A cranky GPS didn't do us any favours with this one. Had us start the search from the beginning of the mountain bike track. After the find we returned to the van and then drove around to the lookout which was much closer to GZ than our starting point! Had a last look at Armidale before continuing on to Glen Innes. Thanks.
Nice walk shame the muggles had to litter the area.
Nice hide

The turn around was great for the caravan, and we decided to have lunch and enjoy the view, however it soon appeared that the towns youths with nothing to to also thought this to be a good spot and we soon had two car loads with blaring music for company.
It was funny, however when a third car pulled up, and one of the other cars reversed out and down hill at great speed Some gang competition here I suspect.
Anyway the cache was a quick find and after our little laugh we were soon on our way.

TFTC, TehPepper! We haven't worked out how to download and post the logs from the Garmin yet, but we will. It's a beautiful view from the lookout, we added a pencil and a toy to the cache.
Jolly good, billygruff, TFTC.

After a great bush camp out near Thunderbolts rocks we headed back to Emmaville to finish the caches there and are now heading south again picking up some caches on the way.
It took us awhile to locate the right way in then with that sorted we went for an enjoyable walk to be rewarded with some nice views.
We followed the GPSr to GZ for a nice quick find and our name is now in the log.
Thanks billygruff for showing us this location.

After enjoying the sensational view over Armidale, geo boy led the way to find this cache. A great location after a wonderful weekend in the area. TFTC.
Nice walk together this one while in Armidale for the morning.
Thanks for the cache billygruff

Found as part of our post new year trip north from Newcastle to Warwick. The GPS led us directly to this one for a nice quick find. Thanks for the Cache.
Many thanks from Peter for this cache on the 13. Australia Trip (2012/2013).
Cheers Peter

Found before trek4ward and geovegies. I'm a kind person, so I handed over the TB.

With three geocaching accounts now in the family, it's hard to come up with the goods before anyone else. I was beaten... but have my hands on the TB!
Found while in Armidale, taking a break in my way home to Sydney. I upset the ants that have a home at GZ. SL TNLN TFTC
Hi,Im from Czech republic - Prague (Europe) and thank you for this nice view on city Armidele. Im here for visite and study english language. Nice day...
7.45 on a Sunday morning is a nice, quite time to visit a lookout. Not a muggle in sight!
Using the compass on my GPS it was easy to find the GZ. I knew I was on the right tack, as there were many 'sheep tracks' leading towards the cache.
Cache was found in the most likely looking spot.

Beaut Panoramic Views here, worth the short walk to GZ and this one earns a favourites spot from me Thanks for the cache
Great view, my dad and I walked from the bottom of the park right to the top but soon realised that we could have saved time by driving to the cache.
Caching with cricketmad while geowife and daughter were shopping. A great view of Armidale and had never been up and did not know this are existed. We parked down the bottom of the hill and walked up and when we got to the top realised that we could have drove to the top of the hill but the walk did not hurt us. Found the cache well hidden and in good condition. Last cache for the day and had hoped to find more but run out of time and will come back another time to Armidale to get the rest. Thanks for the hide TehPepper
Hooray! Found with Armidillo, afterwards covered up better than previously. Left a YuGiOh card (Mystical Shine Ball) and took 'The Dutchess' (Mondo time figurine).
During our trip through Armidale we founded this cache easily. No problem for erdi36.

During our trip through Armidale we founded this cache easily. But erdi36-1 and erdi36-3 founded at the same time two different boxes with a logbook. Which was the real cache? Well, we logged both.

We enjoyed our walk in this reserve - a very relaxing area. Accurate coordinates led us to GZ where a quick find was made. The cache and its contents were in good condition. TFTC TehPepper.
The view was great but we probably chose the wrong path and had quite a climb through thick spongey grass. We took the TB and left another. TFTC
In Armidale for the weekend to do some orienteering. After todays event (and before fish n chips) I went looking for a few caches. Managed to find them all, including this one. Left a TB behind. Good views. TFTC
Great Views up here. Followed the geocaching track to the cache. Lots of muggles up here eating lunch so we joined them.

Cache has been dried out. Log book replaced. Spare plastic bags are included for the Log book.

Great lookout from up here. I was going to leave a TB but the cache looked very neglected.
I looked for this cache many years ago when I first started geocaching and was using an ancient Magellan 315. Had much better luck today. Cache is wet inside and requires some maintenance. Didn't have any bags with me so maybe next person to find could take one with them!
Nice one:-) Gras is a bit long but we managed. Took the travelbug exgjn8 and put otherone in.
This was my last cache in Armidale before we headed out. Nice place up here with views and the cache was easely found. Good content too I made a couple swaps for the kids who were playing and left a Rover TB from South Africa. TFTC.
Pretty easy to find, lots of long grass and bindi's around, they need to replace log book and provide a pen.
Found by Sunshine Toledo and Her Majesty at 10:30am. That took longer than it should have; I looked in all the wrong places first. The cache is in good condition. TFTC
