Bummer. Hadn't seen the most recent logs so spent quite some time looking in every hole and poking all sorts of wildlife with a stick. Even did a bit of tree climbing... Shame it wasn't there to be found, but had fun trying. Then bought some yummy fruit from across the road before proceeding to the forest...
Definitely gone. TainJAjo found it previously and confirmed wp and final are lost
GPS sent us to a most likely spot with lots of great hidey holes for a cache.... only found bugs and cicada shells. Nice quiet day here so did a thorough search.
A nice little multi. Final found some ways from GZ and on the ground. The contents and log book are quite saturated so I suspect it has gone swimming at some stage. Replaced where I think it should of been.

Only found WP1, because of the busy Easter market we have to come back in the future...
Straight forward multi. I had to go back to the car to get something to extract the WP info with. Fat fingers and small places dont mix. Thanks.
Found WP1 rather easily but retrieval was rather difficult. My fingers were too fat for this sort of retrieval. Got there in the end though. Quick easy find at the final. Cache was lying on the floor. Replaced were I figure it should be. TFTC
12.15pm.In the good company of Monkey-business and The Cullen we were onto this one straightaway. Nice little hide for WP1 which we covered with a few leaves as we left it to conceal just a tad better. Thought it would be damp patches on the knees of my trousers yet once again at GZ but care avoided that. Located quickly and sat down for the logging. Nice straightforward little multi in a rural setting without any hassel from muggles. No ducks in the pond today.

Had the hound on a short leash for the sake of the quackers. Easy find, great pies and icecream at the dairy across the road.

Found WP1 with no trouble but didn't have any luck with the final. Will have to pop back another time. Nice picnic in the park though!
Nice little multi and final GZ was where I guessed it would be as we arrived. the first stage however has lost its film cannister and the co-ords are still there in a bag but barely readable. TFTC
Found this thanks to 'Samy' who gave us some pointers. It was very much appreciated as we had all but given up, we had difficulty reading the stage one clue which is slightly water damaged. T4TC
Good find, but Stage one needs maintenance as part of its unreadable.
Came across two geocachers who were having problems reading it.

Back to finally complete this one. WP1 is still a bit of a mess but quickly found then onto the final. TFTC
Found the waypoint and final with no difficulty. Not too many muggles around on a quiet Sunday morning. Nice little pond area. Thanks.

Getting further up north. A quick back and forth. Avoiding the muggle doggies and all was good.

Ahh great , Very Soggy everywhere. Lots of fun in the rain. Dropped off a TT "The world is our playing field" quite apt for here.
Nice wee multi, saw a free range BBQ alone on the field, kind of random of you ask me.

we live so close to this one and didn't even know such a cute place existed! very peaceful and pretty place!!
Having read that the last visit was an unsucessful find for WP1 we thought we would at least have a quick look.
Found the remains of what looked like a film container and just by chance, during a search of the surrounding area, happened to find the co-ords in a small plastic bag . Continued on our search and found the cache T4TC.

No luck for me today, after an extensive search for WP1. Found the remains of what could have been the container on the ground. Looks like the mower may have got it. Will return.
1st of the day. Wonder looking at logs whether I found the cache that has been missing. Needed a stick to have one person on back pushing with other person on back with arm in as far as poss to reach it. It was full of water, dried out as best we could. and replaced closer to actual co-ords. Log book in OK condition. TNLN TFTC.
Nice easy multi while out on the bike. Pondered having a coffee over the road but decided to stop on return from Riverhead forest instead. When Roel and I got back we missed coffee by 3 minutes....bother! headed off to Her Majesty Hotel instead. TFTC
Off for a bit of light caching this afternoon with the girls. Found wpt 1. Reached GZ searched, searched some more, with three pairs of eyes we where unable to find. Not sure if it has been muggled!! Thanks anyway.

Out caching for an hour or so with KayaknKiwi, Seattle's Best and Indiana Jill - walked straight to first stage, but couldn't find second stage at all despite a fairly good grovel all round.
Took a wee while to find Wpnt1 - had looked at it twice before seeing it - needed a bit more light on the subject. Easy find of cache. TNLNSL TFTC
#845. No one around other than the ducks, so very much a stress free cache. TFTC.
Decided to check this one out on a MTB ride. Lovely PONDering at WP1. There were some kids doing PE in the school nearby. So I had to pick the right moment to dive underneath. Took a while to find GZ, but nothing wrong with a good hide for a great cache. Thanks!
[Found WP1 no probs, but ]though located GZ @ bridge, couldn't find the main cache beneath. [:-(] Gardener was doing the rounds so wondering if it's been "tidied"? Dunno. Did have a fair look though...
Not an easy find as they were setting up for a wedding in the village hall, so there were loads of muggles milling around. Managed to find and replace discreetly in the end. Had driven through here many times but never had a reason to stop.

Great fun out caching with XenaCommander. On TWO bikes today.... XC on Xena, TK on SPlat..... TK is unused to the big bike and was pining for Flash the wee Daelim or even better the rumbleseat of one of the big bikes. We had just enjoyed a very entertaining visit with XCs uncle and cuzzys... this cache was close by so it was to be the last find for the day.
TK got her sticky paws on WPT1 in almost indecent speed resulting in low growling noises from the officer in charge of the GPS. The final also eluded XC... more low growling.
Thanks for the cache and nice to see the hall has been so beautifully restored and the grounds in fine condition.

XC is on his favourite ride.. Xena (BMW R1150RT) in company with TechnoKitten riding her SV650 "Splat"..! We had just enjoyed a visit with XC relly and were heading back to Auck.
This showed up on radar so we parked bikes and walked to Wpt 1. Quickly worked out GZ and although XC was hoping to find first TK picked the right spot.. Mumble mumble... I need a solo hunt...!!
Signed the log and left cards..

A lady was exercising her dogs in the park, she sat by the hall and let the dogs go, so it didn't interupt my hunt. Just hope the back of the rangerover is wet and smelly after the dogs went for a swim.

18:21 Great ice creams across the Road, we have been here many times .
Didn't needed WP1, my caching sense led me to the treasure. The force was strong today .
TNLN. Thanks for the cache.

Nice stroll late saturday evening and found it pretty quick. Party at the hall so trying not to attract muggle attention.

Too fine outside to be in the office today so what better than a bit of Caching. Turned out very hot and TT missed the AirCon.
Lots of Muggles on the road today. Interesting park.
Thanks TWS for the obvious work.

Late night attempt on this one. There was some big party happening nearby but they didn't seem to notice me lurking suspiciously on the other side of the field.
Took the GC's to move them along.
FTF - 8th for the day in fact!
Thanks,
Chris & Vera
