I cannot see any information that suggests to me that steps have been taken to resolve the issue/s associated with this placement - one or more of the following applies:

Just following up on my "Needs Maintenance" log. It is now well over 28 days old and there has been no reaction.
The two found logs are actually DNF's
Could a reviewer please temporarily disable the cache pending a response from the owner.

Needs to be checked or replaced. To many muggles for us to rule if it's gone or not. Did look for 30mins tho.

Your cache "Jenisis Ichi Ban" was last found on 3/07/2015, 39 days ago, and has had 4 DNF's since that time..
Is there any chance you could do a maintenance run to confirm if it is still there - - and replace it if it isn't.
If that's not possible then please archive the cache so that the spot can be freed up for someone else to use.

Easy find but lots of little muggles about. Made a swap and onto the next one!!
We had to look for it quite a bit until we found it. We were looking first at the wrong spot.
A car was parked almost onto it. But after a while we could log it.

Found while having a very nice day in the mountain. This one was found by my son. What a great spot. TFTC.
While showing some new friends around the mountains we stopped to have lunch near by and I thought I'd grab this one while we were here. It was spotted by the youngest in the group, we signed the log and were on our way. TFTC
I was at a meeting at St George's Anglican Church this morning, and afterwards I wandered the huge 40m or so to the GZ.
Not lomandra! I don't like fooling around in this stuff anywhere but thankfully the cache popped up fairly soon in an accessible spot where I didn't have to slash myself to get it.
All good here today so TFTC.

Our wedding Anniversary today & what better way to spend it than together, CACHING!
Decided a drive through the countryside would be nice.
Have visited here a few times to make the walk to Curtis Falls. A lovely spot indeed.
Managed to find a parking spot, yes, it was almost FULL!
It appears there is a wedding reception here today, or some major celebration. The place was over-run with muggles.
Luckily we made a quick find & had slipped in, signed & left without raising suspicion.

Up on the mountain today to do a new series.

It was a 30km/hr idle from one side of the mountain to the other this morning.
I think the last time I was here this one was missing, but it is back.

Just completed the lovely falls walk then thought would grab this cache. Nice spot but just watch the nettles around the cache got rash up my arm after looking around, amusing for the family though. TFTC
This is a very nice place so that we used the chance for a short walk to the water fall. I could not find this cache but my friend spotted this one very quick althrough it was his second cache.

Our last find for the day. We were warned that there is a python in the bush where the cache is located! The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks for bringing us to this great little walk.

TFTC found it after 10mins after trying to avoid the muggles swapped maccas monopoly stickers for little purple dinosaur
Found at 4pm.
sprinkling weather and a few tourists looking around this area. Finally found the cache while people were not looking.
Then I thought this was a nice area to start my new TB's (Schmetterling) journey this is its first cache its been left in and ill add photo to log and tb's profile. I Hope it gets looked after and a photographers pick it up to get some great photos.

Plenty of parking today due to weather replaced cache and off we headed.

TFTC. Another beautiful walk in the area. And I would recommend the hike to the falls to anyone. Recovered and returned.
Saw some people looking suspiciously looking for a cache and so I took my geocache app out. After a few mins and found the item. Looks like the group ahead of me also doubt it. TFTC
cache find #1890. We parked the geo-tug and Mrs GT54 strolled over to the tea-house to take some photos of the gardens. We found the cache easily, signed the log, and replaced as found. A lovely place. TFTC.
Yay! Found it! Our first find - the kids were very excited. We did a swap in the container - a hair clip for the butterfly.
Finding a few caches on our family holiday. Lovely walk nearby and the lyrebirds were out in force. TFTC
