It seems this spot has become too popular with wayward muggles.

16-Dec-09
Looks like this cache has been muggled, need to decide if we replace or archive this one

16-Dec-09
After a long search, I stumbled across a plastic bag containing the log. No sign of the ammo canister... The log has been graffitied with a few obscene comments. Logged name, and placed the bag back where I found it.

15-Dec-09
I don't think that the cache has had much luck with muggles... Have explained why in the Needs Maintenance log. Thanks for (what was left of) the cache

12-Nov-09
Visited today.
Cache was missing, the ground cover had all died away and looks like the cache was muggled.
Cache has now been replaced

I ended up well above the cache site on private property, searching in the bamboo forest. Turns out I had the wrong approach and when I rethought my situation I found the cache very quickly.

I am surprised this cache hasn't been muggled as it is in a very exposed location.

Added TB - Fox the Fish

Bit of an odd place for a cache - I was expecting something a little more romantic, and was beginning to doubt if I'd answered the quizz correctly. Very patchy coverage thanks to the heavily overcast weather and trees which had us bamboo bashing down the road for a while. Eventually closed in on the intended area as it was getting darker (but on the wrong side!). Tried the other side and finally found by torchlight. This took us a lot longer than it should have done once we'd realised where it actually was! Nice container.

01-Jun-08
Took a couple goes to find it.
Gardeners have cut alot of bamboo around this area.
Surprise they didn't find it.

03-May-08
Went to the wrong side first... but soon found after correcting this

The Freezer Mice strike again!!!
Solved the puzzle a while ago, and was supposed to go for a look for it en-route to the glow-worm paradise cache... but simply ran out of time.
Actually spent a wee while looking for this one, but only because we counted in from the wrong side.
Nice to see a big container.

Quick to decipher clues, but geo coverage was a bit off under cover. Dropped of geocoin, took torch.

17-Feb-08
Definately a spot to look dodgey with a Valentine! Bit of a mission this one depending on the entrances. Found with return2nai more by random looking after a reasonable search. Slighty damp in the bottom but contents dry. TNLN

16-Feb-08
Found today, just following the trampled path of a geocacher.
Left the TB Dalmata, a cutie TB for a sweet cache. Enjoyed the hunt. What a lot of greenery here.
Thanks Geocooley for a fun cache.

16-Feb-08
The new clue eliminated a lot of possibilities thanks Geocooley - still a bit of a hunt though.
The cache had quite a lot of free water inside the lid when we found it. Looked to me like the lid had been left open in the rain? Had an old shirt on this time so took it off and used it to dry everything before returning the contents. Realised later that it would have looked rather dodgy if anyone had seen me crouching in the bushes without a shirt on; especially with my daughter with me Surprised
In: Carabiners, Out: puzzle
Many thanks

I don't like puzzle caches but found this one quick enough

15-Feb-08
I did the puzzle part at home-quite easy.
Got to GZ to find 2 other local caches dressed up to the nines in their work clothes.
Not mentioning any names but a certain Zor.... looked a bit worse for wear. In cohoots with a certain R...N
They had no luck and I stayed for another 30 minutes at least. Tried both sides of the large clump of the of this horrible plant material.
This hunt is very frustrating.
The area is already looking quite messy after our search!!
May need a better clue !!

15-Feb-08
RN announced that a new cache had just been published when I arrived at work so I quickly found the required info then off we went. It had been raining on and off overnight so everything was very wet and my nice clean white work shirt didn't cope very well. After a half hearted hunt we were just about to give up when Psychrn turned up. Had a chat then left him to it but it looks like he missed it too. Will have another go sometime when dressed more like a geocacher. Smile

15-Feb-08
Well did it this time.
To be fair game the owner gave us the same clue as Zorgon and co got.
Sure I had an advantage that it was my day off so I was able to go back again.
Still it could be a bit of a mission if you dont get the right area !!
I got it quickly with a better clue.
The clue should be helpful now !!
I can claim FTF.
A nicely stocked container too!!

15-Feb-08
Due to 3 experienced local caches having difficulty in locating the cache we have updated the clue.
