A straight forward find whilst in the area with loads of random others.
GoodLook and I were in the USA from Australia with our primary purpose to attend the GPS Adventure Maze and GeoWoodstock XVII in Fort Worth Texas, but then our plans expanded....
Whilst in the US I attended the ASP Geobash Mega in NY State; visited family friends near Detroit; went on a long road trip where we checked out Death Valley in California, and unique sights in Nevada, Arizona, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Texas to name just a few of the states.
The scenery, towns and adventures were both interesting and varied. It was great catching up with US and Canadian friends (new and old), and making plans for future trips.
We certainly targeted virtuals, earth caches, Adventure Labs, events and several trails. Your virtual being one on our 'must do list'.
Thanks for the cache!

Duh. Stared at the blank slab of concrete thinking that they took the cache with whatever was there. Then with a little more sleuthing found it in a flash. Great view from here (in both directrions). Thanks for the "walk and grab" on my visit to your town.
I had stopped by to find this cache a few years ago without success and as it turned out, it was definitely missing at the time. Since then I haven't had a chance to make it back out here to look again.
Today I was in Fort Worth again for my yearly trip for business and figured I may as well snag this one. The pickings in town are starting to get pretty slim for me and I was happy to be able to grab at least one before vanishing into the convention center for the rest of the week.

This one we didn't found on our tour across Texas...

Nice view from this park. GPS was not very accurate today, but made the find. TFTC. (1699)
US11. It was a very hot walk down past the court house, but at least at GZ this tiny cache was located quickly in the logical spot. Thanks
