i ther mark im a kid at woodend school to and ive notice that at the cache called two churches and a cache as lots of kids from our school that do not do geocaches have loged them
hello mark i am a student at woodend school but i am a serious cacher and i heard that the other one called the beginning of the grange has been moved and i think i have an idea who it is.
sorry to all as this has been a popular micro cache find for genuine cachers.
Unfortunately the local school kids have apparently been shown this cache location, probably by a non-discrete cacher, hence it is now constantly getting muggled.
A good lesson to all not to show kids where caches are, unless strictley trusted with discretion etc.
I will disable this for 6 months in hope they will forget about it, may need archive in all reality.

My son and his friend found this one tonight after a previous visit when they were unable to locate ..... found this time good little cache.....

First one with my 5yo (Loved it) and 1 yo (had no idea what was going on) in tow.
Trying to be discreet the muggle asked if we were geocaching, as it turns out he was also geocaching and couldn't find it!! It was my 1st find for a newby, yay!!
When I arrived, a mugglet and mum were were in residence, but luckily they soon left and I was able to search unhindered.
Nice hide. Not much room for signing on log book. (I think I may have logged the wrong date.)

[Great Cache!]
I've sat on that barrier with friends and some fish 'n' chips many times and never even thought something might have been hidden there!
[Great Geocache! first one i have ever done]

[Attributes show it as needing maintenance but all is fine. An easy enough find in the end] (with my mini-cacher as camouflage in the playground)

Quick find and surprised that a cache can survive on such a place. Good hiding and no problem with mini muggles today.
I always feel a bit conspicuous hanging around playgrounds and have walked away from a few before now without bagging the cache - this time no one around so easily done.

The clue certainly helped, along with knowing I was looking for a small hide. Nice one. TFTC
Very Cunning, had to use all my stealth as kiddies playing in park, with Muggle parents. Great spot though TFTC )))
Well hidden in what could be a very challeging spot to retrieve the cache from. TFTC.
First for the day caching north of Christchurch. A nicely themed park - Mrs Sobad particularly liked the driveway. TFTC
Clever hide, the hint was very helpful. The dog was convinced it was underground somewhere, but we found it in the end. First cache find on our way up to Kaikoura. TFTC!
Quick easy find at 1430. No muggles about and the playground had no children muggles either. Clever hiding spot. TFTC.
A nicely put together hide this one. Can't say I've quite seen the like before, thanks again markanddeb.
Nice little park, alway thought it sounded like it was a park that stalkers hung out in, but I'm sure it's not, fun little themed playground with nice little details.
Cheers

nice cache to bring my grandson to - unfortunatly he 11.5k miles away in the UK from where we come from - liked the tracked walk to cache TNSL TFTC
NICE EASY FIND - NO ONE AROUND AT ALL AS IT WAS AFTER A VERY EARLY START TO THE AIRPORT. TFTC
Unique playground, had to return as earlier in the day, a family group occupied the play area as we pulled up. Cache found easily. (4/6, #332)
Great hiding spot. We were able to find straight away as we've seen this kind of thing before! TFTC.

Kids enjoyed the playground, while the grown-ups grabbed the cache.

I worked for CFM for a number of years. The train used to be the only attraction here. Now there's more stuff to play with. Good hide. Cheers.
Quick find on trip north from Christchurch. Quite well concealed, I had to look a couple of times before I spotted it. Fortunately there was nobody else around. Signed log, TFTC!
Heading to Amberley for a milkshake. Stopped off to do a few caches along the way.

I think this is where myself and the Belts crossed paths...
A way cool cache, thank you.
A way cool cache, thank you.
The kids LOVED this cache - the site is a must for cachers with children on board! Mr found the cache (after a few minutes of searching) while the kids made maximum use of the playground, and Mrs B did mathmatics on the multi that we'd gathered info on! A superb place to put a cache - TFTC
Nice One!!!!!!!! Picked this one up on our way home from a great weekend of mall hopping in the big smoke. No problem with the little muggles, as they were very busy doing their little muggle thing. Much fun. Thanks
9.55am. First find on our weekend down south. Had tried this one earlier but too many muggles.

1st find for the day - had to be really early - don't like these spots for a cache as it is hard too do during day time. Found very quickly. TFTC TNLNSL (286)

Have looked for this one before when we were new to chaching, hadn't come across caches of this type. Today with a bit more experience under our belt it was a quick find. TFTC
I was in the area today doing maintainance checks on my caches so checked this one out as well. Added a new log sheet and stash note. Cache is is good condition and all set to go again.
Great place to hide a cache. Played on the train while we were there. Logbook filling fast .. will need replacing soon. Nana_Mac
Found while heading to Kaikoura for the weekend A nice wee spot for a cache. Yes the log book is very full now. Cheers Bo
First find of a road trip, a bit of subtleness required with the classroom not far away. TNLN Thanks.
#289 (5/5 in a late afternoon sweep in the Woodend area). Found with Troodles. Apparently muggles can be a problem here; none today oaround 5PM on a winter's afternoon. Loved the hiding place. Quick find (GPSr spot on). TFTC.
I had always passed here and thought it would be a great place for a cache, I'm glad someone got round to it, good one [^] TNLNSL
Found on the way to Hanmer
Quick find with very few muggles around on this cold day

On the 4th visit to this cache we able to grab, every other time defeated by muggles.
Easy find and fun. What was not easy was crossing the main road with the huge stream of traffic heading back to Chch! TFTC. Loved the park.
Our last one of the night - it was completely dark by now, but perhaps a good time for a playground cache. A good think about the hint was useful, and PB soon had the cache in hand. I bet this is a fun playground for junior cachers!

How dodgy is it to call a childrens playground 'Stalker Park'? Most bizarre. Luckily there was no-one about today and it was a relatively quick find. Cheers Gav [2143]
We did meet a barrier ... asked grand-daughter to check it out to no avail ... much rooting around in the bark (dirty fingernails!) then a re-think, trusted the GPS and found it. Grand-daughter is a bit spiderweb-phobic!! Lovely playground.
Overcast morning no muggles around so didnt feel to silly trying to find the cache. TFTC
Off home today but time to do some caches on the way Was nice to finally find a coin signed the log did not leave anything to replace the coin as cache was to small for anything we had thanks for the cache
What a cool little park. What's wrong with all the local kids? How come this was empty on a sunny Saturday afternoon? Well, if the locals weren't going to play, then we were. Our 1200th South Island find. TNLN, TFTC.
Where is "Rent A Kid When You Need One" lucky no one around so didn't look too out of place, great wee park TFTC
Cool feature nearby says RadioNut50, who is nutty about lots of things, Clever hide.
Was wondering about the name! Found on the way to the Event, a nicely themed park. TFTC
Glad we had the kids with us for this one. Easy find with no-one around. TFTC.
498 Found on the wayt to Moneydorks 4th massive Easter Egg Hunt. This park is really cute. A good hide. TFTC TNLN SL Choo
