We though we had covered all the possibles, but after we ran out of places to look and the heat was getting quite ferocious we left without finding the cache. Our second DNF for the day
I have been wanting to attempt this one for ages since I just work across the road. Today was the day...clare007 & I headed over to GZ with loads of confidence we were going to find it but alas it was not to be.
20 min search in the darkness with sir_spectre and no luck on this one. We may return with our fluro vests on.
Who ever it was that was searching for this one at 13:05 today wasn't doing a very good job of being inconspicuous, and instead stood out quite well!
Very Very early morning find on a roundabout journey to pick up my mother for some Saturday shopping. Amazingly quiet here so I had a relatively easy search ................ placing my hand on it after a short search. Thanks Flipper&Co for the hide!!
Find number 24080
I did these caches on a night time raid with Semik.
We had a fantastic time - Thanks for the caches.

Searched way beyond the GZ, with PAF support.
Suspect nearby construction may have caused demise :/

I don't know if cache creep was a factor here but I had to leave to pick up my daughter from the Adelaide Oval after the test match/ first day.
Last time we checked in amongst the DNF's it was still there. Will check again as soon as I am able to get there.

Had a really good search for this one, but it appears to be gone judging from all the DNFs. Logging a NM for this one as it would be nice if the owner could verify if this is still here.
With others not finding it, did not continue as long as normal. Had it gone due to works in the area.
Searched while traffic passing & workmen on the trainline below. Unable to find. Thanks.
Out on a night time adventure while visiting Adelaide. This one had some cache creep, but I am told it will be returning to it's hide very soon.

With a spare 24 hours in Adelaide I grabbed a hire car and went caching. What else was I to do!
Had to park a little bit away and walk to this one.

TFTC - Found on the second trip.
I believe it could have been MIA the first time due to the civil works going on in its original location.

Had a quick walk past this site today. At GZ the fence has been removed and there is a lot of construction happening in the area. Couldn't spend time looking for the cache but I suspect the hiding spot may have been removed Might pay to check this one is still there?

DNF for me today. Had a good feel around but no joy. Could have missed it but also noticed the construction work happening very near to GZ. Will keep a watch on this one and come back another day.
Owl didn’t don a high-viz vest – an inordinate interest in the railway building covered her activities. She thought she might have been rumbled by a muggle pedestrian, but his squinting was due to the sun and not suspicion. Discovered an underpass under Anzac Highway she didn’t know existed as well!
On the right track but GPS tried to send me to the wrong spot a few times. Got there in the end.

Quick find while out to grab my daily cache. Clever hide.

This was supposed to be the second cache of the day, but after giving it a bit of a search, I wasn't able to find this cache and it started a hat trick of DNFs for the morning. TFTH
Found by Mr & Mrs M-SEZ on another kid-free cache date.
So glad to tick this one off the list as we had previously tried and failed late at night. It was retrieved fairly quickly this time around. TFTC

The Hi Vis vest helped for a quick find and sign.
Leaned on the railing and watched the trains as each cycle of nearby traffic departed.

nice easy find with Fair_Dinkum after visiting "supanova" at the Adelaide Show Grounds - truely a geek's big day out!
yea, anoth south australia cache. decided to do caches close to the train station, we have about 2 hours to walk around, but the moon rock (as mr. d says) we already have. had to do a little looking for this one but finally found it. after going through the bush! (it was just as hard to find the cache as trying to figure out how to cross the street!!) tfth dictaham and clan
Quickly retrieved the cache then went down the nearby steps to sign the log out of sight, and boy, that train station is creepy. I really wouldn't want to be here after dark! TFTC I really enjoyed stopping by here ( a new experience)
Quick run across the road from another cache, turned out to be quite a walk....
I let me fingers to the walking on this one... think the cars at the light prob thought we were trying to steal the advertising signs...
Thanks for the cache Flipper&Co

Found doing some night caching with Mogni. As we surveyed the passing traffic a passing paddy wagon surveyed us. Must have been off somewhere as didn't stop for a chat. That is one strong magnet! Thanks FLIPPER&CO
Mrs FLIPPER&CO had to do some cache maintenance after the Urban Tresure Ramble 5002 and so I was fortunate enough to locus cache at the same time

Was able to accompany the owner during maintenance after the Urban Treasure Rumble 5002. Thanks, Mrs. Flipper!
A little difficult but let 'the fingers do the walking'. I'm sure the many nearby muggles sitting in their vehicles must be 'wondering'. Talk about muggle heaven...muggle hell?! Lots of fun. TFTC
The Mrs and I found this cache a couple of years ago but for some reason the log has not stuck! I'm logging AGAIN to attempt to remove it from my To Do list. If I get some time I'll review the log and get the right date. TFTC - gott love ultra high traffic area caches!!
Found on an entire afternoon of caching (never cached for more than 2 hours before). Found after dark with surprisingly little traffic for this always busy intersection. Quick tie of shoes had cache in hand! TFTC Flipper!
We searched high and low. I found some black camoflage tape so the cache may have been removed by a muggle. Please advise if the cache is still there =(
No camoflage tape used here, so you ned to look a bit more, this one has always been a bit tricky, so keep on the hunt.

Found after the parra king's team kicked but in basketball. After a day of sport had enough energy to find a cache. Tftc
Grrrrrr. We were there for a while, but decided we look too sus. We'll come back even later at night some time.
Was on our way to the Showgrounds so stopped off to grab this one by. Had us looking for a few minutes until Margieh finally put her hand on it. TFTC
Grabbed this one before going to the Oz Comic Con.. had to be here and wasn't long before we had the cache in hand... Like these caches and wonder what people in their cars really think as they are driving past...
Thanks Flipper&Co for the cache

I swear I searched here before. It was a quick find today after Chillibutts confirmed GZ. Thanks form the cache.
Hi Flippers. Just checked this cache as part of the event follow up. Cache is still there (8am 18 Jan)
Visiting for the Tour. Rode past and searched the railing for 20min. No joy for me today. Go Green Edge though!
A fun find with hgl and the family in a very busy place as part of the utr event. TFTC!
TFTC. Your cache was 1 or 40 caches selected to participant in the event: Urban Treasure Ramble 5001 (http://coord.info/GC2Y938).
To ensure the integrity of your cache, a tagging system was used during the event. This should have meant that your cache received only a single visit from the event participants and therefore mitigated the risks of the hide being muggled/revealed.
Happy caching,
chillibutts

Just spotted a couple of cachers attempting this one so parked nearby and ran over to muggle them out. Unfortunately was slightly too slow, got to gz just as they were returning to their 4wd convoy. Ahh well

Happy New Year Flippers!
I have been meaning to do this one for a while, buts its location had inhibited me from giving it a go. Amelie and I were up for some pre-40 degree caching and this was the first stop. 11 minutes!! Yup ... that is quite a few traffic light changes!! Lucky it is (a) 40 degrees, (b) Sunday, (c) New Years Day.

Even around 7-00am this was a busy place. Plenty of traffic to survey and cache soon located. SL TFTC
certainly a spot where there is tfaffic did my best to find and not raise suspicion difficuilt as allpassing traffic looks at you
A few taxi's to contend with but after locating a quick grab back to car to sign and then back into its hiding place. TFTC.
Found! That was almost too easy, first place I looked! I have been dreading the survey caches, but being systematic paid off. Nearly dropped the cache though.
I do not believe I missed this in the 2 other times I looked for it. The very first place I place my hand I found it! I still do think it was there when I looked last time. O well I found it and it is definitely there.
TFTC and the other Cacher for finding it.

This cache is definately still there as I found it during my lunch break. Fingers will find it is correct, but fingers also found quite a few spiderwebs so be cautious.TFTC.
I Thought long and hard to whether to log this as a DNF.
Hears why I have done so.
1. No one has found it for a month. While on its own not enough but is a factor.
2. I have found 4 other caches by Flipper&co no problem.
3. Finger did not find but did get very dirty and scratched.
4. I even went over the hand rail and looked from below. I note from the logs when some one fell over the rail they found it.
5. I looked for it twice. The 2ed time after reading the logs.
6. In the end I was not subtle. I don’t know what the traffic thought but by then I did not care.
7. This area is often used by bill posters. So it has a lot of people on there knees fixing posters. Any off who may of spotted the cache and muggeled it.
Thanks for the cache but I do not think it is there any more.
My first DNF. (It had to happen.)

Ah ha.. I've been intending to get this one for ages, today was the day, I found myself with some time to spare, not too much traffic and a Pen handy. Thanks for the cache Flipper&Co.
