Surprised I couldn't find this. This is the first log for this cache in a long time, I have a feeling it is missing
Meaning to take Cornishman's Hill Pass Road, I couldn't resist grabbing this one so close. Found at 12:13 on Sun 16 July 2017. The contents are good and dry bar the log book being slightly damp so I added some moisture-munchers to hopefully reverse that . TFTC The Silver Snitch
Awesome one! Kids loved it. Left a few extra treasures in this one as it was a bit light on.
Sunday morning and the sun was out. Great day for a spot of country caching. TFTC
Veni. Vidi. Vici. Scripsi.
Had a post lunchtime meeting nearby and left the office at the beginning of lunch so had a few moments to detour in and get cache for the day. Drove in and parked nearby, wandered to GZ and made the find rather quickly as the cache was completely exposed. Signed log and replaced with a little more natural camo. Still easy for cachers to find though.
Disappointed that I could not get there at night. Can see it would be a spectacular view.

So much traffic, even on a dark cold night! Surrounding vegetation could do with a chop TFTC
A quick stop during the day returning from the Barossa...a pity I didn't see the Christmas Lights...just a tad late...or early, it will be back soon enough...

A nice quick find today after a previous DNF earlier this year. No christmas light were seen here today, and Mrs J was back in the car, so I had no-one to pass the cache to. So I just re-hid it and moved on.
Thanks The Silver Snitch.
Thanks The Silver Snitch.

A beautiful day for caching or any other outside activity. Unfortunately we were off to a sad start.

Still leisurely touring South Australia after the Mega
Still currently camped at Mt Crawford forest we awoke to being blanketed in fog.
By 11.00am there was no sign of it lifting so we decided we didn't really want to cache in it, so we headed off to run some errands and to target a cache for our D/T Matrix.
Of course we couldn't help ourselves and managed to grab quite a few others in a very scenic part of the Adelaide hills.

Thanks to Silver Cat and Australia Post. Charlie is now back with his Elf and spending some R and R before heading off again.
Found today (sorry accidently logged the 9th on paper!) on a chilly winters evening. No lights tonight but they'll be here before we know it. I have visited these light displays almost every year since they began and they are fantastic. Will make sure I go back again this year and think of the cache here:) Thanks for the hunt - and ho ho ho. Do you think Santa will bring me a new geomobile this year???
Found quickly, the tricky part was getting it.
A decent break in the traffic and I made the grab.

In Adelaide for a Christmas catch-up with friends and do some caching.... Brisal5 took me on a slight detour to do some Christmas Shopping. Couldn't believe the lights we could see, mainly blue and red.
Thanks
Thanks
My caching buddy mogni was in town and we both had some Christmas Shopping to do. So it was off to TTP. Shopping done it was time to get the last two Goths Anniversay series out the way, only stopping for a few other caches along the way.
The christmas lights were all on CFS trucks fighting a nearby fire. How did you arrange that [?] We stopped and couldn't believe it. A caravan was camped about 50 metres from GZ. So we crept in, used the hint, found the cache and crept away. Thanks The Silver Snitch.

We had a bit of time to spare before heading to the nearby 'FLASH MOB - Caching in Space' event so attempts at some local caches was just the go.
A nice, quick find after meeting Crispy89 in the parking bay. We will try to remember to return in a few weeks to see the Xmas lights
Many thanks for the hide The Silver Snitch [^]

Had a DNF on this on the first pass today ... couldn't leave it at that though, had to go back and have another look after doing a couple of other caches. Turns out I was only one layer away from the find the first time

Found in the first place I looked which is the same place the gang looked last time not sure what happened there. May have been a case of cache blindness

2523. Plans were made to do this one last night, but the food, drinks and company at the local changed that and the lure of the night cache out in the scrub took over, although no positive result occurred.
So I returned today in daylight to grab the smiley. TFTC.

Found with Knightyme. It was a fountain of frustration at first. But we took a seat and it became clear.
While on a caching day with Shaido we come across this cache, unfortunatly it was during the day so we miss out on the lights.

A great family day out today as we had to go to a scout camp, we decided to spend the day caching our way up there. The day saw us get our individual 100th caches and our sister got her 200th cache, other sister got her 100th cache. We saw the chocolate factory and big rocking horse and finally got to camp in time for mum to hurt herself. Thankyou for the cache, we had a great day out.
Stopped in for a number boost on my smoko break. A quick find after my phone led me into the pokey tree! SL TNLN TFTC

What better night to do this cache on than Christmas Eve? [?]
I have known this cache was here for a long time now but wanted to keep it until the season was right and tonight was the night!
I still needed my daily cache as I had stopped at two other caches on my way home from work and both were DNF's so I was exceedingly glad to finally get a cache today
Merry Christmas to all and especially to the family who placed this cache so that others can share in the joy of the lights!
