I was never really happy with the placement of this cache in order to create the RFL series of football oval caches.
Rather than replace the cache container, I will archive the listing and look at creating a new cache with a better GZ.
Once replaced, for new and previous finders, another chance for a FTF and as consolation for not getting the FTF, another smiley!!

In view of 2 DNF's and confirmation from Sdyneykiwi that the cache is not where it is supposed to be, I will disable this listing until such time as I can get to Loxton to check it out and either replace the cache or archive the cache.

Another nice oval. Some of these country ovals are better than their city counterparts. Although I wonder how Loxton supports two footy clubs??

Thanks again Jardry.

A quick easy find on the way out of Loxton, found with The Zephyr.
I don't think we have too many more of the Football Club series to go now! TFTC.

Didn't even look as it turned out. The cricketers were just turning up and we decided that discretion in this case (or should I say this cache?) was the best option. Will return another day. The lovely thing about this cache was that as we drove out the road again we realised that we actually had old friends living here and ended up dropping in and visiting for hours - I think you can only call that serendipity. Thanks Jardry for doing us a great favour by putting us back in touch. You gave us the gift of a lovely afternoon spent catching up. Doesn't the world work in mysterious ways! Thanks a million for the cache even though we never found it.

We found the cache at the end of a lovely weekend in Loxton. No football today so we had the oval pretty much to ourselves. Thanks for the hide. It was a little smaller than we thought, but it made the hunt more challenging.

TomTom tried to take me in some back way with a bit of a walk but I knew better, fortunately. When I got to gz I was faced with a couple of options but the cache was soon located in one of them (the one on the left. Or was it right? Smile. Just one more available in the series for me I think. Thanks Jardry.

20-Jul-08

I arrived at the FC (Flying Club that is) as that was where TomTom took me. Obviously no footy's here. I shot so planes (pics) and reminisced about the times when I used to fly. I shot around the corner for the quick find.

Clear skies and thanx to Team RAMman from TeamAstro.[^]

[red]WOOHOO... CELEBRATING DAY 200 OF OUR BIG NOVEMBER CHALLENGE [/red]
The teams got together for this special find. SL Visited the travel bugs and coins in our posession. See the pictures and see if you can pick them out, and as of course they did not fit, they sprawled on the bonnet of the car, for a photo call, then it will be back in the bag for more adventures.

First attempt to do this one, was just as footy training began [:(!] so headed back in to do Loxton FC. Hit a roo on the way! [xx(] I think there is a locationless cache for that on GA! Smile Went and did a couple of hours of work and came back at 10 pm and had the place to myself. Find #115 and FTF #11.
