#7611 - 16:55; Last full day in Singapore, so the geohoney and I set off to see a few of the sights we had on the 'to do' list, but which we had not yet managed to get to. After a visit to the Merlion, we set off across the Jubilee Bridge and back, then to The Fullerton, along Boat Quay and then a spot of lunch at Clarke Quay before arriving at Bugis Street. After a spot of retail therapy, the geohoney continued on in that vein, while I did a final spot of caching for this visit. I decided to swing by this one on my way back to Bugis Street and after checking a couple mof spots, located the well disguised cache. TFTC Louise&Lauren Smile

Getting hot here in Singapore. Nice to be back and enjoying the warmth, although the sweating is not so much fun. Thanks for getting me to walk around a few places I might not go to normally.

Greetings from Sydney Australia

Found on a little walk from the hotel.

Thefourbees had a one night stop-over in Singapore and there was a chance to increase our cache finds in Singapore as we had nothing planned. However it was pouring rain when we arrived and things looked grim. The next morning I set off in the dark at about 5am to gather a few caches north of the hotel. I didn't bother with the umbrella hoping that the rain would stay away.

The 6th cache for the morning. The darkness was slowly lifting and it was way too early to think about shopping. With the extra info the cache was quickly found.

On holiday in singapore and this is cache no 2
Had to wait for muggles to disappear. Hint was a good help otherwise would have been very difficult.

Quick one, before leaving to the airport for Australia. Thought I must see the electronics shops. Internet blogs are right: A real rip off zone not worth buying anything, as one can get it for the same price in OZ - including warranty. And I add: buy the stuff on ebay - it may come from Singapore and be much cheaper! Nice cache though, in a nice, busy area, with all the markets. During the last week, I bought fruits there, and clothes. Also small electro items are much cheaper on the market than at the Sim Lim Square.

#208: A Bit Tricky!

We went to the local electronics multi-level shop-o-rama before heading for this one (our third cache of the afternoon). Had a nice twist that I wasn't expecting (but should have, give it is an L&L cache!). No muggles around when we made the grab, signed, and re-hid the box. Good view from here as well!

Took a TB and a TC. Will move them along!

Found it very difficult to search the area with so many people around without looking suspicious. With GPS all over the shop but with the clue in mind I searched in the likely area but gave up after feeling too exposed. Thanks for the hunt anyway. Still used the area for a bit of shopping at least.

I did this one on the way back to the hotel for my airport transfer after spending the morning at the Jurong Bird Park. Quickly clued into where the cache was going to be, and luckily there weren't too many people about making for easy extraction. Cheers Gav [3580]

The satloc today was horrible! We followed our nose, rather than the GPSr, to the general vicinity. Once I engaged my brain, it was a little easier. The cache was easily found (I just needed to search and search Wink.

Found as part of the The Penguins' Asian Assignment.
Thanks for the cache.

Really liked the building nearby, which would have been more fun if I'd had the money for it.

GPS was not to be trusted, so I looked where I thought it may be without luck. Then went away, checked hints again and finally one of the hints made sense in a different way to what I was thinking. Went back and found the cache quickly. SL TFTC.
