Logs
As there's been either no response from the cache owner, no cache to find or log to sign, or it's been a number of months since the last owner note. I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace/make available the cache sometime in the near future (next 30 days), just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the current guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it. Should you replace the cache after 30 days has passed please create a new cache listing so it can be reviewed as a new cache.
The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 30 days) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness. If you require more time please be sure to post a note (not an email) explaining the situation and how much more time you require. For ongoing issues please ensure you visit the page and post a note every month or so to keep everyone up to date.

Well we found GZ the big white tyre and the lid we also found a little yellow ball inside the will but I'm thinking It's been removed owner mite have to go have a look I will give you two weeks and then I will disable it
Found the tyre, and a read beaut. Found the ammo box lid, and looked all around and hopped inside but it might be gone. Thanks SUBYDAZZ.
Quick find today. Lid has been broken of the ammo tin so a red back spider has made it home inside the cache. Watch out guys!
The hardest part of finding this cache was finding how to access the area. We drove past twice before finding a rather rough track which got us within 100m of the cache. The very prominent object led us to GZ and resulted in a quick find. Although the lid of the container has been damaged, the cache contents were in good condition. TFTC SUBYDAZZ
The car GPS comes in handy for waypoints especially when I am solo on this trip. Found easily and no livestock sighted but I did get attacked by the stickybeaks, thanks.
Find number 6 for the 3rd day of my trip to the Mega Event. Find number 31 for the trip so far. Found at 1420hrs.
Yep, container is well and truely battered. Lucky for the cover.
Cheers

Originally missed the turn off to this cache so had to back track a bit before we found the trail. Wandered up to the obvious location, thankfully no snakes seemed to be upset by our presence, and the cache was found and signed easy as pie. Then spent the next 5 minutes running circles on the tyre seeing how many circuits we could do until we fell off.
thanks for the cache

Wow, First log for 2012 and our 15th and last for today as we are heading home after a camping weekend. Love the 57 inches of rubber... The cache container is bent and lid not fitting and a resident red-back was watching me all the time but she stayed to her spot and I did not hurt her. "Live and let live". I drive past here once or twice a year but never stopped to get this one. TNLNSL TFTC SUBYDAZZ.
An easy find but the ammo can looks like is has been run over by a truck !!! Is the owner still active in geocaching? It needs a bit of maintenance.

After the GPSr took us to the wrong side of the cache and nearly giving up attempting it we quickly located correct entrance. A nice quick find. The ammo can is damaged adn the lid complete loose. Contents how ever where still reasonably dry. TNLN-SL.
Gotcha !!! Tired ? Well I am. I've driven over 2000 Km in last 48hrs and stopped to find 10 or so caches on the way. TFTC
Last cache on the way home to Sydney. Kids enjoyed climbing in. Thanks SUBYDAZZ.

A quick drive by on out caching tour of the area, the container was a bit tyred. TFTC.
After a couple of days rain you needed a 4wd to get near GZ for shore, anyway how did this cache get flattened like this is the question, thanks TFTC / TFTH / SL
This was the first of 10 caches I found on my weekend visit to Coonabarrabran.
It was early in the morning and I was only wearing thongs over my socks ( very stylish ) and the thick dew got me quite damp during my hunt.
It took a couple of minutes to locate the access road, but it showed up soon enough..
TFTC
The contents of the cache are in surprisingly good order for the condition of the container.
If only I was carrying a spare systema today ...

We missed the turn on the approach but got there eventually. The hunt took a few minues before we took some time to watch the mining trucks and excavators doing their thing. Interesting spot TFTC SUBYDAZZ. [869]
Very different cache location took a bit to find. Was fun watching the big trucks thanks.
Two of the three......have been moved including the one hiding the cache. The amo can is a bit squashed and the lid has been torn off. We rehid it near the remaining......and placed a black plastic container over the cache. All the contents are okay. Sorry we didn't have anything bit enough to replace it with. TFTC
Wow it make me smile! good one... Found it phew for old woman hee... SL. Thanks SUBYDAZZ
I certainly was tired after my long drive north today and approaching GZ I was able to smile. Thankfully the old body wasn't too tired for the retrieval. Found it at 1635hrs.

Found this cache at 6:45pm on our way to Goondawindi for a Vintage car Rally. Once we found the road in and being very cautious while towing an old 1928 Morris commercial on a trailler (have to look for a place to turn around) walked up to some great tyres. The female Bushie has danced on similar tyres that were on the side of The Gunbarrel Highway. It is always good fun .
Took:nil. Left: NRMA magnifying slide and car.
Thanks SUBYDAZZ for a great hide.

Found the 40R57 and the ammo box was underneath with a rusty GET (ground engaging tool) pointing the way.
Took footy card and left a gold token.

No we were not tired - but we are rather grumpy because we searched and searched and went round and round but still came away empty handed. Feel even more grumpy now that we have seen that we are the first DNF for this cache - bugger!
A good location and a nice sized cache. Also nice to get that little bit of exercise after the drive [^]

We are having a great time finding Australian caches. As usual, we see great places that only the locals know about - why we love the sport. Logging is more challenging as Scoutboy and i fight over the internet access. TFTC!
Last one at the end of the day before heading back home. We thought we would make it all the way to Singleton, but this trail took much longer than we expected. TFTC
Thanks for bringing us to this locale on our le grande tour de Hunter.

12:57 - Number 29 of 51 found today on a ruffasgutts4x4 Hunter Discovery Tour. This one was easy as a team event, just grab one each and in you go, although the correct one is pretty obvious to spot. The skipper chose that one as a previous Cacher had left a leg up device. Really cool spot for a Cache, loved it.

You beauty another ammo box, these are few and far between in these parts, what a great location so glad we came here, this was one of my personal favourites and Geoboy had a great time climbing on the three landmarks, TNLN TFTC
It was a bit hard to work out where to park and walk from to find this cache (might have been easier if I took the trackhead coords !) We had a drive through the industrial area first which was interesting and pretty quiet on a Saturday morning. Lots of BIG spare parts around. We ended up walking down the track from the industrial area and along the road a bit. As a previous finder said, we walked around GZ looking for quite a bit longer than should have been necessary, clever hide !
This was a great place out of sight for a cache and I soon had it located.

Found with JAB's and Code1 on our Easter caching weekend as the Tablelands Cachers. My find this time as JAB's and Code1 drew blanks.
Three of us ment one each to look in. Was in mine so that left it up to one of the others to find.

Finaly grabbed this one this morning after driving past it hundreds of times. There has been a bulldozer working in there and looks like they may be going to put some new buildings in. Dropped of a TB and took nothing.

This was a really really cool cache... We had a lot of fun with this one and took some great photos...
Mrs Madstars had a few attempts trying to get over the obstacle to get to the cache but with no luck.. I walk around it and found a nice little stepping stool.. very funny
The Frogs scared me to death, I screamed and so did everyone else... We laughed about that for hours.... So watch out everyone..
The name of the cache is very cool and the hint was even cooler...
Thanks SUBYDAZZ for a great cache..
Its nice to do some of yours for a change...

7:20 Cache check and TB drop. Yes there were a lot of frogs/toads under the cache so I decided it would be appropriate to drop The Wandering Bog Frog.
tftc,
rather muddy after all the rain and the cache was covered in loads and loads of frogs.

Got here just on dusk and with just enough light to see the huge drag line just sticking out of the ground. boy! those holes must be deep and as for the spoil hills, they make their own mountains.
