I am archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in a prior reviewer note.
Hi waitaki999This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit and after my previous reviewer note, there has been no owner response. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived. Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.RegardsTheCoddiwompler
Quick park and grab in my trusty vw before heading down the Haka valley back to Geraldine tftc
Another great find while slowly heading to the Christchurch Mega.
Thanks for adding to the fun of my trip.

Never actually been down this road (track) once again seeing evidence of a new irrigation project going on. A bit muddy so had to finish up on foot to get cache.

We crossed the river on the old bridges with the replacement bridges well inder way beside us. We had a pleasant drive up the other side until we reached the end. Looks great for fishing.
What a nice lovely secluded spot this is. No time for fishing or anything restful like that, it's caching time! Cheers waitaki999.
Sunny day, so after work I go out to explore some new areas.
Quick and easy found.

Long way down here but quickly found lovely outlook but river very high today so no fishing! TFTC
Found on a quick visit to NZ. Our friends own a nearby farm and were amazed to help us find this cache. TNLN
Lovely drive down the Anglers Access right to GZ. Parked 3m away. The river is high and flowing very fast. Lovely turquious colour. Probably not very good for fishing at the moment.
No angler, no cattle, nothing... Only a cache and a quick grab. Nice view across the river. TFTC
Just ripping past here in a jet boat, (as you do), and troutburger spots it on his (Dads) GPS so a quick Hamilton turn and up on the bank for another smilie.
Cheers and thanks,

as we drove in about what seemed 1000 cattle came to join us in the journey.....road sweet as ..
Looks like great fishing spot - road no trouble. Noticed the dog trial areas, feel sorry for the animals when you look at the height they have to climb. Greart cache. Thanks
Found cache quite easily. Didn't have any swaps on me to exchange. Filled in log and left my calling card. Took some photos.
The spot would be a very nice place for a picnic, reasonably grassy and with a great outlook on to the river. Very pleasant.

Easy find for small boys, river running high today because of all the surplus rainfall.

An easy find as we come back from a spot of fishing further upstream (one less trout in the river!). Noted that it hasn't been visited for some time. TFTC
Getting dark but decided to push on. Found cache quickly and back down the road for the multi. TFTC

2301. The cows eyed us up and down but left us alone. We drove up to the cache and found it immediately.

Had alot of fun driving to this location in my wee car loved it! Quick find lovely spot TFTC!
Interesting. The map shows the road going a lot further. I should have taken better note of the sign on the gate. A fine day. TNLN, Thanks.
1st cache found of 6 total finds, this fine caching afternoon in Kurow.
Found cache site even before I stopped the car.
Nice and simple find, and a nice spot as well.
As for the road in . . .an F1 car could've made it down there today.

Cheers

As I have said before, caching takes us to places off the beaten track we would never have gone too, and this is one of them. I wonder where the “new slip†is?
Thanks.
Got this one after doing the Hakataramea Cemetary cache directed us to the right road - nice wee spot.

I would have never realised that I could drive around here if it weren't for this cache. TFTC.

A good spot for it, Mrs Moose went off taking photo's of the sunset and river and I found the cache. Only past one other fisherman up here looking for a spot to catch something, I had to explain to Mrs that the dics on the hill were for sheep trials (they are aren't they??). TNLN Thanks.
At first we thought this must be on the other side of the river and when we couldn't find an access point we thought we would have to leave it. But upon looking for Hakataramea Cemetery what road did we find ourselves on? Spotted the hiding place before the car stopped moving.
