Found on our way past today having a look around the area while camping at Lake Bonney for a couple nights. Took longer to get the logbook out than to find the cache. All good here, cheers.Find #7330 on 20 Nov 2024.TFTC crane2!
Motorhoming around in winter and finding a cache here and there. Interesting story here. Easy find but hard to extract the log _ but we did it & signed S. TFTC
A good hide. Well thought out. Love the history. Out and about exploring the riverland. Tftc
I Double HATE Nano's. At least this one was an easy find. Always difficult to get the logs back in. Thanks Crane2 for replacing log. Signed and replaced, interesting information about the Admiral. TFTC.
Berri Day 2Staying at Martin Bend for a few days, a lovely coolbreeze comming off the water. An AL in all the neighbouring towns & caches to find as we pass them by.This was a great way to visit the area. Thanks crane2 for hiding this cache.
Third time lucky. On my first attempt the cache was missing. My second attempt failed before it started because there were lots of school kids at GZ waiting for their bus so no search could be made. Today finally a muggle free zone and a quick find. Curse nanos. Devil's spawn. Burn down the nano factories and exterminate people wh sell nanos.. That is my Nano Rant for GC3PTY0 The Nano rant Challenge.
Caravan trip to the Riverland. Day 10, Berri to Greenock.Quick stop, thanks for highlighting.TFTC
Heading north today and picked up some caches along the way and this was one of them. Once at GZ the cache was soon in hand. Log signed and all returned as found. Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for me and others to enjoy. TFTC crane2

This long weekend, I and J plus the little one visited riverland. We spent two and a half days, visited Nuriootpa, Barmera, Berri, Loxton, Renmark, SA/VIC border, Waikerie, Morgan, and nearby towns. On the trip, we found 55 caches on the way, including Traditional Cache, Puzzle Cache, Multi Cache, Wherigo Cache, Letterbox Hybrid Cache, and Lab Adventure caches.
This was the 13th find for the trip. A quick stop to find this cache.
It should be park-n-grab, but I cannot spot the cache. I had to reveal the hint, then made an easy find.
Signed the log sheet, and place the cache back.
Thanks for the cache, crane2.

We are on the road travelling up through central Australian and down the coast of WA. Geocaching has taken us to so many great places in this beautiful country. I was happy to grab a few caches along the way and this was one of them.
Needed this find for the day. Hubby missed it on the first look but then quickly found on closer inspection, while reading interesting history.
Thanks crane2 for placing this cache and doing the maintenance, so we can enjoy finding it.

Peas&CarrotsForever had found this on a previous visit to the Riverland so today it was my turn for a find
After an adventurous weekend with Peas&CarrotsForever, travelling to two other states in a day for a couple of special events, it’s time to head home.

Border hopping weekend day #2:
Happy International Geocaching Day!
Collecting some caches across South Australia, New South Wales and Victoria inbetween the 20 years of Geocaching celebration events in Berri, Wentworth and Irymple consecutively.
I started caching in 2020... so if these events had been then I wouldn't have gone. So I'm glad to be here for the journey.
I can only stay the weekend due to work, one night in Berri and one in Mildura. So I'm doing as many caches as I can inbetween events... so many caches and so little time.
Quick find here today, with some interesting history.
Cache retrieved and signed.
99 total finds for the trip. 42 traditionals, 2 multis, 7 mysteries, 3 virtuals, 2 letter boxes, 1 EarthCache, 3 community celebration events, 1 event and 1 CITO. As well as 37 Adventure Lab locations.
Thanks crane2 for this cache.
This cache brings Goldy's total find count to 1485.

Travelling through the area and grabbed a few caches along the way. This was one of them and this was a definite as it was old and GT37 loves old caches. Thanks for the cache.
I am loving caching is SA as there are so many old caches still in play and in interesting locations. Thanks for placing this cache and maintaining it for so long.
I have made it to SA. Now to get back into some caching. Thanks for this nice easy starting one. Just outside my room. TFTC crane2

Moving from Adelaide to Brisbane, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I decided to drive the long distance to make the opportunity a holiday, taking 12 days and passing through Victoria, New South Wales, and then finally arriving in Queensland. We spent the first few days in SA's Riverland, visiting Morgan, Berri and Renmark; and then drove through Mildura in Victoria. In NSW, we stopped at Hay, Parkes, Merriwa, Tamworth, Port Macquarie, and Coffs Harbour, and then entered Qld to stop for a night in Robina in the Gold Coast.
Today, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I departed Morgan after a hot breakfast, and we proceeded south finding a few targeted *Tour de France* series geocaches, before then crossing the Murray River at Blanchetown. We then proceeded up the eastern Murray River bank passing through Murbko, before crossing once again and driving along the northern bank. We then stopped for a late lunch at Waikerie after making another river crossing (by ferry this time), and then made our way east along the Sturt Highway to Barmera. It was a chance to see a few sights in Barmera and complete the *A Bonney Stroll* Adventure Lab. Finally, we made a dash through Monash topping to see the adventure playground, and then arrived in Berri for the night.
A cool historical stop, and a chance to read the plaque/description. Whilst searching for this cache, the nearby motel owner came out and wondered what we were doing, as they had obviously observed others doing the same. So I mentioned the geocache hidden here, and they seemed interested/fascinated with it (so I don't believe they will have an issue, and may even keep an eye on it). After they left, we then found the sneaky cache. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks crane2 for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.
Note that this geocache was logged with the *Team Warren* Davidwazza/jesswrigley stamp.

Wow. Nearly gave up but found in the end. Adventurous geocaching with rainbow friends
Good clue meant eagle eyed geopartner spotted and I made the log. Then sanitised hands. Thanx
Needing a shower for the night after getting a bit hot and sweaty digging the car out of the sand we made a detour to Glossop and a motel. Sitting in our room we discovered we were literally 60 metres from this cache. Using the lateness of the day we were able to make a quick find muggle free.
Thanks crane2 for the placement.

Another find in our second roadtrip from the Southern Highlands of NSW to Gawler in SA and back, to represent NSW at the Inline Hockey National Championships. Last year on the same trip I had GeoDaughter in tow - this time GeoSon was along for the ride. Sadly the hockey was not as successful as last year and we returned with no medals, but it was still a great trip. We made 63 finds in total including 8 ECs, 7 virtuals and a lot of high-FP and otherwise notable finds. Nationals moves to QLD next year so I don't know when I will be back in SA next, but thanks to the COs for their caches! This was a nice quick find with some interesting history. First initials in the new log. TFTC!
