Drive today from Motueka to Picton and getting a few caches on the way. Today is sunny and warm which is a great change after the deluge yesterday that kept us housebound. Well this was a nice easy cache. TNLN SL
The muggle neighbor was very interested in what we were doing. We had to wait around a bit for him to finish washing his car and go in.
Nice easy find once we found the clue. Lady across the road gardening but she didn't spot us. Thanks
Just got me an account and logging now, hope this is ok. Ive been on tour with talk2knut. TFTC !
Cache spotted quickly by Mrs bjtrekker who spied it out in a jiffy before the rest of us could even start the hunt. TFTC. SL.
I found a lot of caches with my Dad - Biggles - and never logged these online. Now I've got my own account, its time to set things straight. Thanks for all the fun, Flying Phoenix.
Had to use geokids to create distraction from the badminton playing muggles in the park. Quick find then, TFTC, Lil' Stu, Biggles, Foxy and Tui.
Out doing a spot of evening caching now the rain has stopped. Quick and easy find. NINO TFTC

GPS had me on the other side of the building to start with, but widened the search and found the box. Thanks.
I've found your cache!
Recently I had a bit of spare time in the upper end of the South Island and I managed to find a large number of geocaches. Unfortunatly due to an unexpected trip to Australia for family reasons I was called away from my Nelson adventures.... Now three weeks on I'm having to sit back and log the piles of caches that I did manage to find while I was down there. As there were a large number of caches, I've decided to throw in a generic log for all but a few of them.
Being a North Islander I was surprised at the sheer number of (glow in the dark) polar bears living in the upper South Island - I really didn't think it was that cold down there. And if I had of cottoned on eariler I could have traded for pretty much an entire chess set, one peice at a time. As it was I tended not to trade geo-junk but I did move a small number of geocoins around.
Of the caches I found I could not possibly choose a favorite but there are certainly both some challenging and very rewarding caches in the area. The best caches tend to be the ones where the owner has put in a bit of extra effort or extra thought into the challlenge and design of the cache, thanks to all those who did. I was also very surprised to see that there are a large number of caches placed in and around graveyards - I've never visiited so many in shuch a short space of time. I was pleased to see some new ideas around as well.
Warmest Regards,
Bobo.

We appreciated another good quick find. Motueka seems to be a place with lots of nice little green spaces catering for humans, and canines!

beware the oldies across the road with not much else to do than watch all thats going on outside
Interesting to see how many small parks Motueka has got. Had to watch several muggles watching us and probably wondering why we showed so much interest in a meter box. Had to apply several diversion techniques. Thanks for the cache.

we were lucky muggles at house across the road were screened by their shrubs!!!! a quick swap of cow paper clip for the casino chip thanks for the cache
Mr Explorer went caching with Q Moto in Motueka today, first time they have teamed up for some finds. Managed to find 24 in 4 hours with only 1 DNF (21 for QMoto and 18 for us). We were in and out so fast the muggles barely saw us - another very exposed cache site but easy enough to find and retrieve quickly. TFTC.
Some muggles over the road drinking coffee in the back yard but we managed to find the goodies without much trouble.
The pencil was broken and no sharpener, but we always carry a pen

In work clothes near cache passer by asked if nearby object was working OK. I swung my GPS around and pointed at structure "All systems appear to be OK". Phew, she said. TFTC.
Another wee park, great to see them all on foot been a while since I could park up and do lots of caches in one area thanks
Nice One!!!!!!Another one of these neat little unknown parks. Motueka must hold the record for having the most parks per population in N.Z. Quick and easy find on a beautiful sunny morning. Well done! Thanks
