maintenance done, But i am leaving this one offline, archiving it as the location is not like it used to be,and the cache is not as secure in place as it used to be.
maybe I'll find a new location on the island to put this one.

found it !! construction site still there, but no work on weekends!! container was full of water and log book is starting to smell and go mouldy. Took dice and small figurine, replaced with lorikeet and mexican walking fish (toys)
sound like a maintenance run is needed.
will get to this one some time this week.

Ok we really must be getting home as it is dark but thought we would try for just one more find .... too hard without a torch ... we will be back

Was on the island with the none Geo-wife and I pulled up out side GZ I saw all the construction but no workers here today. Got to GZ well what I thought was and that got me to the fence of the construction site so I read the clue and went over where it made sense then started to search along until I found the cache.
I opened the container and all the contents was safe and dry however the log book was way too damp and really unable to sign.

Another good find from my youngest daughter.......she's putting us oldies to shame. Had a lot of fun looking for it.
Our first find to start us off in the world of Geocaching.
didn't take anything and did not find TB there

Quite a few muggles in the front yards of their homes. But still found this one a lot quicker than anticipated! Sat down to releash our decoys (dogs) and found the cache right at my feet! TNLNSL. TFTC

Very disappointed to have not found this one! It hasn't been logged for a while though!? Followed course precisely, used hint & previous logs to help but were still unsuccesful! got eaten alive by mozzies, but a beautiful area none the less. Will have to give it a go again another day.

Yea good spot but hard find made us walk back and forwed haha bur found it TFTC
Our first find, thank you! We added something that has travelled all the way from Southampton, England on a cruise liner!
This was are second last find for the day with joint team effort. The house next door is very close to the cache but the muggles were not home so made this easy for us to find. Great little island and at a guess i would say each property is a million dollars plus. Great place and nice little hide.
Another great find. What a great place to hide a cache near such a beautiful old tree. Views are once again spectacular.
Great location, I wonder how these places will go when the water really rises....this one really had us trying as the Co-Ords are a little out, however in the end we had the cache in hand SL TNLN TFTC Tamykian
Hey GeoMonkeys you know how to hide them in nice places....
This was another great little cache... We had to use the hint for this one.
We reckon the co-ords are out by 13 Meters.
We averaged the new co-ords to be 33 29.876, 151 21.026.
The hint was really useful. We just didn't want to get wet so we checked all the easy places first. hahaha
Thanks for the cool view and cache once again. We really appreciate the effort you guys put into places these cool caches.

On first examination of the site, we thought it was a bit crazy as it would probably get wet, but when we found it, we realised why it doesn't! Cryptic?

thanks guys this is my first find i live on the island and my dad drove me down and we looked and we were like omg some ones stolen it or theres not one here then we drove home and i found the encrypted msg then i yelled out to dad and off we went the succesfully found it YAY! thanks.
It feels weird when going on and off the island via the bridge. I bet real estate isn’t cheap here either. After short search the cache was in hand. If it wasn’t for the hint this one could take a while.
We have to agree we tronador though as we had the coordinates out a little too, but it doesn’t matter too much.
Thanks GeoMonkeys for another great hide.

Thanks GeoMonkeys for another great hide.
Didn't really intend to go here. It was a case of 'there's a strange bridge, wonder where that goes" so off we went. Once across or should I say down the bridge I then wondered if there was a cache nearby. Lo and behold there was and it's now found.
Thanks again Geomonkeys
Thanks again Geomonkeys
My very first trip to the island. I very quick find by the geokids, mid week so the total absence of muggles made for an easy grab.
TNLNSL, thanks again GeoMonkeys...we seem to have been following your caches all weekend.

Picked this one up with the junior cachers just on dusk. Left a gold star, and took the frog travel bug (which strangely was not supposed to be there). TFTC
What a crazy steep bridge that you need to drive on to get to this cache!?! We were glad to have read the logs before searching, so that we knew that the co-ordinates were out. Located the cache fairly easily and were amazed to find it so dry considering it's hiding spot. TNLNSL TFTC
The coordinates are off by approximately 15 meters. Took key ring, left a toy cat.
First one I've found,. as I'm a newbie...nice and easy one to start with..
Took Frog TB, will help it on its way..

Grabed this one at about 2.00pm. No one in site. The gps had me a bit off GZ but the clue says it all.

Found this cache with Hoojar and the geodog Ding.
The heavens threatened rain and the house across the street threatened discovery as two young girls washing the dishes eyed us closely.
We must have looked like quite slow readers and we bided our time with reading the plaque.
We had the cache in hand as soon as we could and using the figtree as our cover, we signed the log and bailed off the St.Upid island.
cheers.

The cache was found after a short search, and the use of the hint, as the coords today were pointing to a nice seat to sit on. TNLN TFTC.
There was an accident that clogged Empire Bay Drive and I was glad I was taking a side trip. No real problems as the locals were all busy elsewhere rather than watching me. Interesting piece of history, although catching only one crab doesn't suggest they were very goof fishermen.
Easy find but well hidden in another of those unvisited places of interest.
Our very first find! Insect spray would have been really useful, nearly carried away by huge mozzies.
Haven't been here since they started building houses. Thanks for bring me back.TNLN
Spent a bit of time hunting this one - the coords seemed to be a good 10-15m out. Cheers Gav [3221]
Found with the kiwi team on our great Australian caching tour. Co-ords seemed a little out so bit of a hunt before the cache was found. Some very early history here.

Team GPS.org.nz Cache Raid: Found about 15m away from my GZ. Lucky those who live here. T4TC, M@
Not too hard to find with the clue. Co-ordinates are a bit out. Use Tronador's co-ords or the clue or both and you'll be right. It's quite a nice little spot by the water.
Another find with Altaire. Nice spot but we both agree that the coords are out by about 15m. So if you find yourself no where near the hint try these.
My 2nd find for the day. We took a few minutes to find the cache even though dentoz was there who had found the cache previously. Thanks for getting us onto the island.
Found this one with the Family while on holidays in this area... just waiting for the island to completely sink!
I must of turned off the thinking cap for this one as I was all over the place and despite clear skies the GPS just would not settle down, good thing we had some help TFTC TNLN
Nice little park, left this find to GEodaughter and ruffasgutts4x4 for this find

Another quick find for the day in a great spot. Grabbed the Geocash to continue on.
Lensim & I's 2nd of the day and all was going well until someone came along with their dog and sat on the seat. We tried to look casual and he didn't stay long so we high tailed it on to the next find. TNLN. Thanx for the cache.
Nothing difficult about this cache at all other than drooling over these homes and especially the boats parked outside most of them.
Thanks for the cache GeoMonkeys, we seem to be on a bit of a run of your cache hides and they are all great!

Had to out wait the local kids who seem to love playing in the large tree nearby the cache.

Found this one relatively easily. I think the resident close to the cache may be getting a little suspicious.
Took magnet, left whistle and geocoin.
Thanks Pesky!

Did this one with Toonarmy - not too difficult to find - clues took us right to it. Nice Cache. TFTC.
we founf it - the clue was good as the gps was a little out I guess. We were quiet too so no muggles saw us.

Nice and easy to find. Found with geo sister and brother-in-law who found it as their 600th.
Nice spot. Spent some time reading the monument, to distract any attention away from what I was really after. Then not noticing any muggles around, sat down to pretend to make some notes whilst I filled out the log. TNLNSL. TFTC.
The neighbor was also leaning over the balcony again and her husband was gardening out the front...so just sat under the tree and sent a couple of text messages, wrote in my little geocaching book and had a lolly. They soon got bored and stopped watching me. did the grab - took keyring, left mini telescope. TFTC Pesky- and love the nickname for St Hubert's...hehe.
I was up at the Central Coast fishing today and had time to do one Cache on the way home in between the showers. Seeing this was close by I dropped in. There were some local kids doing back flips off the bridge about half across, not sure if they were St.Upid ones or not.

*FTF* Was not to hard to find despite some muggles having a picnic nearby. The neighbour was also leaning over the balcony feeding some ducks as well.
Left car, took Magnet. Thanks for the History and the cache. I didnt know the local name for this area, but will use it from now on.A few mozzies around.
