The difficulty in finding a SAFE and APPROPRIATE hiding place for a new cache has eluded me.
As it is in a children's playground, the thoughts and criticism has been somewhat unwarranted at the best of times.
I have therefore decided to cancel this cache and put the area available to use.

Due to a few disappearances over the past year or so, I will disable this cache until a better hiding spot is found in a playground. If that cannot be accomplished, I will terminate the cache.
Couldnt find it sigh, had alittle chat to a lady about what we were doing. Searched with Captain Tomato and Tankengine
This was our second find of an afternoon trip to Sunbury. This was such a clever camo effort for this cache! Perfect timing for our find as a family with young children came out of a nearby house and headed our way just as we leaving.
It was approaching nightfall as we arrived at GZ. To our relief the area was totally deserted. A quick inspection of the structure led to the conclusion that there were only limited locations for the hide. A brief search and the cache was in hand. The cache and its contents were in good condition. TFTC Blatherskite.
I was thinking this might be a short day or even a non-starter but the weather remained conducive to finding caches. Today I’m with Square_Pegs, Two_Drews and GazaC and our mission is Sunbury and the surrounding area.
This is the right time of morning to find this cache...a nice quick find and well hidden. Thanks Blatherskite.

Between the overcast conditions and early hour we found GZ deserted, allowing for 4 men to make a quick search without looking suspect. Luckily squarepegs made short work of it. We quickly passed the log around and then scampered. Thanks Blatherskite
Today was a sweep thru Sunbury with a few caching mates GazaC, abl973 and square_pegs. I dislike playground caches but no kids were around so we strolled in for a quick find and sign then got out of there. Thanks for the smiley.
Our timing was good on this one as we arrived to a child free playground. Not too many places to search and we soon had the cache in hand. Thanks to Blatherskite.
Out and about with Dutch Frangipani for a days caching in Sunbury and surrounds for her to try out her new GPS. It was an extremely hot and tiring day.
Third find of the day. TNLN

Thanks for this one! Spent a while looking underneath and around everywhere until dad found it! Pretty happy as it was really hot today! Thanks for that! cute little find Cache in good condition and still room left on the log
After reading logs of a few DNF's and thinking the micro container has gone again, I ventured to the location with a replacement container only to find the cache was well and truly in its hidden location.
Hope it gets found soon!

Find # 2202
My regular caching partner was away on holidays, so I put the call out onto the Melbourne Facebook group and ended up with Two volunteers (lochb and Nufrat) to go caching with me early on Sunday morning. It started off quite a cool and overcast morning but turned out to be a beautiful 20+ degree afternoon, perfect caching weather. We had decided to head out to Sunbury and find as many caches as we could find.
We were lucky at this one that there were no tiny muggles playing and were free to search. co ords were pretty good, log was signed and cache returned before a group of muggles appeared.
Thanks to Blatherskite for the cache.

out caching today with ahomburg and lochb, no muggles of any size here today so made for a quick find, tftc
Our first find without our experienced friend to help us! We were the second to find today. Thanks

Not a soul in sight this morning, so it was easy to trot up from the court and find the nice, new container... and transfer the old piece of paper that was stuffed in the old one, then remove the remains of the old one, to avoid any future confusion.

A quick find on a gloomy day with no muggles in sight today. It was a bit confusing as we found the old cache and signed it and then the new one and signed at as well. TFTC
Came here with the Walenators. Found the cache as I left it. Wal signed the log
Then we saw it had been replaced recently, so we went back and found that too. Both signed tha one as well

We found the bottom half of the cache container in an unusual place. Checked the surrounding area for rest of the cache but no luck. The Chief stashed a new log into what remains of the cache, see underneath. Sorry we didn't have our caching tool kit with us!
A replacement cache container similar to previous will be replaced as soon as the shops open and I can buy one. Hope to have this back up and running VERY SOON.

Today found myself required to perform the task of "dropping someone off at the airport" at a rather early time I must say. However I saw the positive aspect to this as it would give me an excuse to do some caching in the surrounding areas. Been meaning to get out this way for awhile as its not a part of Melbourne I need to visit often. Overall today's run resulted in 34 finds an epic result.
Headed to Sunbury to check out the region which I haven't been to before and was amazed by the cache quality seen in the area.
26th Find. This is one BOLD hide and am surprised but pleased that its still there. I did not initially notice it so I guess that what alot of muggles would do too. Today there was no one around so this sort of cache was possible for me to attempt, normally I avoid them. TFTC Blatherskite

Quickly located the cache once I stopped wandering around. I agree with the previous logger. Don't know how the kiddies have noticed it yet.

Dreaded looking for this one as we approached GZ but for once the cache was in hand very quickly. Can't believe this one hasn't been spotted by a muggle. Thanks.
THE SLIDE WAS WET
Last one for the night after thinking we knew where it was and wasting time looking in the wrong spot we finally had it in our hands at 8:38pm! great little cache and number 12 for the day. TFTC

Cache number 22 for Team Mooo
A quick and easy cache. Was very surprised it was still there given it's location.
No muggles about today - too drizzly and early on a school day.
Thanks for the cache!

Nice little spot... No muggles today and my miss 4 had a lovely time on the playground.
Thanks
Thanks
Found this one today with Irontoad. I thought that it would be in a different place from where it eventually was. I hope this one lasts but good hiding place (even though I don't particularly like caches hidden like this). No muggles here today which was good -though there were some teenagers that were quite interested in us near where we parked. Took nothing, left nothing and signed log. Thanks for the cache Blatherskite.
Really wish I could have tried this one while in the area last month.
But the company I was in didn't want to.

Our 3rd for the afternoon along with Kinkell1 and Tilley TB. GPS took us right to it when the muggles had left. Good to have a dog with you on some of these.

I was on my way to Bendigo today to visit an elderly Auntie and, as with most long drives, I find a few caches along the way really makes the trip a lot easier and more pleasurable. I had stopped off to get a couple of caches near the freeway and, when scanning for others nearby, noticed this one fairly close which I could remember having a go for a few years back (14/4/09 according to my log). On that occasion, despite visiting twice, I couldn't approach GZ due to muggles - so I was particularly happy to be able to revisit today and, finding the place empty, had little trouble finding the cache.

Thanks Blatherskite - it surprises me that this one has lasted so long - playground caches normally have a fairly short lifespan in my experience.

On our way to PrincessDiala's wedding in Woodend, lochb needed to get a card, and we wanted coffee, so we pulled off the highway and found our way to this cache.
Looked around, thinking this would be an easy one, but it took a little bit more thought than first planned.
Still a how did we not look there first moment when we found it!!

I am not a fan of children's play grounds as a single male cacher who normally carry's a camera ~ Look's sus or what?????
Made a quick grab, sign & replace before scurrying away..........
Took: Nothing
Left: Nothing
*Cache Condition ~ Fine!
Thanks Blatherskite for the cache!

Fortunately, no little ones near or at GZ, though it made 4 geo-adults not the least not suspicious I suspect! After a short search this nifty cache was to hand. Log is full and I reckon needs replacing in near future.
Found with 'Dylan 7a' 'The Morphoist' and 'Metro menance'.
Thank you to 'Blatherskite' (my first Sunbury find) for the cache and its location.

Having found a few like this one in playgrounds, made this one a bit easier. TFTC
Grabbed on the way through to Diggers rest. No kids here today, lucky. Always feels a bit strange lurking around play grounds with no kids in toe. Well I did have my son with me but he is 18 Log is full, surprising the cache has hung around as long as it has, being in a high traffic open area. Awesome Thanks.
A huge day of caching that started in the wee hours of the morning and ended at about 9:30pm with one exhausted trail runner. I had agreed to pick up my caching buddy jsmyong55 at a reasonable hour and when we had finished he and he had added another 120 caches or so to his tally. It was a nice way to end our partnership as J is heading back to Malaysia soon. It will be hard to find someone to cache with that can fill his shoes.
I apologise to all the CO’s for using a generic log but after the 130+ caches for the day for me I’m too exhausted to even think of writing an individual log for each. Thanks to each and every one of you.
I only realised last night that I hadn't logged this one on the way to replace the X cache nearby (16/1/12)

Obviously my geocaching radar is improving as I stood back and figured where it was while waiting for the area to vacate. TFTC.
No little muggles in sight when I found this one with Old Boots. TFTC Greetings from New Zealand.
Nice hide, and easily grabbed today as it was too wet and cold for anyone other than silly cachers to be outside. Thanks to Blatherskite.
TFTC. Last one for today and was awesome to finish the day with the Geokid having a play on the swings.
Arriving at where my GPS pointed me for GZ I soon exhausted all options then extend search out to the rest of the playground.. then I read over the previous hints re accuracy of Coords, I then trusted my GPS and made easy work of the find.. Thanks Blatherskite for the camoed cache (and good coords).. find #1344
Sneaky hide, but we managed to find it as the co-ordinates were accurate.

Kids did the best fake ever. Massive effort pretending to play near location and sneaking around. Cool find.
Out night caching in the Sunbury and Riddells Creek region with my mate Blacklegend (Marshy). Made our way through the back streets to a convenient entry point to where the cache was hidden. No probs locating the hide. Thanks Blatherskite.
One of 31 on a night run with my good caching mate Marty (Quasar3671) this time in the Sunbury and Riddels Creek areas. No trouble with muggles at 1.40am... Love the night caching. TFTC.
Well hidden. Park was deserted - probably because of the heat but it was still the weekend.

Karen took us directly to the park, and the find was made quickly.
Lucky for us the threatening weather kept the muggles away.
I can see how some would feel uncomfortable searching for this one.

At 1:30pm on a school day, the place was deserted. Took a look at the sparse equipment and wondered where a cache could be hidden that would escape the kids notice. I figured the only place would be... right where the cache was. Thankfully an easy find in seconds, since my usual companion (the 3yo) wasn't with me to act as cover.
