Mmm, this one still happens to be loaded in my GPS, didn't even know it was archived so went for the search and what happens?
I was able to find the cache without any problems!! Though it would be gone but it was still there! Indeed the place is still a bit messy, but it could be worse (or maybe it was worse?)

Had printed this cache out long ago and didn't realise it had been archived. Nevertheless we found it! OK there is a lot of rubbish but it was a pretty cool spot with a great hidden view of the market garden. TN L a small starfish SL TFTC Cheers.........Gaztek
Was driving by this afternoon and had a little while to spare, so flashed up the GPS to see what was nearby and this one popped up. It wasn't until I was out of the car and almost at GZ that I read all the comments on the cache page! Being so close, I thought I'd give it a go anyway and sure enough it was an easy find amongst the litter.
found @1525- #6 of todays drive around.
Had this locked in the GPSr from a previous planned attempt, so did not know it was not there - but it was anyway.
Yeah, still messy around the spot, but hey, a find is a find.

What a deadset sook. I don't get what your problem is, were you waiting for someone to organise a 'cleanup the park volunteer day' or something? You are a goose. A friend I got into geocaching and I pick up rubbish all the time, and you should see our kayak's sometimes when we get back to shore, the rubbish in our waterways would astound you. While we do that we may not necessarily be in a position to do a particular thing on a given day. But in saying that, if you NEVER tried to organise anything yourself, you can't go about putting the blame onto others. Pull your head in.

After the MANY comments about this site being filthy I have decided to remove this cache so don't bother looking for it. The thing is, if all of the people who made complaints about the spot had done what I suggested and planned it might be nice and clean by now and we would have achieved something for the environment and the local area. I guess that all the high ideals that people sprout on with about CITO etc are just that, ideals, which none of you have any intention of backing with actions. Very disappointing. Based on this not only am I removing this cache, I am also giving up Geo Caching. The world has enough people who can't match their ideals with their actions and I don't intend to contribute to the problem by associating myself with such a group.
Did this cache ages ago but never got around to logging it or the other 30 im currently logging:(, i did CITO, although one persons attempt is in no way going to clean this place up... i know why u chose this place and yes there may very well be better places to hide a cache but that is beyond the point... This, apparently, ex- geo cacher wanted us to go to this place... i did, yeah it was messy... but people who think it was bad and think this wasnt an appropriate place for such a cache maybe should pull your heads in, i have been to some stinking places, some silly places and some ridiculously easy hides... but you go on here log your visit, you say TFTC and thats it... as a young Geocacher i am rather disappointed as i havent met many cachers personally but the few i have seem like nice people, often older people and should probly act their age... next you will be headed deep in the bush and complaining about trees, snakes and twigs...
The GPS was playing up when looking for this one.
It took us to a beautiful park with a vegetable garden on the edge of the park, lots of places muggle eyes could be watching from, everything fitted. Even the spot marked as GZ was a distinct possibility!!!....but it was not the right park.
Put co-ords in again. Again the GPS was strange...GZ in the middle of the street???
I don't think so.
third time lucky....but it took us to a A very messy place, muggle eyes could see us and we couldn't see the public vegie gardens.
Found cache without much trouble but it was not a pleasant walk.
What a pity.
The area does show promise, but how do you stop people dumping rubbish there?

Crap spot for a cache, certainly not befitting the person the cache is named under.
Looked like an old cubby house?
TNLNSL... Anothe cache with no Tb's in

Why oh why? The spot may have once been lovely but now its really yukky. Found a few firecrackers from New Years lying around to add to the amount of rubbish already there. Not sure why you would dedicate a cache to such a worthy person in such a trashy place. There would be so many more nicer places to put this cache in the wetlands not far away.

I was on my bike and couldnt CITO I'm afriad as it REALLY needs it. Cache is fine and hidden and the spot would be a great hidden grove if it was cleaned up a bit

What a strange place for a cache, garbage everywhere. Suddenly there was an old man asking me what I was doing there, it was his garden there. So waited till he left again and found the cache. TFTC
A very messy spot, but for some unknown reason the cache was still there. Found with Ozjeeper on a hot 40+ degree C day in Sydney. TFTH TNLN
A spur-of-the-moment find on our way home with Walenators after a day of caching in the Shire meant we were totally unprepared with either suitable swaps or for a CITO (which is certainly needed at this site).
As mentioned in a previous recent log, the fence near the cache site plus the huge overhanging tree drooping down over it reminded Mr Ozjeeper of many childhood forts. Thanks for rekindling some pleasant memories - it was easy to imaging being in a secret "fort" whilst sitting in the welcome shade signing the logbook.
Thanks also for prompting us to take a moment and think about the work our nurses do on a daily basis - and without which our lives would sometimes be that little bit more unpleasant.

When I (Robbie) was a little girl, one of my neighbours was a retired nurse who's name was Mrs. Nightingale. Even at that young age, I thought it was an odd coincidence! On the short walk in, a Noisy Miner was swooping a Crested Pigeon. Luckily it didn't bother us. Striped marsh frogs were singing in the creek. It looks like the area is being cleaned up a bit, as all but GZ was relatively clean. The discards near GZ aren't your average throwaways, and not knowing what they actually were (toxic, stolen?), we didn't do any CITO (plus we really didn't want to put any of it in our car). This is an interesting area though, and the secluded view of the public gardens, pleasantly reminded us of the many hidden "forts" we made as children. We took a lanyard, but didn't bring any swag so left $2 (all we had in our pockets), and signed the log. Thank you for the trip down memory lane and for the nice cache j.a.b80!
We did not see: Travel Bug buzz bee

Ewwww... Not a pretty sight, but the cache was found fairly quickly, removing the need to forage through the trash. I can see this one disappearing one day when the council decides to clean it up. No swaps, just a log entry. Our 2nd out of 4 on this record-breaking day for Team Beechmere.
I took a plastic bag for trash but this place needs a mini skip! Hope all the plastic 5 litre bottles aren't from market garden chemicals. Took finger puppet for the geokids busy at Mindquest up the road!

Found at 1220. Not sure if this location is the best way to dedicate a cache to nursings godmother, as there is so much rubbish around, but being a nurse myself, there was no way I was going to bypass this one. Almost wasn't sure where to look due to the rubbish, and I thought 'If this one's disguised as a bit of rubbish, I'm not going to find it'. But as it was, the coords were spot on, and the cache was found without any trouble.
Thanks.
Thanks.
What a dump this place is, not quite sure what the reason for putting this cache here was.
Anyway TNLNSL TFTC

Well we did have fun with this one. Found GZ easily first time and were fairly sure we were in the right place due to the description. Poked around but a bit put off by the rubbish so went off and did the Reeds multicache. Second time back our GPS put the cache in the garden so we took a long walk around to find the entrance to the gardens, but soon realised it couldn't be there. Met the land nazi, who shouted at us for trying to go down the path towards GZ. One last time back in the rubbish tip, trying to avoid half filled buckets of toxic slime, and TG came up with the goods. Took nothing, left finger puppet from the Reeds. Used plenty of alcohol hand wipe on the way out.
I did this Cache stright after the other close by one. Luckily I had no trouble locating it as I didn't feel like sifting through the rubish for the afternoon.

I found the way in to the cache easily, but went past it by a few metres as thats where the GPS told me to go. Found it in the end. Interesting the community gardens, and that they survive so well.
Found at 1305, after surviving some pretty spikey plants. Number 4 for today.

Well what a waste of land this is. Right beside the wetland and nothing done with it. Could you imagine a park purely for Hospital patients during respite or just plain and simply a great parkland. Anyway found the cache signed the log and left a coin applicable to the area, not the cache. If anyone wants to remove the coin you must log what it says on the coin. It is not a trackable just an opinion !!!! Please move it onto a cache that you find in a similar "Crap" area.

The area could be quite nice, but has been let go for a very long time. It looks like council put a bulldozer through as a cleanup measure some time ago, but it still needs a lot of work. The cache too some time to locate as there were lots of bits of plastic lying about.
A little surprised at the location, not really befitting a tribute cache I thought. Pleased at the quick find.

Finally got to open the account for December after being so busy with work & all such things. Hopefully this will be first of many more in the near future.
Cache was found pretty quickly when I decided not to follow the GPS - it caught up with me when I made the find . Actually it was out in the open, so I applied some more camo on the re-hide.
As other have said, this is a dirty place, but at least I didn't have to content with any feral Market Gardeners & I didn't have any garbage bags with me to help witht he cleanup. Nice sized caceh though.
No swaps today, but a couple of travellers passed through that have been way too active recently - our apologies to the owners.

Glad a nurse gave me a tetanus shot last week. Pretty ordinary place. Brought a small bag just in case of rubbish removal but did not realise the size of the problem. Oh well, every little bit helps.

Came out of the flame tree jungle onto the market garden side of GZ, and was accosted by the land owning Nazi from Hell, who demanded that we get off the property. When I suggested that we would go back the way we had come she insisted that that was their land too, and we couldn't go that way either!?.... , anyway we backpedaled the way we had come, and spotted the cache as we were leaving. Signed the log and left, this was not a nice visit for us! TFTC, but please be aware that the market garden is forbidden territory, and does not welcome visitors!
A very well stocked cache in an interesting place. Is it an old rubbish dump?
We still had lots of fun finding this one j.a.b80.

Really disgusting environment, you would need a skip bin, not a garbage bag, to clean up the rubbish.

Took a couple of goes to find the right way in. The first time had me in the weeds. The 2nd time had me in the nearby bamboo. After a stern talk to the GPS it lead me right to it. Left TB. Thanks.
After working on the roof of St George hospital today this seemed an appropriate cache to go and get. Despite living around this area years ago never explored all this bushy stuff. Found after a short search.
Found a muggle log from 25/6 who wrote "found by accident" but they did a swap.
Took the geocoin and left a TB. Thanks!

Quiet place today but a little wet under foot, found the cache without trouble and logged my find, I'll move on the two coins but have dropped off another in their place, Thanks for the cache.
Not too sure about the theme, but the area must be the local rubbish tip for all the neighbours. I must say I was a bit disappointed.
Left a coin.

To future seekers of this cache: There have been a lot of complaints about the rubbish in the area, my apologies, it was put in in the dark and i didn't notice, however please feel free to remove some rubbish on your visit, as i plan to on my next maintainance visit, rather than complain about it and do nothing.
We approached the cache location with the giant orb that is the sun setting in west. Only the longer wavelengths of light could penetrate the haze. This gave off a nice colour, sort of like a toxic waste site on fire. Only without the exploding drums bursting into the night sky or the fire appliances flashing like a Christmas trees.
The light was perfect to take in the natural beauty of the lantana which was in full bloom. This also made all the dumped tins and broken bottles sparkle in a way that only a cacher can appreciate. Unfortunately due to the light shinning into my eyes I failed to read the toxic warning on one of the tins in the area and opened it in the quest for the cache. This unleashed a toxic cloud into the atmosphere which created another obstacle with birds falling from the sky. Bravely we pushed on and carefully avoided touching some of the plastic bags, especially the long black one with corners office stencilled on it.
Once the cache was located we breathed a sigh of relief but unfortunately this caused us to breathe in to much toxic substances and we passed out. Luckily we where soon awoken by the some cute little rodents trying to disembowel us.

Why is it these kind of spots always get trashed? Team bloopy are always wondering why some people are such pigs and feel the need to dump their crap everywhere? Nevertheless we waded our way through and found the cache. TNLN.

Woke this morning at 4:30am to go to work and no one had logged the FTF so I grabbed my torch and off to work I went with a slight detour found the area were GZ was and began my search, lucky I brought my gloves as there is a lot of rubbish dumped here. After searching under torch light for about 20 minutes the cache was in hand. Another FTF and night cache find. Took the saving nurses coin discovered the diabetes coin and left a FTF pin for the second finder and also left a industrial strength disinfect-it wipe to keep with the medical theme.
