Missed this the other day but knowing how proactive Rodz is with his maintenance checked the online cache page and sure enough not only had it been checked after my DNF but also replaced. Now THATS service Very Happy

As I was pretty sure I was in the right spot last time I didnt even need the GPS to grab this one, just walked up and found it where it should have been the other day. Yay! Always like cleaning up a DNF Wink

I think that is most of the WTF down this stretch done. Time to head upstream!

I can only think that a cacher lost this one either by not replacing it properly or leaving it in sight. Another one in place with double super-magnets. Please replace and retrieve with care.

Nope... even with the very detailed clue indicating only one possible hide even my long arms failed to lay hand on the cache Sad Hope the magnet didnt fail or it's GoooOOoooOnnnE! No worries, Im sure a new team with 3 finds will make a QEF tomorrow you watch. (Oh God another new acronym creeping in! Razz) Next time!

First of the day on an attack to pick off a load of the WTF caches. Misty and I had set the target, somewhat unrealistic in hindsight, to attempt the entire WTF series in one day. We might have made it had we started much earlier than 08:30 but too early a start ends up being a chore rather than a fun day of caching.

As it turned out we got about 3/4 of the way around before deciding to call it a day, not least because it had started raining (again) and we were both flagging. But for the most part the ones we did we enjoyed, until we ended up loosely following the river Brent it was a lovely succession of paths beside the rivers and canals, and even on a gloomy day it was a nice place to be. We even recognised a few parts from the previous time when we did our six-icons-in-a-day challenge, which included V... good to go past that spot without having to go hunting again.

Replaced. THIS WILL ONLY VANISH IF IT IS NOT REPLACED AS FOUND. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU DO SO.
