I really must read the logs before I attempt to find a cache!!!! Like previous cachers I didn't find it either. Come on woyboys...looks like it would have been a great find!
As we were doing a few caches around the area we checked on this one in case it had been re-established. However, we checked in the obvious places according to previous logs and the hint. Doesn't look like this one is going to be repaired any time soon.
The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 30 days) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness.
5 DNF's on the trot, no sign of a cache check or maintenance. It's time to go.
The biy spent some time here looking amongst the mozzies and dead birds. Nothing to be found, needs a check please.
No luck finding this one today. Possibly no longer there!? The mozzies were real bad here so bring your aeroguard! Thanks anyways! 5FF
Any chance of a check on this one? Even if it is still there the previous logs mentioned that it was full of water and needed some love anyway.
As we approached GZ the smell of mould was very strong. The cache was sitting in the open and full of water. We took the travel bug and tried to hide as best we could but this needs maintenance badly. TFTC woyboys. [636]
first cache for the day, nice easy find. needs maintenance!!!!!!!! dropped off travel bug, i brought him from brighton england. he started in the netherlands in 2004 and now he is waiting for someone to take him somewhere else.
Yea this is good cache found at night less muggles at night easy to cache TFTC
The contents of the box are all wet and mouldy including the log book. Found it quickly. The mozzie were faster than us.
Took a bit to find this one. Great place to hide a cache but the mossies were certainly very friendly.
Due to recent storm log is damp.Took us a while to find this one as we where looking in the cliff face had to look up the hint then found with ease thanks.
very easy find its so interesting this one has remained without being tampered the drum btw is an old dunny can its got to be 40 plus years old at least !!!!! i cannot think of any where in nsw let alone australia that still use them let alone know of another in existence still the cache itself is a little damp due to recent rain but still in fairly good condition took pink ball and left a singapore 20 cent coin co ords arent too far off thnx for a good easy hide
Knew this one was here from looking at the GPSr without actively searching for it(was actually after another close by). Saw the cache icon on the screen and walked straight up to it. Hells Bells...the mozzies are out in force today. TNLN. TFTC
Visiting with the family for the weekend, Lucky nobody has decided to clean up. TFTF
just letting you know, this cache was a little soggy inside. maybe someone didn't seal it properly.
Another cache coming out of the dark since not being seen since last October...We are not doing to bad today no DNF's at this stage....I think we are nearing lunchtime or is there time for another find, always time for another find...

A bit thrown off by the description of being in a cul-de-sac........??
There was water in the tin and the box, and log was soaked. Dried everything out as well as possible, and repositioned tin on a different angle so water won't stay inside.
Shame that there's so much rubbish around, but I guess that's what makes this cache possible!!

A quick stop and nice easy find before heading out again. Although it did take as a little while to locate the steel drum. Thanks woyboys for another great hide.
Lots of muggles and suspicious neighbors around on the day but found ok without being seen good hide.
A more unusual hide to be sure, and I cant beleive it doesnt get muggled more frequently!! But a great cache all the same and number three for the trip home.
TNLNSL...thanks woyboys for another great cache.

Not sure if it really is in a cul-de-sac at all, but once we left the dead end street and searched a new spot, it was an easy find by the littlest Roo-Rah. A few nosey peeps even at lunch time on a Wednesday. Onya Boys...
Seems the Council has cleaned up the location & the remnants of the pre-mentioned "booty" have been removed making the cache even easier to find located next to a smaller unoccupied container. TNLN Thanks & happy horses birthday.
This one was a very easy find - especially when the additional hint spelt out where to look. Felt a little suspicous lurking in the bushes with broken cash tins and other obviously stolen property that had been discarded here too! TNLNSL TFTC
Was a bit surprised when the hide was almost too easy. Took a black cock, left a Chinese toy.
I think we had the wrong cul-de-sac. The GPS said the cache was only 64m away but there did not appear to be any easy access. Will have a look at Google Earth next time!
I wasn't sure if the cleanup had cleaned up the cache or not, so I cracked the hint. Sure enough the cache was safely in place and revealed itself quickly.
Heading out of Ettalong on our way back to Vic, this deserved a look. Shrubs hid a lot of trash but the hide was recognisable. Lots of mozzies too. TNLN TFTC
If I had taken a trailer CITO might have OK. I recognised the hide as something I used as a child. TNLN but thanks for the cache.
Very easy find. The terrain rating got me thinking that a little rock climbing would be necessary but this wasn't the case. Cleverly hidden.
Found the cache, found the ducks too. And had a nice long chat to the duck lady. Cute ducks!
Highlight was the flock of wild ducks visiting one of the neighbours for some free nosh. Tronador stubbed her toe on a drum and found a cache.
Found at 14:25.
Watch out for ticks - I flicked one off at GZ before it could attach itself.
I grew up in this area in the 70's and 80's, and remember it as a sleepy little backwater. It's nothing like that now, and I had to be careful of the constant muggle-traffic. Still, interesting idea for a hide.

L: Nothing

Wow - found ducks and a ducklady nearby that was having problems with the neighbours because of her ducks. Strange things happening here. Cheers Gav [3223]
Found with the kiwi team on our great Australian caching tour. I was way off the mark initially on this one, GPSr all over the place and it took a while to make any sense of it.

A quick find. Watch out for the broken bottles, etc. Just across the road were dozen of ducks. LEft Toad TB TFTC
Drum? Everyone must be too young to recognise what this container was used for. Does night cart ring any bells? If it doesn’t you might want to watch the movie called ‘Dirty Deeds’ particularly the car chase down the back alleys.
Looks like this area could do with a bit of a CITO. Found the cache no worries - cheers
Interesting easy cache in a "why else would I be" type place.

Teamed up with ruffasguts4x4 and Deputyd0g and coy for a day of Central Coast Caching. I thought this was an unusual place for a Cache, but in the end it was appropriately named.

Our 4th for the day. Lensim & I had to fight thru the jungle to get to this (well maybe a little bush, think my GPS was a bit out but clues made it easy. TNLN. Thanx 4 the cache Woy Boys.
A nice easy find on the way to my father's house.
I found it with Hoojar while Ding stayed warm and dry in the car.
Cheers.

found this one but i'm not shure if it was in the correct location will contact owners.
A nice quick early morning find. As I approached GZ I was startled by 2 ducks who had made their home under the trees.
TNLN Thanks
TNLN Thanks
Easy find, Had no swaps so TNLN. Looks like someone has smashed open a cash box here.
ANZAC DAY treasure hunting.....Nice hide! Found quickly, signed log, did a swap and snuck back to the car. Took plastic army man in honour of Diggers and plastic whistle...Left Chinese decoration and a toy periscope. SL. TFTC!
With the new coordinates found it easy enough but don't understand the cul-de-sac reference... T ball, L magnet.
Still had old coordinates so still had us in the middle of the road. Only now I'm entering the log do I see the new coordinates so will have to try again soon.
An easy find with the corrected coordinates. Area is a prime place to practice CITO. TNLN
Thanks woyboys

Hi there. Went back and remarked the coordinates as the last lot weren't so accurate. Have Google mapped them and Google points to where we put it this time. Sorry about that. Woyboys

Ahh, thats much better. I can sleep tonight now knowing my geocache instincts are still strong...
found the little sucker in a location that i discounted on earlier search as being too far from listed co-ords,and too much junk to search in.
after a pleasant chat with cache owner, and learning that co-ords had been updated. i decided to make a return trip to the location and grab a First to find!.
10:30pm, it's a bit Blair-Witch at this hour.
thanks for the cache hunt, and the resolution to my insomnia...
took dice, left pirate key chain.

The GPS was pointing to the middle of the street, and not close to any cliffs. We looked for about an hour and were unable to find it.
We were unable to find anything that even matched the hint.

It must be as accurate as Geocaching and GPS get. I checked the coordinates when I got home with Google maps. I have changed the hint to make it clearer too. Hope you find it!
Not really wanting to log a DNF, as the co-ords supplied placed me in the middle of a culdersac street. there were cliffs nearby, but nothing that looked like the clue once i decrypted it. can you confirm the co-ords are correct?
Hi there,
No it wouldn't be wheelchair accessible.
I will make it a 3
Best wishes,
Shaun.
