I'm afraid that we're going to have to assume that this one has been muggled and unfortunately unable to personally check on it at this stage so will archive for now until we can attend to it.
This one within easy walking distance of our house, been saving it for when the Grandkids come to visit. Took the Grandson down and couldn't find it.
No joy for us to day, came by with ACME_caching who has found it before and he confirmed its gone.
TFTC!
Haha clever spot even though exposed, surprised it lasted this long
PAPER NEEDS TO BE REPLACED IT IS SOAKED AND SCRAPPY.
I wouldve replace it myself but ... sorry
Thanks for the easy find!!

Brahms6 found this one on a trip down from Cairns. Left trackable and tried to hide a cache a little as it was fully exposed. Protected by green ants.
#21 Found cache quickly. Didin't see a Bunyip but damn green ants had a feed on me.
Signed log, left Sig Coin and Crikey TB

A wiser man would have taken a torch for this one- given it was 7pm I fossicked about one area - nothing. Then I spotted it - guarded by some vicious-looking ants. A lovely little area. TFTC bubblensqueak
This cache was found totally exposed and visible to all.
When I grabbed it I quickly realised what all the ant logs were about and had to throw it down to get the little blighters off.
Sat down, signed and casually replaced it just as I found it.
Cheers and happy caching.

1406, very quick find, still being guarded by the ants...
co-ords were spot on, thanks

Good place but cache was found on the ground. Please replace the caches exactly the way you found them. Placed cache in a safe spot and re-covered it. Tftc!
09.20 - Container was exposed. did cover it up after signing log. the ants are still guarding the site ... 8/11. +/-0. T4TC.
This cache was easy to find and has plenty of muggle hazards, but was extremely well defended by meat ants! Because it is easy to camouflage, I rate it as a solid location.

This was only a short way from Walkover so I dropped by for a very quick find. Camo was a bit off so I fixed it as well as I could.
Thanks!
Thanks!
Easy find covered the cache up thanks to bubblensqueak for intoducing us Hare$Tortise to geocaching quite a few23 years ago
Found cache in seemingly overly obvious spot. Visible from the road? May need to be moved. TFTC anyway. Left king of clubs calling card.
I feel gipped... Found just sitting there, visible from road, not sure if it was meant to be where it was but thanks for the cache anyway... King of clubs...
We are unable to replace this cache. Its a nice little park if another cacher wants to start one up there. Apologies to those who have tried to find it, a very easy cache to find so has to be missing.
Three sets of eyes and we still couldn't find this one. Looks like it might have been muggled.
Our 3rd DNF in a row I was sure of where it should have been, but no luck for us today. All we did was make the green ants even angrier than usual (if thats possible) Thanks anyway bubblensqueak
Hi tryed looking for it aigan but had no luck finding it! Either someones stole it or the green ants carried it away! LOL!
Came down to find this today but had no luck...I'm only here til Monday lunch time then back to Sydney...if the cache is able to be checked by then I'd be really grateful! Thanks!
Hi yes me and my brother and friends found it today it was difficult though at first we were looking in the wrong place then we realised it was further down then when we did it was easy from there! Exept the green ants were horrid they bit us man it hurt!
Read this next bit if you need help!
It's up high!

Lovely area, definately need to beware the greenants more than the bunyip for this one!
Beware the greeeeeeeeeeen ants! Cache had dislodged itself from it intended position I think, but fresh keen eyes quickly spotted it! TFTC
Found easily on a good day, to the sound of some noisy figbirds, thanks bubblensqueak.
thanks for the re-hide bubblensqueak...easy find this time round, was covered in green ants..
Just popped out to this one and replaced cache container. Hoprfully the green ants won't muggle it this time.
mmmmmm i think the green ants may have muggled this one away.....couldnt find anywhere.
What a nice park, unfortunately it's closed because of repairs.
That was a quick find with a lot of ants.
Thanks for the cache.

#2 on an afternoon outing with the family. A beautiful little spot. Easy to find little cache. TFTC TNLNSL
As previous finders have written, cache is quite exposed but well guarded by the green ants! Thanks!!
Easy find with the help of LittleMissT as the cache was in the open, covered our tracks a bit better for the next Cacher. TNLNSL TFTC
I have wanted to do this cache pretty much since I started geocaching, because it's close to home. That's how it is with the tihings right at our door step....
Pretty little park, don't think I have been there before, so thanks for taking me

Wow, what a great open cache this one is. I am so surprised that it hasn't been muggled, it is so open to plain sight. Had to use a bit of stealth and deception to thwart the muggle fisher kids, but the bench was a great place to sign the log while rehydrating.

This is a special cache for us its 12 months caching and our 100th cache find,I have never seen a cache so out in the open that doesnt get muggled must be the 3000 green ants that gaurd it.There was 4000 but 1000 crawled over my body

Found easily. It really is a lovely pond. Thankyou for taking us to this great park.
Easy Find, It was guarded by the ants.Covered the hide back up, wont be long before the leaf litter blows away.
Beautiful park that I never knew was here! No bunyips today. Cache found quickly as it has no cover other than green ants!! Replaced as I found it and tried to add some cover but it won't be long before it is all blown off again. Hope this one stays muggle free as it is a great location. TFTC bubblensqueak

Charlie and I are here from Oregon, USA, traveling the east coast and visiting friends in Brisbane and Townsville. Took our friends to find this cache...and got them hooked on geocaching, too! Dropping a TB for our friend, Cindy. She passed too soon, as is traveling with us for a while before we send her out on her own. And yes----thanks for the introduction to GREEN ANTS!!!!
A regular walk for the cache dog. Though she was more interested in everything else than the cache. TNLN.
Nice little park with ponds, but needs a clean up.
Watch out for the Green Ants when doing this one, do not stand still for more than you absolutely need to or they will carry you away to their nest.

Found while in Townsville on a business trip.
This was a nice quick and easy find. I used to live just around the corner in Sandstone drive and the geobrats and I rode our pushbikes to the shops next to the park. They were the only ones here at that stage.
Good to see that the park is still well kept.

My first Townsville cache And what a lovely park to bring my family to for their first caching experience. Even Big Brother got involved and found the cache for us. Thanks bubblensqueak for a lovely start to my visit.
Found it on second attempt but forgot to take a pencil to fill in log. No idea how we missed it the first time!
Walked the wrong way to start with, but soon had the cache in hand. Just wondering, do they use this oval for anything??

TNLN (after wrestling two simpsons figures from my 2 year old.)
Did not sign the log as had no pen and wasnt one in the cache. Will return to sign.

Took us a while for this one as the GPS was a bit out. Eventually sat down, had a think and worked it all out. TFTC Great hide and nice place for a playground.

H (6) found this one. This one should almost be called "Beware the Muggle" hahaha, was tricky getting it and putting it back again. Not to mention the Green Ants :S :S

Nice, a couple of young muggles fishing held us up,but a find we did. Placed a coin took nothing.
A friend of mine last yr went to the rescue of a mum who's kid fell into the pond, while she was retreiving him her other baby strapped in a pram rolled in as well. If he had not been walking past, hearing her scream for help it may have been tragic.

Found the cache at 11.50am. Beautiful lake with plenty ducks etc. SL. Thanks bubblensqueak for organising the cache and hunt.
First time out. My kids took off in all directions on their first treasure hunt. Found cache and filled out log. Thanks to Bubble&Squeak for an easy first time.
Wow this is my first ever cache. Hubby and I used the Car Garmin and came with in about 10 metres of the Cache. Hubby took one direction I took another and found it within seconds. I was very excited. I covered it up as it was a little bit exposed. TNLN TFTC. Cheers can't wait to search for some more...........
Found it late at night with Townsvillian. Beware the sprinklers. Got a little wet finding this one.
Found this about a week ago now at night. Was a little bit tricky to find, didnt think it would be wher it was. L Badge
Tried to find this one without the GPS on a recent visit but failed. Returned with GPS and made it an easy find. Another nice little spot for the kids. No sign of the bunyip but spotted some nice sized fish in the lake. TNLN TFTC SL.
This was an easy find. Lovely park for families. Take your tennis raquets. No muggles except for magpies and ducks. Took tiny jellyfish, left kangaroo hat pin. The cache was a little exposed so covered it up a bit.
Easy find after a hard day at work.
Didn't happen to bump into any Bunyips but I was looking out for them.
Signed Log and did some swaps.

A great park and an easy find after the GPS tried to get me wet. The old Legend has its moments and takes a bit of patience to let it settle down. TNLNSL
Found 4:30pm, Scorpion and female Geo Brat walked in the park while Butterfly and male Geo Brat drove around. Found cache quite easily and recorded find.

Found at 1530. Very nice park, no one around this arvo so we were able to locate GZ unobserved.
