Tftc! Nice lil slippery drive to this one! Half way up the 1st hill we had to lick the hubs in!! Got to gz and realised there was an easier way. I liked the way we went!
Found with Kenare Sean.75 and Geokids.
After we did the Earth cache close by.
The kids said lets walk to the top of Mount Buninyong.
Ok starts to hail on the track 150 meters from the car park.
Next we are on the tower and the sun comes out all in a great days caching.
Thanks for the great views.

Thanks for the cache.
Dog sitting duties this weekend so decided to clear up a few caches that I have been meaning to do for quite some time and let Tess have a few walks in the bush as I slowly creep towards the next milestone. I love travelling these backroads as you never know where you will end up and what you will see. Nanna certainly would have enjoyed the view from up here. Thanks whitejaegar
I stopped by on the way to Geelong from Ballarat to take in Nanna's View.
I can vouch for the warning in the cache notes about the nearby prickles and now know how the local Blackberry Lane got its name
Thanks for the cache and the view, whitejaegar.

[red]Find #2234 Traditional #1854 [/red]
I left home early to a very cold and misty morning. When I turned up here for my first find of the day, the rain started to get heavier. It was still pitch black so with my trusty torch, I found this one quickly thankfully and stamped the log in the car. Returned as found
What a great day out. I left home at 5:09am only to finish at 6:37pm with a total of 51 finds for the day. Enjoyed some great company with two events in the Ballarat area and picked up some great D/T ratings along with enough mystery puzzles for the challenge cache.
[blue]Thanks for this cache hide, white jaegar [^] Log and container were in good condition. TNLN [/blue]

Found with geokid as we thought it was a good idea to find some caches in the rain oh well now back to get dry and warm haha nice little hide TFTC
Cute little road, muggle free, in good condition, no pen though. Beautiful views! Thanks guys
Day out caching in Buninyong area, braved the prickles and ants for the view, also had a feed of blackberries, left eraser . TFTC
Found on our Sunday afternoon caching adventure from Ballarat to Melbourne. We were lucky to be in Buninyong the weekend of the Village Market.

Ventured down this little track hoping we wouldn't have to do a U bolt at any point. Found the cache and a travelbug. Took the bug and a photo of the great view!! Thanks for bringing us here!!!
A nice view of the surrounding landscape and also of the neighbours windmill. We had decided to drop off a TB who wanted to visit windmills so retreated to the car to complete the logging and taking a farewell photo. It was during this process that we noticed a couple of ladies admiring the view and the trees, hmmm we thought if they are cachers and we have the container ..... not good. So it was time to say hello and to met a some fellow cachers. Motanddarg signed the log while we chatted and were soon on their way. Having got our windmill photo we returned the cache to its hiding spot, admired the view and headed off on our next adventure.
After not being able to find a cache in Buninyong due to b..... .. bike riding, horrible, wrecking little kids. we ventured to this area. As we approached, another car was parked where we wanted to be. We thought yes they had to be cachers. We exchanged greetings with Sisso and didn't have to locate the cache as they had it with them, intending to take a photo with the windmill. Make our "find" easy! TFTC
Thanks for this one, cool cache. Our muggle friend made the find on this warm afternoon.
In the area this afternoon collecting Geokid for a party, we love the view from here. Our muggle friend made the find. Thanks for the hide. Caching this afternoon with Tomstache.
Was heading to buninyong to catch up with friends this morning so decide to head in the back way with 3 year old geokid and pick up a cache or two. Nice easy find. What a fab view. Some gorgeous (huge) houses around here. Thanks for the hide
We found this ages ago but for some reason didn't log it......only as we went up the road did we realise it
We were out and about in a mission to do some caching and this one was near by, so a quick detour to this one, thanks for showing us this cool spot with awesome views and thanks for the cache.
Cool find, nice view. Scary dogs came close but other than that easy. TheAngryBirds
Found tonight on the way home from Daylesford.
Prickles? Yep there is some of those! I spotted the cache and was so enthusiastic about getting it that I dived straight in - through the prickles. All good, no major injuries, just a few bits of hair lost when I tried getting myself untangled. Much to the amusement of GeoRob sitting in the car! Thanks whitejaegar for hiding the cache.

And an impressive view it is too! My thirteenth and final find for the day in and around Buninyong. I have intended to find this cache on several occasions but never quite managed to get here - until today. I approached from one side earlier but didn't like the look of it in the Geo6E, so left it until I was on the way home, parked below and chose to walk in from the opposite end. As it turned out I could have driven from the other direction, but it was a pleasant walk which involved scenic views and alpacas...oh and those barking dogs...but as others have found, no-one came to investigate and the dogs stayed firmly on their side of the road whilst I found the cache, signed the log, snapped some pics and departed.
Thanks whitejaegar !

What wonderful views. Places caches take you to wow. Did this one for my mum who would have loved it. Took angry birds pez left angry birds eraser. TFTC
Found on an afternoon out caching with geobuddy BJ. 17 finds, only 1 DNF and no lurking huntsman made for a good day out TN, left a ladybug. Glad I left the boy in the car as two dogs came racing down the drive across the road barking and although they didn't come out they were keeping a close eye on me. Things may have been different with a German Shepherd added to the mix! TFTC highrod

Nice drive up a country road and a great view. The cache was signed and replaced. Thanks for bringing me there.
Not a quiet road today, glad I have the 4wd. Had great parking opposite cache but felt like I was doing some strange yoga moves while I was trying to get the cache one handed! And yes got prickles in the bum!! Great view and cache thanks
Walked from the bottom of the mountain. Lots of lovely countryside. Really easy to find
Have noticed Nanna's name on this track as I've driven by previously but never gone up to admire this lovely view Thanks for giving me a reason for this delightful detour even if I did manage to get caught up in the prickles TFTC whitejaegar
Worth the side trip. Careful though if driving south from Balla(a)rat - the road sign is about 50m after where you need to turn off the highway.
Nice easy drive by cache. Sent geokid out for this one but she was being a bit of a princess regarding the prickles! So geomum jumped out of the car to retrieve the cache and sign the log. Thanks for the hide.

Find No.329. Found with FUF009 at 6.05pm.
Heading home from a day trip to Torquay and FUF009 thought this would be an easy drive by cache to get but being dark made it difficult to get to, especially when we didn't know the area and we went up the wrong road and had to double back.
Took beads. Left dinocaur. TFTC

Find #5 of 20 on our "Ballaratel" all day adventure with geoparents and kizalee. We all enjoyed the view. Dropped of TB. TFTC.
Easy find, without too much time searching on our first day. Choose to walk in from the nearby turnoff, which gave us the chance to appreciate the views. Had to keep a close ear and eye out for cars after nearly getting cleaned up by a someone going a bit too fast round the bends.

Very appropriately found this with our nana. Cleaned out the cache and added a make do note book but would be good to be maintained. Easy to find one so good for our kids thanks.
It definitely needs a new log book and maybe a clean out and/ or new container and swaps.
This one popped up on our radar as we descended Mt Buninyong. There has been a lot of clearing and cleaning up taking place along this road and we hoped we would be able to find the cache. No sign of any prickles, but the cache has been quite wet and everything inside, including the very full log book, is in poor condition. We did not have any spares with us today. SL at 10am TNLN The view was grand and with some owner maintenance this cache will be well worth a visit. #1464 Thanks for taking us along this pretty little road whitejaegar.
nice easy find tftc

Not much of a view today as the cloud had come down and lowered visibility. Still, enjoyed the drive. Thanks for the cache.
