Went down to caloundra to try and hunt for the treasurehuntsc cash drop.Ended up impulse deciding to trek over to Bribie afyer observing how accessible it looked even 1 hour before high tide.Made it over only to realise I had left my pen in the care of my wife who preferred to watch from a distance in the shade. (Pens on keychain)Still managed to sign it MM with some dirt.Looks like I might not have been the only one to do that judging by above smudge..Thanks for the cache I'll probably get the rest on a cooler day or when more time till high tide.
I spent just under two hours walking around the detached part of Bribie Island with hubby and sausage3. It was the first time that weve seen it like this so was very interesting. We kept our feet dry by going inland in a couple of places, otherwise we followed the coastline. Amazingly there were no mozzies but saw plenty of birds including corellas, black swans, egrets plus lots of soldier crabs. Arriving at gz, a Kangaroo and a turkey were guarding the cache but quickly disappeared. Logbook signed and replaced as found. Tftc
I attended a nearby CITO and while finding rubbish which was enough to half full my big bag i found a couple of caches and this was one of them .Had a great time and thanks dahumbug for placing this cache here for us to enjoy. Did not see any crawlies but spotted a kangaroo, ibis, magpie and 4 curlews who were not happy to see me and disturb their serenity.
Here for the CITO and to see how easy it is to walk to the other part of my island home. Just as I got to this one, my pen died. And because my companions had already found all these caches, they didn't have a pen. I pulled the pen apart enough to smear a TT on the fresh, new log. Lucky for me, the next cache had a pile of textas as swag
Well that was quite a mission!! Had difficulty with the clue but persistent searching paid off in the end. TFTC
Thanks for the cache. Much easier to get to these days. Thanks to the reforming of the island.
22/6/2024 Find #7046Fangsoki knew I had been keen to grab Treasure Island here for a while now,and I was aware he needed to get over here and do a spot of maintenance on it. So with a bit of a window opened up in the weekend, we made a plan to head up here today and grab that one as well as this also old cache, and the Adventure Labs here. I had not yet done the Caloundra to Bribie walk, and with perfect tide timing and a cooler day, we seemed set for a good adventure. As long as those clouds dont open up on us. With the Treasure Island cache sorted, we headed around grabbing the Adventure Labs, and then made our way past an absolute mass of soldier crabs and in through the mangroves to get to this one - yeah we may have gone a slightly muddier way than necessary taking this option. Eventually however, we arrived at GZ and with a bit of a search - made harder by the fact i was expecting a different sized container - the cache was finally spotted. Log signed it was time to head back out towards the water and dance with the soldier crabs some more. Thanks for the cache cooroy scouts, and for its maintenance dahumbug.
Out for a day of caching to round off my long weekend of caching every day. Today I hit the new Aura area, then made my way over to North Bribie to coincide with the low tide, then over to Golden beach to grab one desired DT and a few extras.Searched around GZ for a few minutes before I spotted the preform well tucked away. TFTC cooroy scouts/dahumbug!
On holidays with the family in Caloundra and this afternoon I took a walk with darth_muzo and GeoM across to Bribie to have a look at how things have changed in the 12 months since we were last here. Is this area still even called Bribie if it's no longer part of the island? It looks like it is still protected as part of the National Park for now. It was nearing sunset as we approached the GZ and we circled around for a while looking for the well camouflaged cache. I finally spotted it and we were able to get back out to the beach just before it got dark. Thanks for the ongoing maintenance of this old cache dahumbug!
After spending the morning caching around Caloundra i had a coffee and headed off to find this cache a quick walk across the channel and then headed to GZ.Cache was found after a short search and signed. Thanks for the cache
We walked recently over to Bribie on low tide for a CITO, and had time to get some caches.Tftc Cooroy Scouts
An early morning walk across the sandbar this morning targeting a few caches and this is the first one we found. There were footprints from others who had gone for a walk even earlier than us. The cache was spotted on approach, log signed and replaced as found. Thanks dahumbug for keeping this one going. Fav from me for the good condition of an old cache.
Another birthday find. Still a bit rough on the old bare feet, but quick and easy. Now to walk back before the tide goes in
We hadnt been to Caloundra since the splitting of Bribie Island so were amazed at the changes. We were a little too early for a planned CITO event after making our way across the sand, so decided to start finding all the caches on the new island before returning. As we found our way further south, we realised that we would not make it back in time for the start of the event but we were collecting rubbish along the way anyway. Throughout the day, we ran into a number of cachers, both old and new faces, as they too sought additional caches. We joined forces with the TBUs to make the find here. Thanks cooroy scouts and dahumbug.
Up this way to attend the CITO on the Northern end of Bribie Island. I have never been here before but since the bit split you can walk across from Caloundra at low tide. Not at all fond of water, intact I'm scared of it but if you really want a geocache you go for it but with friends to keep you upright. Once on the island it was much easier and a few caches found, signed and replaced. TFTC
Up here today for the Bribie CITO before heading inland for a few days.I'd never been this far up Bribie before so was keen to come for a looksee while it lasted.Said hello to some of the others and headed off with a bucket. Wandered here and there picking up bits n pieces and visited a couple of caches along the way. Frustratingly at one, there were 3 muggles working on their melanomas right at GZ!!Even worse, they were still there when I came back!!! Another day! Had better luck with this one. After circling the area with a jumpy GPS, I finally spotted it.TFTC
Have never been to the top end of Bribie Island, and had noticed that there were a few caches, and now an Ad Lab to hunt at that end. So decided to go for a walk over that way when we noticed that an Event had been organised in about 10 days time. Well, that just seems like destiny...Okay, organised for the parents and the wife to all go for a drive, catch a few caches in West Caloundra in the morning, lunch as a picnic at Kings Beach and then move the car ready to walk across to the top of Bribie.Wandered on across. Man that sand is soft. Sinking an inch with every step. And I though t that the sand would be hard enough to wander across no problems.Helped one other Cacher bring a Stand Up Padel Board across. The idea was to float rubbish on the STUBP back after the event, but the winds were making this some fun here. So, at the event, and told that there was some rubbish down near Big Red. So off in that direction first. Picking up some rubbish as we went, but not much about. Got to GZ and ran in to Nathan and Alyce and others too.All signed the log and went in separate directions,. Us back toward the Event GZ as we were expected back by a certain time for photos. This was an excellent excuse to come up to Caloundra and surrounds thanks very much for organising this.
The thought of walking to Bribie Island was probably a dream for most of us a while back, however, after the passage opened up plenty of sand has been displaced and built up and its now possible to walk across at low tide and we did just that, which is an added bonus since theres some appealing caches on the island thats a must grab for us.At this stage weve already collected a decent haul of rubbish ranging from cans, bottles, glass and the odd piece of plastic. We were nearly at GZ when we noticed several others in the vicinity that had already found the cache but were scouting the area for rubbish. They asked if we needed help to locate the hide, however, upon arriving the cache was spotted quickly and our names were in the log. Thanks for bringing us here.#4167 - TFTC
Attending the CITO today on the tip of Bribie with RoddyC, Hatzofff, Princess 1005, MummaBear66, imbunda...Picking up trash and the local caches as we made our way around the tip, through mangroves, sand and boggy ground, glad we could sign the log on some oldies, TFTC cooroy scouts
On this part of Island, attending a CITO event, and some clearing of non-natural stuff, did clear over 100 kilos of rubbish and found a bit of plastic tied to a tree, cannot remove for the CITO, so signed my name and left it for some others to find, as I was putting lid back on, more searchers did appear to discover the cache, All is in good condition here today, Thanks cooroy scouts, for placing the cache and ongoing maintenance

With a previous cacher's warning to 'bring shoes' knocking about in my mind, I picked my way barefooted through the vegetation from the eastern side. In the end, it was a doddle – a bit like walking on a carpet for most of the way, in fact, and even the mangrove spikes are soft enough to feel more like having a reflexology session than walking on a plank of nails. Maybe I just got lucky with my route though – so, yeah, bring shoes! All good here – thanks for the cache, cooroy scouts.
Wow this is right in the thick of it! We came in from the passage side inward, friends came in from the western side in, both routes were tough going. Footwear that can get wet recommended, plenty of mangrove pneumatophores that spike unprotected feet!

Muggle65 and l were here 18 months ago. Somehow we had not put this into our find file. Today we remedied this error. Beautiful day to be here and cache was found in great condition. Thank you for the fun
On this glorious Thursday afternoon, AtTheLakeHouse and I ventured across from Happy Valley to find some North Bribie caches. The skies were blue, the wind was non-existent and I took a few hours off work. I’d much rather be caching than working, although caching doesn’t pay the bills. Lucky I’m my own boss!
Wandering towards GZ, we spotted two wallaby carcasses, which was pretty sad. We also found a lot of rubbish, which we CITO’d (me, rather compulsively). We ended up with a large pile, sadly. Plastic is EVIL!
Anyway, on arriving at GZ, the sneaky cache was spotted, although I’m not sure what “UPS” means. It seems I’ve been following Domsky on many caches this week! Thanks for the adventure, cooroy scouts.

Headed up north as the weather was beautiful and the tide was low. Had my bathers on and a water proof bag but neither were required. 0.4 on the way over and 0.7tide on the way back and I only got my ankles wet. It’s amazing how this has changed so much.
Loved how most people would do a lap of north Bribe but not me right through the middle. Found just as per the hint.

Back in Qld to visit family, we decided to paddle as much as we could with this beautiful window of weather opportunity.
Canberra is definitely not boat friendly atm.
Today, Bribie Island was our target.
We have paddled from Golden Beach across in the past, and this was our intention today.
Once on the island it was a case of meandering and exploring.
It was amazing to witness the geological changes here since our last visit.
Log signed on this oldie.

what a bushwacking adventure it was to get here! a glimpse of island life, saw some crabs on the way loved wading through the mangroves.
The tide was rapidly coming in here! You read that correctly... the island has really changed. TFTC!

How could i not find a cache with such a title. I wonder what it could be.
Searching around everywhere for the elusive UPS, georode made the find somewhere i'd already searched, of course.
Elated with our efforts at conquering north bribie, we sloshed our way back out to our now floating kayaks amidst the rapidly rising incoming tide.
Thanks cooroy scouts for tantalising everyone on the coast way back when by cheekily creating a cache on this island that stretches it's long arms north almost to caloundra... and thanks to dahumbug for keeping it alive for us all to keep finding, hopefully perennially.
This is also the tenth time i've found this combination, changing it's colour to a darker shade of green. Huzzah!

Today, the plan was to kayak across from Golden Beach to the top of Bribie Island (newly formed North Bribie Island given the recent breakthrough?). I was a little concerned with the high winds warning, but the passage still offered sufficient protection to paddle across for the scheduled island event. Following a walk around the island peninsula and the completion of two Locations from the *Pumicestone Passage Meander* Adventure Lab, we paddled back across just as the sea started to get rough. I then spent the majority of my subsequent day heading around Pelican Waters and Golden Beach, walking a few trails whilst fighting the armies of mosquitoes. I then ended the day with a drive into Caloundra completing *Rocking Caloundra* Adventure Lab and a walk along the foreshore/boardwalk.
Following the island's event, we repositioned our kayaks to then find North Bribie Island's two southern caches (with one Adventure Lab Location). We sailed across the bay and docked our kayaks, to then walk a fair amount through the scrub and bush, deviating between the direct through-the-island approach, and coming out on the eastern beach side to walk along the dunes. Upon our walk back to the kayaks, we walked through some further pools of water in order to arrive here, and spent about five minutes of searching before georode made the find. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks cooroy scouts for the cache placement, and dahumbug for its ongoing maintenance. It was also nice to have found this oldie 02/2008 hidden cache, which is one of Queensland's 1000 oldest yet active geocaches.
Upon our final walk back to our kayaks, we were lucky to still find all three kayaks as the tide had well and truely come in, floating all three from where we had docked them on the sand!

Attempted without shoes so it took a long time. Mangroves hurt. It’s smaller than what we were looking for, no pen or room for swaps.

Hired a couple of SUPs to paddle across to Bribie Is from Golden Beach on the high tide. Great paddle today and the weather was superb after all the recent rain. Lots of boats out on the water made dodging the wake an impossibility but managed to stay upright. Checked out the recent breakthrough of the high tide which had caused some concern for the locals but it seems Mother Nature has decided to dump a whole lot more sand at the weakened area so once again Bribie Island remains 'whole'. It's pretty narrow in places though.
The cache was easily found though we were on the clock as we were hiring the SUPs and had to get back. Such a beautiful part of the island.
Thanks cooroy scouts for placing and maintaining this cache.

We had a lovely morning paddle over to the tip of bribie island before the community celebration event nearby. With a planned route we set sail for our adventure - and what fun we had. So much to see and explore, the caches almost became secondary. Almost . Enjoyed kayaking along this stretch, all the while listening to the ocean roar so close by. It was great to find this old cache still here, even though the original container is gone. It’s about the places it brings you to. TFTC
Early morning trip up from the Gold Coast to meet up with E_Smiley, AtTheLakeHouse and WallabyWanderers for a water adventure prior to going to the nearby Wesso Family Event. The weather wasn't in our favour but that certainly didn't deter us in the least, apart from a few kangaroos we had the whole island to ourselves after setting sail from the Golden Beach boat ramp in our trusty kayaks. This was a lovely spot for the cache and is good to see an oldie lasting so long in this type of environment.

Out and about with Wallaby Wanderers, Atthelakehouse and Snickerallan on this stormy day. We watched the weather radar and was relieved that the area we're in has lesser rainfall and some clear skies at the time we're in the island. We did get some heavy fall and as we were going against the wind and tide it made the journey a bit challenging. My phone suddenly wasn't displaying anything, my GPS did some filtering while it was in my pocket.
Thanks for the cache and taking us here cooroy scouts. Enjoyed the adventure despite the hardship it was a quick find by Snickerallan.

Orange Crew had organised with karicka for a boat ride up the pumistone passage to grab a few caches of the adventure lab and the letters series. So we rrrrr pirates of the passage today, rrrrrr. I wasn’t sure as to why I got an invite but it soon became obvious I was the cabin boy, galley bitch and roust about for the day. I didn’t mind it turned out to be a really fun day, a few laughs and with a good number of caches found and/or replaced with the CO’s permission.
We launched at Donnybrook and with an incoming tide it did make for an interesting journey around the passage. Thank you for this series it has been on my to do list for some time so I was glad for the opportunity to grab them today.
AHRR we couldn't come all this way and not grab a few other treasures me harties.

A great day on the water.
OC suggested a trip in Pumistone passage, we found a Saturday with a good high tide and made plans.

Launched from Donnybrook and made our way here on the slowly rising tide.
Landed the tinny on the beach and waded in to this one.
Took me and chamad a while to spot this one, but now our names are in the log.
Thank you for hiding this geocache and keeping me entertained

The third cache of the day for us, having the opportunity to spend time on Bribie Island. After a jet ski ride, a quick (feed the) fish and swim, we headed south to tick off a couple of caches. Having completed a mystery cache and an adventure lab, we had this traditional in our sights. We made our way to GZ, within 15m or so, and did walk around in circles for a bit. After no luck we checked for a clue, and was not sure what one of the terms meant, so we continued our search. Final the cache log container was spotted. Log extracted and signed, we replace and headed om our way.
Thanks very much for the cache dahumbug. We enjoyed this island adventure.

Great weather to be out on the water today with Selva Girls and Brislions kayaking around the top end of Bribie for a few caches and two Adventure Lab waypoints. At GZ the cache was quickly located and the log signed. The cache was replaced as found. TFTC
Today Selva Girls and I plan for a kayak trip to pickup a few caches. We had company of CuriousQuest today.
It was nice paddle over to Bribie Island. My main cache for today was code clash to finish loop 3.
So today paddle we found 3 trads, 2 mystery and 3 waypoints from 2 Adventure Labs.
The round trip today took 4 hours. Did have lots of fun watching Selva Girls and CuriousQuest trying to paddle in a straight line.

Well, I have recently acquired a trusty ole blue 'yak, and I was busting to take it for a whirl. The CITO had me interested (I am yet to log one!) and I settled on a plan with a few mates to hit up caches in the general area. While the CITO was cancelled, we managed to still grab the caches and generally have an awesome time.
This was one of 17 caches for the day for me (excluding the challenges I don't qualify for). After hitting up the northern stretches of the Coolum Creek, we picked up a few random caches as we headed for Caloundra and then paddled over to Bribie. Finished off with a trip to Ewan Maddock Dam. Lovely day, every minute of it was full of sunshine and laughter. Can't wait to do it again.
Am I a lady or a monkey? Stay tuned to find out :p

9:28:00 AM. The tide was still running out hard so while Konie walked the canoe around the waters edge I set off to walk to gz. Good going on the sand flats. Got to gz and spotted the hide quickly and log was signed. A nice walk back to catch up with Konie and our ride back to the other side. With the tide still running out the return trip was fairly rapid with littl effort required. A great couple of hours. Thanks for the cache dahumbug
Hired yaks with Gcoven on this impromptu visit today and decided to collect a few of the caches on the northern tip of Bribie. This was the last cache found on the paddle as the meter was running down and didn't want to incur additional costs or fight the in coming tide.
Left the yak idling away and took the 350m walk in, avoiding little soldier crabs and BIG spiders. It was cool to spot a few sting rays in the shallows and one humongous whiting and here's me without a rod. Thanks bug and the cooroy scouts for keeping this oldie up and running.

Fab paddle across to the island . Took a bit of searching but all good except the spiders! My little friends!!! Tftc
Today, I headed north with my kayak with a plan to grab half a dozen or so caches on the northern tip of Bribie. Knowing the tides, I planned my route to avoid having to paddle against the tide.
It was a bit of a bush bash through the scrub from my last cache to this one, only disturbing a few roos. Got a surprise to find a blank logbook - though good to see this older cache lives on. A nice quick find and then a tip toe through the mangroves and the soldier crabs back to the yak.
Many thanks cooroy scouts and dahumbug

Was nearby today looking for other team mates from the soccer team,
But they never showed up.
Si I thought I come down and help my friend Big Red,
with a new container and a slightly different location.
Placed a preform 6 meters away from original GZ.
Placed a UPS at base of tree for cachers to easily locate.
Happy Caching.

*Time to be a leader, a responsible cache owner, a thoughtful person regarding humanity.
Groundspeak or Geocaching HQ have been slow to be on the front foot regarding this matter so its left for us cachers to lead the way*
**"With discussions here about whether or not or it is okay to ignore closures etc to go caching, please let me offer some perspective.
Given the likely death toll from COVID-19 in the USA will be in 6 figures at least (that’s tens of thousands) and more likely in 7 (that’s millions) as well as in 8 figures worldwide (that’s tens of millions), not following restrictions designed to save lives is industrial grade selfish.
So our streaks may have to end.
And our physical caching may have to stop.
Hopefully not too many of our lives will end but some most definitely will. And I am certain around the world some of our caching family have already died.
COVID19 hangs around on surfaces so you don’t even have to physically be in the presence of someone who is positive. Just touching a surface (cache?) they have touched recently and then touching your face will do it.
I really really hope that a “Hail Mary” comes through and we get a vaccine in less than the expected 18 months. But until it is actually here being given to large numbers we are all at risk. And while older people are clearly more at risk young ones are dying too.
As I am sure some of you are wondering about my qualifications to offer this view, please check out my background. Not too hard if you have Google or another search engine. “Dr Bill Griggs” should do it.
Please stay as safe as you can people.
And please follow the rules designed to keep you and all of us safe.**
Cheers to Bill, aka Brad&Janet for the information.

Visited today and found not much left of the container and the original logbook. Defininitely needs owner intervention.
Will be back online soon.
Cheers

It was really difficult not stepping on the millions of little crabs scurrying everywhere but we were soon off the sand at at GZ. Unfortunately, this one is not in very good condition but the original log book is still there. Thanks for the cache
This one is damaged, and needs to be looked at by the owner. Great area though. tftc
Found this one while out looking for another series along here. Certainly needs maintenance
Found it in terrible condition. The container has been completely smashed up including its contents. A new replacement is needed.
Today was a much better day for the water than yesterday was, we left from Toorbul boatramp to avoid the triathlon at Bribie. It was like glass out here today so we were back out on the geo-jet ripping up the passage. On our ride up we quickly had to hit the skids as a big turtle decided to pop up his head. Since we have been out on the water a lot lately we are just amazed at how many of these guys we keep on seeing. It is hypnotising watching them float through the water.
Arriving near GZ we took it slow as with it being such a great day there were yakkers and paddle boardies in abundance. We found a little spot in between all the other boats and jetskis to pull into and anchored up so that we could head off for our search. We managed to pull in about 90 metres to GZ, so we just had a small stroll through the water and the fish before arriving at GZ. Unfortunately from a distance we could see some damage to this cache. The lid was broken and the contents were strewn around, time to do what we can to save this cache.
Amazingly the original log was dry so we could easily sign our name. Next we put everything together and there were three different sized ziplocked bags lying around. We turned the small one inside out so it would be dry and put the logbook in that one, then we used the large one and put it entirely around the lidless cache, but there still is a rip in this bag so we just did the best we could. Next we replaced and covered to keep it hidden. As for the medium ziplock bag, it was no use here so we took it for the trash. Will send photos to CO.

bella@waggy performed maintenance on this one.
He gathered all the stuff up and placed back in the container.
The logbook is good enough to write a name on.
Will look at relocating in near future.

Thanks to dahumbug for the lend of a yak. Being low tide there was plenty of sand and we thought we had paddled the 900 odd meters to The shores of GZ in record time only to realise with low tide and build up of the island that we had 350m on foot to go. Plenty of Roos on the way as I guess the vacate name predicted. Always a nice site. The cache was spread out like it had been muggles so we collected it up and put it back and re hid. A new log is in place so all good to sign. TFTC

Good Day,
This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived.
Looking forward to hearing from you,

I came upon this cache which had been muggeled. The contents had been emptied and thrown over the ground and the container lid broken. The log book was entirely wet also. So I replace the log with a temporary one, packed it all back up and placed the whole container into a zip lock bag and placed it back into its spot. The container needs replacing and I have been in contact with the cache owner to notify them of this situation. Happy caching everyone.
Nice little spot in here. We walked up from the last bunker on bribie island with a friend of mine that is so special to me. She loves to come on my geocaching adventures and I love having her company. We talked the world into a better place on these big walks and have a ball doing so.
This cache had been muggeled and I will write a note as it does need maintance.
Thanks for bringing us here and for a wonderful day spent with a wonderful person. Tftc

Ok... Drove up here from Canberra, for a much needed holiday staying with my parents ... Up here for a few weeks (Christmas, and most of January figured it might be a good thing to try and find a cache each day for a week or 2 ... or 3 ... until I run out of close by ones anyway ...
Decided I had been here a couple of days - time to take my kayak for its first paddle in Qld, and first time in salt water ... hmmm ... must remember I need to dry kayak b4 putting it on car roof, or wash car after salt water dribbles all over it
TFTC - this one was fun. I paddled over this way because there were some caches here - wandered around in the interesting mangroves etc for a while and found this one, and then paddled South a bit and had a wander on the ocean beach and then did the multi, got eaten by midges or sand flies or something (didn't notice at the time but later that evening I noticed I had heaps of itchy lumps on the bits of skin that had not been covered up by my rash shirt and leggings ... including in my scalp - persistent sods, whatever they were!), realised while doing the multi, that I would have to rush to get back across Pumicestone Passage before Sunset, so the other cache here would have to wait, Sunset happened half way over - lol ... which meant I spent ages there taking interesting photos in the shallow water (tide had gone out got back to shore after dark, "home" to my parents place after teatime. (Mum had saved me some dinner

I must have spent half an hour looking for this cache before giving up. I can't say if it's been muggled, could just be a case of cache blindness.
This was the second cache I managed to find today (I've had a couple of DNFs), but it took me ages. I really am cache blind today , I certainly did the forehead slap when I realised where the cache was. You'll be pleased to know I had a very real, live cache guardian today - a great big red roo, he must have been well over 2 m tall and considering I'm only 1.54 m, I made sure we stayed out of each other's way . I loved where you placed the cache, it certainly won't be found by wandering muggles, although the crabs and whimbrels might come across it. TFTC dahumbug, I enjoyed my paddle to get here
After leaving the pirate cache we made our way to Big Red. Reached GZ and sighted a likely spot and found it. Nice and quiet this end of the island, no 4 x 4s, crowds or portable music. Great spot for a picnic, bring the mossie repellent
Quick easy fun find. We completed this after doing the pirate cache. We walked here with cdah55 and phil Serenity after doing the pirate cache. Really nice views in this area.
