When I placed this cache I didn't realise that it was only around 70m from another cache, I moved it and there seemed to be quite a bit of confusion with the new spot and I decided it wasn't that interesting bush bashing through broome so I have placed a new cache in a nice area that has a few natives.
I moved the cache today but it looks like i moved it too far, watch this space.
2210. A nice short walk on a beautiful, fine afternoon. A welcome diversion at the beginning of a 3 day conference. It was an easy find once I checked the coordinates and got the correct ones in my GPS.
Thanks

The Royal Cachers were up in Hanmer Springs for a 5 day weekend.
Caching being just a slight opportunity this time.
However, we managed to nab 5 of them this time.
Not too hard a find, was this one.
In fact, gz is approx 162m from our humble abode.
TNLN.
Cheers

Bit of an odd spot. We also did the full circuit, before eventually deciding that there really wasn't a way in, so eventually just bush bashed in, then bush bashed around some more until we finally found it several metres away. Not particularly pleasant on a wet day.
A wander in the rain and then a bit of a bush bash. Spent ages on the fallen tree beside GZ, and scared a poor little wabbit from it's dry hidey hole but widened the search when I was getting no where and quickly found it elsewhere. TNLN Thanks.
This was harder than I expected. The rain didn't help. I was about to give up and return to my daughter who I had relieved of the burden of following her childlike father into regenerating bush looking for plastic boxes when I thought one last go might produce a find. It did. And the hot pools were next on the list. TFTC. Hatas
Lots of bush bashing required, found while caching with simpsonsrgr8.

Circled right arond like someone else did, then bush based to it. A little bit of hunting as we didn't have the clue with us.

An easy find with Kwaka40 after some head scratching. A very deceptive hide this one. We almost gave it away and went back to check I had put the co-ords in correctly.

Bit of a tricky one this. We circled right around before deciding to tackle the bush to get to GZ.

A great cache in a beautiful area! With evidence of how small the world really is I met the cache owner on the way up to Hanmer and it was quite amusing to chat about the world of geocaching... worldwide!
Thanks for bringing me to the hotsprings... I'm looking forward to our paths crossing agaian one day! Cheers.
Dropped off 100 canines TB into the cache and handed on a gingerbreadman coin to the cache owner.

S 42° 30.906 E 172° 50.300
Distance From Old: 500.5 feet
I have just moved the cache to a different location, the original site won't last I don't think as the grass was getting pretty well trampled down and pulled out so this spot should be much better.

A nice easy family find on a perfect day for a meander.

This one had us going back and forth. So many little 'tracks' leading here and there. Found it after a short photo break. TFTC! We are from Singapore on a short stopover at Hanmer. New Zealand is a wonderful place with great people!
Found easily, within 5m of where GPS was pointing. Took fox head pen and 20c coin. Left pig statue and gelpen.
Found in the rain. So many trails, so little time! Hanmer is such a beautiful place.

10.10am. Such a peaceful place on a Easter Sunday. Took us a while to find as the GPSr zeroed out 8m from GZ and we spent some time looking around there before widening the search.

Well, do all children these days only play games that involve loud screaming! LOL Had a very noisey time getting to this cache as there were people in the field making an horrendous noise. (We don't think any of them were actually being murdered through!!!) I think we took the short way to this as we never went through much of a bush walk or anything. TNLN TFTC!
Found while staying at Hanmer for the night. Have meandered through this area before, lovely spot. -TB TFTC.
We were second to find (darn it! ). A lovely day and a nice walk thru the forest. Left new Prickly Pear geocoin. TFTC!
2nd FTF today, and the other was over 100km away. found on borrowed MTB that still had no. on it after being used in Rainbow Rage. This bike cost $2500, I've never spent that much on a car! Stomped around for a while before I heard a familiar noise. Cheers! 10th find for the day.
