Hello, cachers. This one has been replaced a couple of times now, and so it is heading for the archives instead of a replacement again. Thanks to all the finders in its time. The spot hopefully can now host a new cacher's idea.
Had a good look for this one today until we checked the logs and discovered it hasn't been found recently. We found plenty of cobwebs and got pretty dirty but no cache
Hi Fore!
We've had another really long look today (20th). We now have 4 more (very old) baseballs and are still picking cobwebs and mulch off our pants and t-shirts, but have not been able to locate the cache though having gone over the thing in the hint with a fine-tooth comb.
If the cache has fallen off, then it would be very hard to find ....

been looking for this several times over the last month. Can't find it. Nothing that remotely would be covered by the hint. By the time I'd see the person in the hint, I'd be about 20m away from the coordinates. ... next hint-thingy is a bit off too and most of the hiding places are full of cob webs. Don't feel like tickling some spiders.
Third time here over 6 months. With over 220 finds I would think we could find it! Huge piles of rubbish at GZ may be a problem.
Finally, now it's getting lighter we could have a better look after footy training. TFTC ??
A little tricky due to the pile of rubbish nearby, clothes will need washing! Good one to get while footy is on. Have found many like this one but locating the cache was of course the tricky part. Glad I did not give up! Thanks for the picture!
Took a little bit of time but finally found. Like another log, once the cache was found the clue made more sense!! TFTC
This one had us going for a while. Made all that harder by the two worker muggles watching and wondering what we were doing. I finally convinced dad that the clue went hand in hand with a certain item close to the final location and when we looked that little bit harder, BINGO, there it was.

I searched and searched but came up with nothing. Not sure if its always there, but there is a pile of old tires, long metal poles or pipes and rolled up fencing right on the GZ. There was also fresh tractor wheel marks in the dirt surrounding the area, so wasn't sure if anything had been disturbed or not. I'd like to blame it for preventing me from finding this cache. I'll put this on my watch list and see how others find it. I'm probably just suffering from cache blindness on this one.
Quick find while in Canberra. Interesting hide - may have to borrow the idea. Left TP sticker and dropping off TBs for mileage. Thanks for the fun Down Under! - TP
Will have to try again another day. GPS ran out of power after we had searched for about 15 mins. I'm sure it was right under our noses.
A few hours on Anzac day before the start of the Collingwood/Essendon match, so a good excuse for a quick spot of caching with friends. This one took a while to find - but did find a bright yellow baseball. TFTC.
Maybe I'm thicker than most but I have just worked what the Ahoy in the clue means. Thanks Fore!
Was attacked by European wasps at the GZ and then chased off. The stings are painful - be careful!
After looking in the wrong spot and getting covered in spiders. Read the hint and found it straight away. TFTC
Some days are diamonds... Found @ 2030 on a evening stroll of mixed success. So far half the caches I've visited have been unattainable due to Muggle activity. I thought this would be one of them, with a couple apparently settling in on the pitching mound for the evening (pitching woo is what I'm figuring), so it was with some relief that the compass swung me past and into a place of relative obscurity. It took a bit of searching before I could claim the find. TNLNSL-TFTC
There was nobody here at the Baseball Club today, and it was drizzling with rain. This made it easier for us as there were no muggles around to be worried about. Took a bit of a search as our GPS had GZ a few meters away, but eventually we came up with the cache. TNLNSL TFTC
Bit muddy after recent rain, but no dramas finding it.

Quick cache round on the way back from squash. This was a relatively quick find even in the dark. At least no one watching you. TFTC.
Quick easy find. Tftc

Hmmm 2nd time lucky after a long break - this was my first time back at caching after having a baby . Drove us nuts the first time (no idea why as it was obvious the 2nd time around). Found with torrevieja and the geohound.
A difficult cache for several reasons - lots of muggles, mosquitoes, and a poor GPS reception. Eventually found it using the spoiler picture. TFTC!
Approaching ground zero we got to watch some baseball, Indians vs Bears. While looking for the cache one young baseballer was looking at us rather suspiciously, so we had to 'loiter' until she moved away and we could make the grab.
Then had fun watching some more baseball before moving on to the next cache.
Thanks Fore!

Couldn't find it! My GPS was pointing me in random directions, and when it settled down, it pointed consistently to the same spot. Maybe it has been muggled, or I wasn't looking hard enough, but I have no idea where it is. I'll get you next time my little cache...
Sorry............No idea where to look for this one. plus it was hard as there was a man mowing the grass, maybe next time.
After arriving at GZ with allrounder we noticed 3 ball players in uniform getting ready for a tv interview. The camera was set up near the pitchers mound and pointed back towards the 1st base dugout. Using the dugout as a block and allrounder keeping a watchful eye out for the players I had a quick search before having to wait for a few minutes while the 3 made there way to the diamond for their interview I was finally able to make the find, out of their view and that of the camera.
Log is almost full.
(They will miss you this year Fore! but Im sure the other code will be happy to have you on board - lol)

No joy with this one...when we arrived this morning, there was a game on so we left and returned later this afternoon, no muggles but we couldn't find it, searched everywhere...the hint didn't make sense for us. Thanks.
Nice easy find in the dark, muggle-free. Found with $melly on a post-dinner stroll.
Quick find here thanks to the good description.
Nice park that was in use with the littlies doing their training at the oval opposite. thanks Fore

Found this on a glorious spring Sat afternoon, but no women's baseball today. Hard fought hockey nearby meant that muggles were distracted. TFTC.
It took me a little while to find but I wasn't going to let this one get away. TFTC.
This cache is still alive. It was hidden high, but we had to re-hide so humans could reach. Look a little lower at the some location. Hope this is o.k. No swaps, but log is still there. Cheers!!
Following a request to allrounder from a fellow cacher for an extra hint for this one, we called past after the WWFM & pathtag swap at Mt Ainslie and found it to be missing.
Will replace ASAP.
Will replace ASAP.
Finally - after 3 previous attempts I can log this one as found.
Feel that I cheated a bit, in that Black Bunny assisted, but a find is a find is a find. I'm sure I'd been down low and checked there but obviously didn't look hard enough. This was a stop off on the way home after walking around Mt Ainslie on a morning caching with BB and Just a cacher.

Last one, on the way home from a lovely morning's caching on Mount Ainslie. Black Bunny leapt in and grabbed this one, before Stacky68 and I could even start to look. Easy find for us, anyway!
Thanks, Fore!
Thanks, Fore!
Tftc. Easy find on way thru suburb to my parents. Nice artwork there. Deserves a photo.
We thought we would have trouble getting this one, with muggles playing in the nets, but the structure allowed us some coverage in order to retrieve the hide. Thanks Fore!. TFTH...SL....TNLN
No sports being played here this afternoon. We had a pretty good idea of where we might find this one and Enzo spotted it pretty quickly. Everything is in good condition, TFTC
At last! Have looked for this one on several occasions (being close to home). Just about to give up today, and spotted it. Maybe the lack of harsh shadows helped. Thanks.
Nice spot, training in full swing. The locals are friendly, and watched with interest, but no one approached. Best done at night methinks
brings back memories of when I played baseball , spent about 5 minutes searching the area but Miss Stormcatcher found the cache. TFTC
Between the kids cricket game nearby and the hitters warming up in the nets, this was a little hard to get. With a little bit of 'look like I am hear for legitimate reasons' I was able to pick this one up.
**My 100th cache**
Ahh, a cunning little hide and the clue was appropriate. I also found a 'keepsake' near the cache - a practice baseball!
No mozzies today but, did need to mind the mud.

We had to avoid the attention of some guys warming up for baseball. Luckily we didn't have to hang around too long, as the clue seemed to make sense and the cache was found very quickly. Thanks
The clue took us to it- it was just avoiding the looks of the baseballers which was no mean feat. TFTC
What a wonderful way to spend a fine evening then walking through Ainslie and searching for caches! This cache stumped us for a moment, until we took a step back and worked out the hint. TFTC.
Had no idea there was a local baseball culture, so it was neat to be taken to one of the haunts. Am keen now to stop by on a weekend and see it in action. TFTC.
Took us a while to understand the hint. Poked around what we hoped was the right spot for ages until we finally found it! TFTC!
Hoping that this would be a quick 5-minute find on a drive home, however must be overlooking this GC. Might have another look when more time is available...
Found on a Caching Blitz of the ACT part one, nice hide indeed.

Called in to sign up with the Bears and left my name on the log sheet for the next season
good hide, took a bit of a search just after dark! be a bit careful around here we came across some syringe wrappers.
Found after short search with help from little Alex. Also found a lone and lonely baseball. TFTC.
I used to come here every Saturday for many years when it was the home of ACT Hockey. I played, umpired and even watched a test match. This cache nearly beat me (even though it is where the gps said). I took a last look and there it was. TFTC
