Spent quite some time here with the Canaries, but no luck, so we went on our way, only to return later after some paf help. Unfortunately this was also more of the same..where the heck is it?
We missed this again!
Today four of us spent about an hour here over two visits with the aid of two Phone-A-Friends!
This must be harder than a difficulty 2!?!

I walked around in cirles of this one and couldnt get closer than 10m from GZ.
had a bit of a look about but it just wasnt being kind to me today
maybe some other time and a re read of the past logs and photos may be in order before my next trip down the hill

Checked ages ago and forgot to log, but checked again tonight and cache is there, inside the same container it has been for 12 months.
Found the location of a pico cache container on the ground at GZ - but no log was present. Oh well.
Didn't find it, because the cache container is MIA, the hide is still there, but it is empty.
Didn't realise such a big hall exists over here!
Found after seeing a previously posted pic.
Thanks

Found on a Northern suburbs caching afternoon. Clever hide & found without much drama by geokids #2&3. Looks like a great venue for scouts! TFTC
We might have frightened Mrs HedleyLamar who was sitting near GZ as we drove into the carpark. With introductions made and the GPSr pointing towards middle of the building Mr Ozjeeper was lucky enough to walk straigh to the most likely hiding spot and be rewarded with a quick find. Mr Hedley Lamar turned up shortly after with niow no need for his more accurate GPSr.
Made the mistake of relying on Mrs H's new iPhone to try and find this one. Big mistake - the phone was all over the shop. Decided to walk back to the car to get a proper GPS and by the time I got back there she is chatting up three other cachers and the cache has been found! I'll claim it even though the others did the hard work. Great hide by the way.

or been discovered by a muggle but all and all the cache was ok we placed it back were it belonged and we
were off to the next....TFTC...

Found this cache at 4:30pm on a sunny day that turned into heavy showers in the afternoon. Nice easy find , with a great thought for the cammo. It is nice to see the Scout Hall in a great condition, neat and tidy. Hope they all had a great time at the AJ2010 in January.
Thanks Dogboy_56 for the hide.

Quick easy find. Great hide too, clever idea. Before getting to the GZ we were sussed out by a car parking muggle, who watched us for a while, but she soon left us to our hunt. TFTC
Great hide !!!
Was one of the first few I tried to find and I failed on that attempt. I hadn't grasped just how much thought people put into hiding GC.
Thanks, it made a few of us quite happy.

This was a surprisingly good hide! it took a little while for us to twig but I'm sure we all would have got there sooner or later, very well done Thanks for the cache nice work!
This was a really good hide which had us scratching our heads for a while.
RAGS came up with the find.
Good one.

Found this one to-night, but it is bad need of repair, was hanging open, so didn't have any trouble finding it, pushed it back as good as we could, but is in urgent need of repairs. Thanks, this was our second go, first time it outsmarted us.
Found at 2.55pm.
Great Hide.
Took a while but we finally found it.
Not an easy Scout Hall to find.
Very sneaky.

Found at 1655. I came by this one two nights ago on the way up to Sydney, but being dark, I wasn't able to locate the cache. Today in the daylight, it only took a couple of minutes to locate the very nicely hidden cache. The coords were a little off, but after extending the search area, it was spotted.
Nice cache paegle boy.
Thanks.

Finding the building was no problem and at this time there was nobody around so I had a quit look. Quit fast it hit me but its a little tricky one and a typical scout hide?

Had to go to Mt Keira Scout Camp to pick up youngest child, Jeremy, who is a Cub Scout with 1st Engadine. Went the scenic way and dropped in to grab this cache.
Took nothing, left the Moo GC. Hopefully there is someone local who might be heading north for the upcoming school holidays!
best wishes,

The gizmo had GZ in the next door neighbours yard so needed to make a pretty wide search. Cache was found after about a 10 minute search.Clever Hide TFTC.
Didn't find it, enthusiasm fading fast. The idea of a challenge is good in theory, but then so is capitalism. Bring on some easy caches.
Cranky Gekkos and Katey Bears looked for ages, poked and prodded, but did not find this.
Well hidden, but easily found with excellent coordinates and a good clue. Your hall is very nice, and I have no idea which suburb it is in, but not sure it really matters, after all, it will probably change at some stage anyway. TFTC Dogboy_56

Second Scout hall in two days. Must admit it was a very clever hide.

Clever Petey, clever...
Came with the Mitch just before I had to work.
THE HALL IS IN WOONONA! We shouldn't even need to argue this, it's clear what the answer is.

I await some more of your clever little caches.

sorry to disappoint you but the cache is still there adn i will not give you a greater clue. You need to sit down and think about it in the day for a bit. It is obvious when you get it

BUT OFFICER, I'm looking for a cache that has approval to be here! See, my print-out!
OK, after 1 hr of searching by torchlight, I may have looked suspicious to neighbours.
Could the owner please send me a better clue - and / or if the cache is still there - I have NO IDEA, and the security patrol cut my search short.
And Oh, please tell the locals that searching around the corner of the scout hall is NOT suspicious.
PS - Please - a clue, more and better than what already exists - I have NO IDEA.

Found with Secretsquirrel-BJC. We enjoyed the Wollongong Invasion so much last weekend that we just had to come back and knock over a few more caches.
This was a nicely crafted hide. Enjoyed the short hunt and the location.

Yep, our team had no luck finding mushrooms, but after 10 minutes of looking, I finally discovered the clever hide.

Nice one, this had us looking up, down and all around for a while.
I like the tricky ones, especially once we found them.

This one caused some angst for the McWiBiTe team, probably not helped by me reading out an old description with something about mushrooms - we had no idea how that related when we eventually found the cache - obviously out of date data!

After a bit of time searching Bushy grabbed yet another cache for the day.. Great hide but rather interesting spot for a cache. Nice hall, someone arrived just as we found the goods. They opened up the hall and we were off to find the next one on the list.
Thanks.
Thanks.
After a little searching around the goods were found and the duties done just as some people arrived, thats two very large scout halls much bigger than my old hall keep up the good work thanks ,....
Good idea and nice hide.
This side of the street is Bulli while the other side of the street is Woonona. Go figure.

Second time lucky. We searched for a bit in the same old places we searched last time (which wasn’t much help). After thinking about the clue a bit more we soon had the idea, and the cache in hand. Thanks Dogboy_56 for another great cache.

very clever, Dogboy. I looked there before, but it was dark
I sharpened the pencil as the lead had fallen out.
The contents are hard to remove from the cache because there is to much plastic bag.

A DNF for us today. We had to phone a friend and told us where it was when they found it, but it isn't there now? Did they have a clean up? Can the cache owner please check to see if it's still there.

Whilst driving through Wonoona, and before getting to Bulli, I decided to stop in and finally tick this cache off my list. It was in a clever hide, in fact it reminds me of one of my first ever finds some time ago.
Cheers!
Cheers!
A nice easy find, especially since a pop rivet seemed an ou-of-place item. Thanks
i am glad to see that permission was gained to set this cache. It would not take much of a "clean-up" by the group to remove the hiding hole. Anyway, a good hiding spot.
