As there's been either no response from the cache owner, no cache to find or log to sign, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace/make available the cache sometime in the near future (next 30 days), just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the current guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.
A vital ingredient of this cache is missing. Will disable for now till we can get to it.
I have been looking forward to doing this cache ever since I read up on it.
An awesome location that I never knew about, and that without geocaching I never would have discovered.
Unfortunately the book that contains the clue is gone and I could not locate it without that vital clue.
However, I still really enjoyed the adventure and the discovery and in a first for me I am awarding a Favourite point on a DNF.

Nice spot. Without the cache I'd never have known about those paintings. Probably the cache needs some maintenance soon. Log book is full and if someone replaces it, the first clue is gone.
Interesting spot, worth the visit. After reading gd___'s log I thought I came prepared with a new 1 liter systema only to find out the cache needs a 2 liter sorry lilla I tried. Thanks for bringing us here. TFTC.
Great cache, in an interesting spot. I went to the marked entrypoint first then found the new entry point at S32 41.776 E151 00.426. Enjoyed the cave then made my way to GZ. Cache was quickly found and the duties done.
The only problem was that the container had become brittle and as I was replacing it I made a hole in it so it needs to be replaced (I didn't have one with me sorry)

What a fantastic cache! Somewhere you mightn't go if it wasn't for caching. A minor detour on our loop through this area brough us to the cave and from there GZ was quickly determined. I was amazed at the artwork and what a cracker spot for a cache. Thanks for bringing us here.
Up here with Steeba today, but I'm normally here a few months later when the Tuff Truck challenge is on.
It was a surprise to access the same way as heading into the venue. Once at GZ we took the time to have a quick look around, just on dusk and just as the rain started to fall.
Thanks for showing us this very interesting location.

This was out saga for the day. Yes welsh road is the way to go and thinking back we should have grabbed coords for it so you could update the description. finding welsh road isn't too on the other side of the school from the access point listed. Also once you get about 700m from GZ there is a fork in the road, stay right and you will get to the right location.
Once at GZ things went smoothly and I like the way you used the log. This ne ticked the boxes for us, an adventure getting there, some very old history, a beatiful location to visit and a different execution of the cache. This one gets a favourite vote from us. Might pay to update the description for future finders. TFTC lilla07. [876]

Our 4694th overall find.
After a bit of a bum steer as to the entry point I finally worked out the right way in and headed down the road to the cave. As I parked i had a guess where the cache would be but headed up to do the cache normally and as it turns out I was right. There is some great history here.

Please note that the access WP coords will need to be changed as it is gated and there is a sign stating that it is private property and you need to enter Walsh Rd in the otherside of the primary school.
Having said that - wow what a spot! The paintings are beautifully preserved and the view is spectacular! We couldn't believe that the entry in the book isn't cryptic! Thank you for taking us to a place we otherwise wouldn't have seen.

A well thought out cache in a beautiful location. Thankyou for showing us our first example of true Aboriginal Art.
Went to the cache to drop a bug but was concerned that no one had been here since my visit last November. Is the 1st stage with the coords still intact? I looked but did not see my signature.
We are having a great time finding Australian caches. As usual, we see great places that only the locals know about - why we love the sport. Logging is more challenging as Scoutboy and i fight over the internet access. TFTC!
This was a pleasant discovery. We ran into a couple of gents documenting the cave specifics to be published in a Caving Newsletter they put out. This was a fun stop. TFTC
Very interesting area. Thanks for bringing us to this spot. Took TB to move on to Queensland, left snow globe. TFTC

11:10 - Number 22 of 51 found today on a ruffasgutts4x4 Hunter Discovery Tour, what a top spot and really cool art work... You fget a really good view and appreciate the place a lot better from a wider view... Also might be worth while awaiting someone else getting the GZ co ord's
I was one of 4 x cachers on a "Big Caching Day Out" today along with Deputy Dog, Geomatica and The Wandering Wilko's we picked up 51 caches of something like 60 attempts, of all the caches we did, this was my personal favourite.
At first glance I thought Oh it's just another cave and a shallow one at that, but then it's significance struck me and the art work as well, it really should have some sought of protection around it in my way of thinking, so as it's there to see for generations to come. Simply breath taking stuff so glad we bothered to do this multi.
The cache was quickly found though I have to admit I went off on some fools errand round the side of the hill believing i'd find it without the WP help.
Having only plastic in the way of money I was kinda miffed I could not leave the honesty box with something.
Sorry bout that I'll make it up when I bring back the whole family for another look Cheers

11:10 - Number 22 of 51 found today on a ruffasgutts4x4 Hunter Discovery Tour. As we passed a group of quad and trail bikes on the way to the Cache I thought the place would be packed but thankfully it was clear. We bolted up to the apparently ordinary Cave and had a quick look about but it wasn't until after we found the co-ordinates and had a good look around we appreciated what a top spot it is. Well worth a visit this one. Geomatica had nearly finished logging the find by the time we got one of the wayward party focused back on the job at hand. Really worthwhile cache and thanks for sharing the spot with us.

Fantastic cave painting, thanks for taking us here. Again a good example of he power of geocachng to get us to the most interesting areas in the district. TNLN, TFTC.

A multi cache that doesn't take you forever - just what we like. A nice area that we would never have visited if not for geoing.

5:03pm
Was hoping to make it to this one before dark really set in on our way home, and so we did. Even left a donation at the gate as it seems the right thing to do.
An interesting spot to be sure. Easy find.
Cheers

Found this one fairly late at night with JAB's and Code1. Were almost sprung by a local who wanted to know what we were doing there so late at night.
Great place to visit and had just finished when a local stopped us to see that we where Ok and didn't need any help. As it was around 11 pm.4

We have been planning to do this cache for ages now. Finally we set out and made a day of caching in the area. We loved this cache and its significance, it is one of those cache sites that we will remember. Shame the vandals had to graffiti the visitors book, at least they have left the artwork alone. Took a couple of TB's and bought them to a nice little cache on the beach for a holiday. Left some toys and coins. We loved it thanks lilla07 for the great cache in a fantastic location - it was really worth the drive. Cheers

TFTC, A large amount of caravanners around, but managed to get to the cache without any seeing.
Didn't like the flys, and flys and more flys. They seemed to have a tracking device that even followed us down the road, once we left.
Thanks for showing us the cave, it was cool.
Dropped a travel bug and Sevabo Silver Cache MN GEOcoin,

A significant place in the Hunter. The story of Baiaime ends with Baiaime leaving the land at mount Yengo, his last step before leaving the land. Mount Yengo is further south down towards Mangrove Mountain.
A great day was had by all. Great view up the valley. Took fuses and left eight and ten sided dice. We had a picnic around the corner at the grassy corner and walked up the fire trail that climbs up the mountain behind the cave.

A great site and a wonderful part of our Australian history. We had no trouble following the directions and after a small amount of looking found the cache.

Found this one on the way to the Colo River. What a treat. Thanks Lilla07. Would not have found it otherwise. Received the polarity magnets and an RACT badge. Replaced 4 dinosaurs and the TB Formerly known as.....
On my way back to work and had some spare time. This was a very easy multi finished in just a few minutes. Great rock a art.
Took a coin.

Thanks for bringing us here to view the art. The visitors book proved to be an interesting read as well. Great cache. We left a Geocoin and took the TB.
When we arrived other people were just leaving. We ran into them later when we had lunch at the nearby Cockfighters Tavern - they turned out to be cachers.

14:00 Chalk me up another FTF!
I dropped some coins in the box and made my way to the co-ordinates given and I must say it's not what I remember from the last time I went here many, many years ago. For some reason I remember the cave and painting being much bigger and at the top of the hill with the three poles on it - but maybe I am mistaken? In any case, I worked out the final co-ordinates but was interrupted by another vehicle that sat on the road near the cave, assuming I must be leaving. Hoping they weren't also cachers I left, tried to find the tracks I remembered to the top of the nearby hill, but found some of what I can only assume were The Milbrodale Offroad Classic tracks instead. Managed to navigate to, and park at just above the cave, but people still hadn't left. Went back and did another driveby or 2 and then finally got my chance, the cache was soon in hand. Left a TB, took nothing. Thanks for the great multi and cultural stuff.
