Logs
Found it. Only 3 from 6 this afternoon and this was lucky number 3. 6/7/2024.
Checked on this one today. The log is dry, the container however is not real great. I'll replace that next time I'm nearby.
Tftc log book wet but managed to sign. Good way to kick off the afternoon walk at the lake
Driving past regularly and so today I dropped in to search. 2nd scanning along the wall and there it was. Thanks bedmaker for maintaining this oldie
Had a few hours over this side of town to find a couple of caches and this was one of them.
It was dark by now so tree fishing was off the menu. Thought this was doable and once I'd found the access it was a quick find here.

We came out at 5pm to try and fit some tree fishing caches in…. Silly idea, it got too dark too quickly. So a quick stop on the way home to keep the streak going. TFTC, found with Rach on a Sunday afternoon.
Another Great Wall cache. This one is pretty well hidden and allows some stealth with the approach however it’s high traffic
Thanks for the cache, keeps the streak alive

bedmakerTG I found your cache Warner Wall on 11/4/2023, 1:35 pm. This is my find 4980 and find # 10 today. A quick and easy find. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
Found this one pretty quickly after a few mins of walking, thought it was at the wall which said “warner lakes”, but it wasn’t. Great chache though!
With a couple of hours before work I was planning to go caching around Eatons Hill… A FTF a bit further north changed those plans…
This oldie was a nice stop on the way back towards work…

Very early in the morning, not even a jogger around to disturb us.
Parked across the road on the grass (someone's footpath?) and wandered over.
Wall? What wall? And then realised what we were looking for.
There was a quick 30 secs in dodging spiderwebs (why do I always get to go first?) and Buttons picks the right spot first.
A quick flourish of the pen and we're off to the next one.

Heading home from an appointment locally I stopped in to grab this cache. It took a few minutes to locate the right GZ. Once there, it didn't take long to locate the cache. It's definitely an older container, but all in good condition. Log signed and everything returned safely. TFTC.
26/9/2022 Find #5525
SaintsMadHouse and I had planned an Afternoon of Adventure before and Evening of Entertainment. Leaving our exact plans to the very last second, we decided to hit this cache first with it being a nice old one, and neither of us actually had it yet (slack I know considering how close to home it is for me!).
We had noted the previous DNFs but figured there was still a good chance it was there, so after a quick stop en route for SaintsMadHouse, we then parked the car and made our way to GZ.
As soon as I got to where coords said, I immediately spied the cache. Perfection on those coords even after all this time. The logbook had seen better days, so SaintsMadHouse put a new one in to keep it going for some time to come.
Thanks for the cache bedmakerTG.

Spotted easily after parking in the street opposite the cache location. We replaced the old log sheet with a new booklet which will keep this going for a while now. Thanks for the cache
Today, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I had planned a picnic next to the waters of Lake Samsonvale at Bullocky Rest. We took the opportunity to make a stop at a few geocaches around Warner, and then finished out our trip with a visit to McGavin View Park, where we commenced *A Drive Around Lake Samsonvale* Adventure Lab.
After taking a park nearby, we took a short walk down to the Warner wall, and after taking a methodical search along, I managed to find the old rusted out container nestled away. The cache container was in reasonable shape, but the logbook was in poor condition and starting to tear away in pieces. It looks like without a protective plastic bag, it is starting to succumb to the weather and elements. Thanks bedmaker for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance. It was also nice to have found this oldie 02/2008 hidden cache, of which is one of Queensland's 1000 oldest yet active geocaches.
Note that this geocache was logged with the *Team Warren* Davidwazza/jesswrigley stamp.

We haven't had much luck with walls today! This was the second wall of the day that we couldn't find . We'll try again soon!
Spending the day targeting caches for D/T grid, challenge caches and a few oldies.
This one was in the area so I stopped in and made the find. Tftc bedmaker

Out on the north side this morning for a bit of kayaking on the Pine River. On our way home we took a detour here and made a quick find of this lovely old cache. It’s lovely to see this one still in place. The location is quiet and we could search to our hearts content with no fear of being disturbed by any muggles.

Been to Dayboro from Cairns to attend the Mega, quick trip to Sth. Australia now turned tail and heading slowly back up north. 10 June 2021 1:01 pm Tyfc bedmaker total caches now 2164
After a dissappointing day doing the witches hat yesterday, we stayed closer to our caravan and did a few around this area. No DNF's today so smiles all round. Off to Grafton tomorrow, not sure when we will be back in the area.

Dayboro QLD Mega - Day Five:
The fifth day of our mega road trip with buhfuhguh!
Today was MEGA day! We decided to use this day around Dayboro itself, visiting the mega site, doing Lab Caches, completing the Horse geoart, letterbox series, and a bunch of other caches around the town including a few T5's in the Kayak, and managing to lose my engine splash shield by going down a bumpy dirt road.... all worth it though for the incredible day we had! Many thanks to Cache QLD for organising today, and all the CO's involved
---
This Cache:
Woooohooo the final cache for the day!
I believe this may have been cache #100 or #101 for the day, will have to wait to see the statistics add up! We knew we were very close so had to grab another couple caches back at our accomodation to make sure we didn't fall short of the triple digits!
Thanks bedmaker, a quick find in the dark after quickly scouting along the wall with my head torch

Out for some birthday caching on my lonesome and boy was it hot, hot, hot.
Once I'd scrambled through the undergrowth to start my search, I spotted the container right in front of me. Fantastic. And thankfully this was in the shade.
Thanks!!

I was the first to spot the wall as we all approached, and the container could be spotted from a bit away. We tucked it in just in case some muggles came by and saw it. TFTC!
Quick easy find lovely cache. Hid it a bit better as it was very easy to find with erm_the_worm and Mayfly06. TFTC
Oh lookey lookey, and oldie close to home that I haven't found yet! This should be fixed, ASAP. I started this morning with three FTFs over at Redcliffe, a good coffee, and a walk around Tinchi Tamba. What could make the day better? A few more caches perhaps?
I am typically not great at this style of hide, but the geocaching gods were smiling on me today, and soon the cache was in my hot little hand. Classic rock wall hide . The log is due for replacement, but unfortunately I didn't have any spares with me.

Out today to continue my one a day challenge and my trad a day challenge, it was late in the day so only got a couple in, this was one of those.
An easy find in the wall, log was a lot of little pieces of paper. Cache was dry and nicely hiding. Thanks for the cache and the hide.
