTC
Loved this idea for a cache so I just had to try it out. The wormhole didn't seem to work so well for me today and I had to resort to the hints to make the find but had heaps of fun nevertheless.
I explained what I was doing to a couple of muggles who stopped and asked me "where the funny thing with the road is..." Due to this cache I was able to show them AND talk to them about caching. Maybe some converts in the future.
The cache was half full of water and everything inside was soaked. I put a new logbook and zip loc inside for future finders and tried to dry everything else out as best as I could.
Took: tag (going rusty!). Left: New log book and bag.
Cheers, Ayzeds. Thanks for the cool experience.

13-02 7th find of the day at 12:41 and 881st find in total.
We are down off the mountain and wouldn't you know it, we can see more than 50m for the first time today.
Ever since Spice heard about this one, we just had to try it. We did it heading north and thought that it wasn't as dangerous as we had heard (but can understand why it might be now thought of as illegal). After we rolled to a stop we pulled over, jumped out the car, had a look around and were amazed to find the cache sitting on the grass surrounded be absolutely nothing! It wasn't till we read the hint (and poured all the water out) that we realized why we found it where it was.
For people trying this one heading south, we watched a car full of people try the illusion backwards while we were writing on the log. Every time they got the car onto the road and into neutral, another car would appear and they would have to pull back off the road in a rush in a hail of horn blowing. We watched them try six times before we left. We suggest doing it heading north, it might not seem as much fun, but you stand less of a chance to cause an accident.
Did we mention that it was fun though? Interesting concept.
(''\(OoO)/'') Thanks Ayzeds for the caching fun!

This was a cache of the type we have never done before. The cache was found easily once we had stopped rolling. TFTC

We overshot GZ and resorted to using the hint to find it.

Whilst having lunch in Woodend I took the time to read the description and cache logs so I was well warned about the traffic situation on the narrow road. I did what was required and the vehicle moved in the direction I predicted, but not quite as far as it should have due to the rolling resistance of the off raod tyres and nearly three tonne weight, however, I chose to move down the road and walk back to the cache. Found at 3.15pm on a Sunday drive,
Like others we had found the original cache a few years ago.
The road situation is still the same, narrow, bitumen with double white lines and limited parking,
Add to that, hilly terrain that obscures fast moving traffic and this becomes a potentially dangerous situation.
That's why the original was archived.
Yes it is fun to "defy the laws of Physics", but is also dangerous.
Even though our car was off the bitumen, 2 opposing direction cars had to slow to a crawl when they passed each other, adjacent to our parked vehicle.
They were not discovering the "wormhole", they just didn't have very much room on the road.

I'd encountered a similar phenomenon in Canada about 11 years ago, but on that occasion I had to pay for the privilege of defying the laws of physics. This one is a gentler example, but still slightly disconcerting: you know what is going on, but your senses deceive you! It is also a pretty location, with the bucolic meanderings of cows in the nearby paddock, a flock of galahs ignoring the galahs doing silly things with their car and a plastic box, and the scrarking of a similar-sized flock of crows who seemed to find something worth making a noise about. Thanks, Ayzeds.
A few years ago, I did the original cache that was at this particular point, "Ya Canna Break the Laws of Physics". So I knew what to expect. We gathered the required numbers and headed to GZ where Sam Carter made a very quick find. Thanks for the cache.
Found 13:10, I'm really not sure that stopping in the road on such a narrow road with double lines is such a good idea. So I pulled of to the side read the hint and found the cache.
TNLN, CSI=1, thanks Ayzeds.

Found with baby&Mrs gopher around 1020 on a glorious Autumn day. A fascinating optical illusion. This is our third attempt on this one as on each of the previous tries we have been thwarted by muggles so I presume the locality is well known to the locals.

I did the virtual cache here some years ago now. That cache was archived for very good reason, so this one may end up being reported and going the same way as the double lines make doing this activity highly illegal.

Found at 3.45pm Interesting phenomena - there was a huge southerly wind blowing at the time - does that explain it?
Not sure that it is legal, but we still did it. (another similar cache in the Dandenongs had to be archived because of the dangers involved)
We worked out the final co-ords and didn't believe them until we gave it a kick!
Thanks Ayzeds - how the heck do you find this spot?

What a good place to take a learner driver. I haven't been here for years and remember the phenomenon from my early driving days and thought my son and daughter would also enjoy it. They sure did. My son, an L plater, learnt a little about steering backwards on this little stretch of road. Swapped a horse for a badge. SL TFTC Also left a geocoin

We don't particularly like multi's however this one seemed easy enough and was directly on our route so we parked the car and completed the multi. We have known about this spot for ages however had no idea there was a cache there. An interesting and unusual spot to place a cache. We checked the other side of the road first and disturbed a rather large nest of bullants.

A nice easy find. I drive down this road all the time and often beep my horn at the those trying the illusion. I know to slow down but be careful because some locals don't! Very cool however.
I also know the folk at the house you are in front of. Hello to Clemmie and family if they ever discover this!
No swaps made. Thanks for the cache.

As we drove up, I realised that I'd seen this strip of road on TV before. We stopped, and sure enough, the car started rolling uphill. Not just slowly edging forward; it actually picked up a bit of speed as well.
Given that we'd now rolled to what would've been an extremely dangerous spot to then stop and extract the cache, we went on a short way, did a U-turn then came back and stopped on the other side of the road. The car started rolling back up hill again.
Very cool - gonna bring the kids here next time.

I arrived at the gate and after recording the number I had to get out and push to start the roll to the worm-hole which I arrived at exactly! I took a rhino which was busting out of the container and left Benny the Squirrel. Thanks for a great cache Ayzeds.
I wonder who actually first noticed this strange event, plenty of other muggles also giving their cars the roll test today. Found the cache quickly after the traffic subsided. TNLNSL TFTC

I tried to get this cache some time ago but the wormhole was having a significant effect on the fabric of space and I ran out of time! Today was the day and I let the car role me to the cache which was duly found. Of course everyone knows that its not a wormhole - its the magnetic effect of the north end of this dip pulling your car towards it. Thanks Ayzeds for showing me this freakish phenomenon.
Today we were in the area again and decided to retrieve the cache that was impossible to get two months ago! Nice to finish off unfinished business. SL TNLN. Thanks again for the cache, this is a good one.
I was told about this place a couple of years ago, there was a locationless cache here once upon a time I think someone told me. Anyhow, my car rolled further than expected so I did some maths and found the cache in the second worm hole I checked.

Apparently, we chose the wrong weekend to look for this. There had just been numerous discussions on Triple J about Wormholes (one in Sydney, one in Geelong, and one in a street named on-air in Mt Macedon). Great. Every man and his dog was here experimenting with the road! The experience itself was great actually, very strange, but it meant that we were unable to retrieve the cache as there were so many people experimenting with gravity. Thanks for bringing us here - we will come back sometime for the cache.
Living on the wild side we approached this from the Northerly direction and so were headed south when we attempted this cache (with a firm eye on the rear vision mirror). This is definitely the way to do it and I was totally believing the wormhole thing- no other explanation available. How on earth did you find this spot in the first place????Took clip and left pedicure kit.

There was no one else out and about today so when we got to gz we were able to follow instructions and when the phenomena started to happen we decided that it might be time to tip the last of the rum out of the esky. It certainly seems like Isaacs laws are being broken. It seemed unbelievable that our speed was increasing in these circumstances. We rolled to a suitable parking spot and the cache was quickly located.

Congratulations on your first cache, and we enjoyed this unique situation immensely.
It is indeed an optical phenomenon, and at this time of the day quite an eerie experience, perhaps your theory is in fact, a fact!
We did puzzle over the number of droppers and decided to count the star post as well. This provided us with an accurate GZ.
A warning to future searchers, if you decide to look under the blue stone block beware, it covers the entrance to a nest of very obnoxious bullants.
We also suspect the hidey niche may suffer from a serious attack of dampness, if we ever get a break in the weather, which we all hope will be sooner rather than later, for the benefit of the countryside, but perhaps not the container!
We signed the log and swapped one of our Mondo Figurines for Mr Burns.
Thank you Ayzeds, for a very commendable first effort.
