Had a quick look but lots of muggles around so did not spend too much time looking.
Mr Coblet works within walking distance of this one and has been eyeing it up for a while. Today an opportunity arose when a colleague wanted to go for a lunchtime walk so he jumped on the chance to come along and introduce her to the wonderful world of Geocaching.
There were quite a few muggles walking past but not too many to make retrieval impossible and the nicely camo'd cache was soon in hand.
Mr Coble'ts muggle colleague was fascinated at its existence and even more surprised to discover how many more there were out there to find.
Another cache found, another muggle converted. So a very successful day overall. TFTC.

The first cache in New Zeeland so far away from home. Quite a duty also the main reason is to study.... I took a little walk to this box and found it quite quickly. The logbook is wet. TFTC and best regards

So many muggles around, searches with stealth, on the way up to the Museum Virtual ccahe along with a walking friend.
I'm in the big smoke for a conference which means I'm around for 5 days, and 4 nights having flown in Private 'jet' on Monday at red-eye o'clock. Afterdropping my bags I was straight into meetings and speeches and so the pattern continued for the week.I had a few opportunities for caching at either lunch-time, or in the evenings, and brought Shanks's pony for my transport. A good week of caching and managed a mighty 5 of the nearby Virtual caches.

Added a log sheet, the current one is soaking. Cute hide!! Very Very busy with muggles here, we had to be super sneaky
Out for a stroll after doing some early morning study, nice cloudy day to get a bit of exercise. TFTC
Found with Aquinos & Stormix

Out with Derpish1 and Aquinos. After some initial confusion it was an easy find with the help of the hint. TFTC!
Neat cache, took a bit but one of the others got there in the end with the hint, TFTC
Searching for some caches before going to the airport to fly home to Nevada, USA. I found it quickly after resorting to the hint. TFTC.
Took us a few minutes poking around but a quiet Sunday evening we found easily with minimum mufflers. Log ripped and damp will need fixing asap. Tftc
Busy little sidewalk! We had to work hard to keep out of the way of people going in and out of that gate. Luckily, Footnotes coach and Coach Carmen were all over this cache and we didn't have to hang out here very long.
We're four Texans who have traveled here from half a world away and can't wait to explore this beautiful country geocache by geocache!

March was a busy month and whenever it was possible I went for a cache
Had been to Auckland Whangarei, Hamilton, Russell and other places...
But only today I have time to log them - and I not remember the dates when I have picked up which cache
Easy and good to find

Headed to event at the Domain and was a little early to decided it was the perfect time. Parked across road and wandered over. Not too many muggles about so sat and soon had my hand on the cache.
Decided to find few extra caches while in Auckland CBD after attending Creation Celebration Event in Auckland Domain. It was one of them. All good at GZ. Got the cache but not the hint. Did not see any gate ....
Had noticed earlier that there was a cache here, but never had time to stop and look for it before. Today, being a Saturday and in the afternoon, there were not many muggles around, so it was not too hard to get to the cache.
We were on a long circular walk today around Auckland. Had to use the hint but then we had it quickly. Tftc.
Day one of a three-day conference done and dinner had, it was too nice an evening to hang around the hotel so I headed off Parnell-way this evening.
First stop here after having grabbed some numbers for the nearby multi. Decided to take the weight off my feet and watch the world pass by for a few moments as I made a discrete search
Ah - there you are!

Auckland Day 5: Auckland Domain - Parnell.
After a very productive trip up to Northland, it’s back to Auckland for another little break from the travelling. Today’s weather was too good to stay indoors, though, and one day indoors is probably enough to give any addicted geocacher cabin fever. I decided to focus more on quality and field caches today, rather than going for the numbers. Any tradis picked up were just incidental caches along the way. A good afternoon today spent traversing Grafton and Parnell, though a slightly sweaty at times in the mid afternoon as the temperature crept up to the mid twenties, but good fun all round.
The following is the specific log for each cache:
Muggle Central! But, I tried to look like a tired tourist, and sat down on sat. Searched when there was no one around and was lucky to have spotted the cache relatively quickly despite the very trashy planter “box”. All good here despite the missing base. TFTC!

Found a couple of weeks ago. Forgot to log it. Thanks for the hide. Very busy area.
As we were had made two journeys to the War Memorial park, and did not look for this cache until our second return trip, so we had actually passed it on three occasions before even looking for it. Once we did so it was soon found, thanks to the hint. The cache has no base, but the log remains dry, although somewhat oddly there were no names on the log sheet until we added our own.
A quick two day trip to Auckland to attend the last fancy work do of the year. I decided when I booked my flights to fly in early on Saturday and leave late on Sunday to make the most of the more summer-like weather and get some caching in.
Well, Auckland clearly has other ideas with persistent rain which is meant to last all weekend AND the Christmas parade on Sunday! Can’t do much about the Christmas Parade, but I’ve never let a bit of rain stop me. The plan was to check in to my hotel early and walk around a particular area caching, but I spied a Lime e-scooter and decided that would be a much better cache-mobile thanks Shank’s Pony! A quick sign up and I’m off on Limey. Such fun!
Spent a good two hours scooting around caches covering 8.2kms. Was forced back to hotel to dry off when the rain became heavier and I was saturated and getting a bit chilly so it was losing the fun factor.
Another quick find here, although the container has lost its base and the log is in danger of disappearing. TFTC

I came here once to look for this one in the middle of the day and there was just no chance at all, the area is teeming with muggles on a workday and there would have been no way to get this without giving the game away. So came back on a Saturday evening in the twilight and that was much better. Hardly anyone around.
Leaned in to the spot I thought it would be and was lucky enough to put my hand on it pretty much straight away. As others note the base has gone but the ziplock bag is a decent quality so hopefuly that does the trick. Have a couple of spares of these at home if you ever want it replaced.
Thanks for the cache, all good here.

Yup. Lotsa stealth needed. Log was dry but obviously been rather wet a few times. The bottom of the container is missing but some nice cacher before us had found a correct sized leaf... log signed... leaf replaced... cache put back where we found it.
It's even more dodgy looking when there are just one or two passes by. Quick find once we had a gap in the muggles. Tftc
Over this way for a quick couple of caches after work, plenty of traffic, but easy in the dark here, TFTC
After a I spend a whole day doing Sport that was a Little quick find at the end of the day. Nice hide!
Thanks for hiding!
Thanks for hiding!
Another early morning raid upon the inner city caches. It’s still very early morning. I parked right by the cache on the yellow line! No one was around who would actually care so that’s what I did. Cache found in the first spot I looked, not hard at all.
A quick find on my lunchtime run today. No problems here - plenty of gaps in the muggle traffic to retrieve and rehide without attracting attention. Thanks!
On our way to the Lantern Festival in the Auckland Domain we grabbed this cache. It was mchriste¨'s E who spotted the clever hide.
Thanks for the cache.

A visit to New Zealand for a friends 25th wedding anniversary and a chance to get some Geocaching done. When we were here for their wedding the hobby had not been thought of yet.
Today was to be a gentle day strolling round Auckland, so a train into the city and up to The Domain for a much liked Wherigo, a puzzle and a Traditional.
A spot of lunch and then walk over to The Sky Tower, well we are on holiday so it has to be done.
Great views were had even if the skies were cloudy. Down again and walk down to the port only to find that there was an Event some 50 meters from where we were meeting our friends.
Managed to grab some Tb's to take back to Blighty then off for our tea.
This was a quick grab on the way to The Sky Tower, seen a few of these and in fact own and set one myself back home. Log a little damp but serviceable.
All logs where possible were signed as Steve 73306 or just 73306 to save space.
Thanks to BenMc for setting and maintaining this cache and to all other owners for setting and maintaining theirs.
My find number 6379 to date Happy caching everyone

Came here this morning in the pre-dawn darkness to grab this one to continue my daily streak (Day #416) Not too many muggles around and the cache was soon in hand. (NB: Base of container missing) TFTC
Visiting from Florida, USA. Snagged a New Zealand cache on our last day in Auckland on rainy, windy walk back to our hotel from the Auckland Museum. Easy find.
Greetings from Finland. We have tree weeks holiday and we are travelling all around NZ by Camper van. Tomorrow are we going to home. Today we have time in Auckland and we visited in museum and saw maori performance. After it I visited in hospital because my knee was swollen. It was wrong place but cache was right. TFTC
What do you do when you get discharged from the hospital? Find a geocache of course! Very easy find, which is good as I wasn't in the best condition haha. Tftc
Was in the area on a drizzley day so thought I'd attempt this. Easier than I thought it would be. Thanks!
Missed out on my first pass but on the way back from a damp walk in the domain, shoelaces were re-tied a couple of times and the cache was finally in hand. TFTC!
Walking up to the Domain from downtown and couldn't ignore this cache on the way.
Never walked across the bridge before or noticed the graveyard.
TFTC and walk

Needed to visit the hospital, so popped around here on the way. Hot lunchtime, some gentle relief standing close to the garden sprinkler nearby. Hint was very useful, making a quick find. TFTC
Walking back to my car and I remembered there was a cache around here......
A quick look at the hint and an easy find tftc. No pencil in cache now so didn’t sign.

Got to where the GZ looked on my map, but my phone was saying 10m away on the other side of the road! Was about to give up, when I noticed something matching the hint. A quick adjusting of the shoelaces and the log was signed. TFTC!
Walking from the office to the location of the first 'office party' here in New Zealand.
I found three caches where this was one of them.
I arrived at the celebration with an awareness of my hands being dirty, that led me to avoid handshakes on my way in there with only an all to long and too complex explanation of why... Hmm. Ah well.
Nice cache anyway - I had to search for a bit for this one.
Tftc!

Definitely still there! I walked past today and remembered where it was from when I found it in 2015. I was with my auntie who had never heard of geocaching so I showed it to her. She seemed excited!
Out for a walk today and as we were walking past we thought we would search for this cache.a quick find for us even with all the muggles about.this was our first one of these types of caches.
Was full of muggles around so we came back here and we found it. It's getting dark and it was an easy find. So fake though #hintonpoint
It looked like it was going to rain so it was an excuse to stop, sit and put my rain jacket on, grab the cache, sign the log and once it was replaced I was on my way again.
After the usual, Auckland traffic delays, finally reached GZ - spent a couple of hours visiting, and then found this cache quickly, all muggles gone home. TFTC
Came up from the naki to visit friend in hospital so when we need to be out of the room we went checking caches lucky this was so close TFTC
The family Tognisserne ( can be translated into Train Pixies ) is on vacation from Denmark to New Zealand.
Woke up early before the rest of the family and decided to take a walk.
An easy find. Thanks for the cache. Have one such at home as cache container. Funny.

Straight to it & a quick sit down to sign after a visit to the pharmacy over the road - nasty Auckland ants bit me!!
A special day today, the day I got to first meet my brand new granddaughter ! - - But of course still a little time to chase down a couple of caches [^]. My GPS sometimes takes a while to settle and wanted me to go behind the fence. While I was trying to discover how best to do that I found a place that matched the hint perfectly and the log was soon being signed. Thanks !
GPS kept pointing me to the other side of the road. Ignored it and followed what matched the hint and quickly found. TFTC
