###**CACHE OWNER ACTION REQUIRED PLEASE**###
----------
Hi there Cache Owner,
This cache has come to my notice as there is a 'Needs Maintenance' log that that indicates there is some sort of issue with the placement and it needs your attention please.
Check out the Guidelines here: [**cache owners responsibilities.**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines#listingmaintenance) If you can't attend to the issue promptly, then you need to [**Disable the cache**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=235) - I have Disabled it for you this time.
**Can you please respond to this situation (or indicated your intention) within 14 days,** so others know exactly what is happening with this cache?
You have lots of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:
- Check on the cache, repair and/or replace the cache or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the praises.
- If you really hope to get it fixed but there is some unusual reason why you can't do it soon, then at least post a Write Note log (within 14 days). Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. For ongoing issues (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 28 days so as to keep everyone up to speed.
- If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it,**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when I next look at the cache page, it is likely that I will unfortunately have to de-list (Archive) it on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.

Out with my friend D & the Sissies for a bike ride, walk & play in the park near the little one's old kinder.
My phone GPS isn't great, but luckily many hands make light work and the girls enjoyed the hunt until they stumbled across this one.
The whole cache was waterlogged and I didn't bother writing in the log.
Thanks for the cache don55.

A quick find with Genghicat . Welcomed by a cockatoo washing itself. It really didn't want to move and did so with reluctance and fowl looks... ok maybe i imagined the looks. The cache was soaked and we could not turn pages. Also smelled mouldy. Needs attention. Tftc
Took some looking, but taking a step back really helped.
Like previous finds - log was saturated.

Not much activity in the area this Sunday, which made the find less conspicuous. Unfortunately the log books were saturated, a shame given we are up over 350 finders now. Thank you don55 for placing a cache here.
After spending a lot of time searching under rocks near the given coordinates, we took a step back and had a think for some logical hiding places. Once we broadened our search we found it within minutes. Container was very wet inside and log book completely soaked. Tftc!
Found by Team GeoCoopers.
Interesting ride on Puffing Billy today, several stops to move and cut up fallen trees. Before on actually fell and got the train. It then reversed back down to Cockatoo. While the engine changed ends using the Cockatoo siding and the rest of the train visited the local shops, and we grabbed this quick and easy rail side find.
Thanks Don55.

Followed navigation but did not find, we are newbies so could be us but noticed last entry mentioned it soaked so maybe it’s been taken away to dry out.
Was really cool seeing how many people had visited it throughout the years!!! 10/10 would recommend this one
Found it, was out in the open placed back and hidden, signed log took red button left a magnet a cache stone.

After the Saint Arnaud lead-up event in Emerald, we'd checked out the trail to Gembrook and now were in need of some coffee! We had a few more to pick up along the side of the road before heading for home. I dropped some Empire pathtags in some of the caches we found today. Make sure you log them on pathtags.com if you pick one up. Thanks for the cache don55.

Good timing.... had to wait for a bloody train to disappear before tackling this one.... TNLN TFTC
Found at 1720 on a caching stroll around Gembrook & Cockatoo with SirJ-Oz and Muggle-L. This one had us walking in circles for quite a while, and after a day of walking around in the heat were were considering calling it a fail, then SirJ spotted a piece of detritus that may have once been a trade in the cache, and Muggle-L spotted the camp soon after. My contribution was to retrieve it, being the closest person to it at the time.
Thanks for the cache don55.

Find #4052. Found @ 17:24 with AmethystPig and Muggle-L
My self-appointed challenge for the year is to get 1000 finds for the year, and I've fallen behind in that. To get me closer, AmethystPig, Muggle-L and I decided to walk the Cockatoo to Gembrook trail.
Now that we'd walked the trail, there were still some nearby caches to find. Traveling back to where we'd started, we had another nearby option to find. We definitely didn't take the best route to get to GZ from where we'd left the cars. After a little look around, we'd checked the hint and didn't think it narrowed anything down much, but Muggle-L channelled her inner eagle, and used her eagle-eyes to spot the likely location.
Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables.

Combined effort - lots of searching..Muggle-L watching AmerthystPig and SirJ-Oz from on high spied a likely spot and AmethystPig quickly made the find.
In town for a spot of lunch, we paused here on our way back to Emerald. With it being nice and quiet here today, I had plenty of time to find this good sized cache. TNLNSL. TFTC. KKams
As we approached GZ, we checked the hint. Made the search easily as suggested by the hint. TFTC don55.

Found this one hidden safely away as described! Grabbed the TB too. Geokids has fun swapping swag. TFTC
There appears to have been a bit of work done here so I fear this may have disappeared
Here from Qld and enjoying some cool temps. Some nice caches around and the good thing is that caching takes you to places one would never venture to on your own. TFTC, drppoed TB.

First stop of the day, and I followed AlphaDeltaIndigo out of the cars and chalked up a find while a steam train pulled into the station.
Thanks, don55.

On a mission to celebrate leafotwind's 3000th cache with the finale to an epic chase around the state, I found myself riding shotgun in locus cache's infamous Harry, in convoy with the milestone achiever (of course), ahomburg, n0w0rries +Wife, AlphaDeltaIndigo, and sundry canines.
Half of the time, I wouldn't have been able to tell you where I was, but we celebrated in style, with a tree climb or two, a huge workout up Gentle Annie and some fantastic caches on the 4X4 tracks and forest roads east of Cockatoo.

Nice little spot, bit industrial - all those distractions made the find harder than expected, and coordinates seemed a little off, but got there in the end. TN left TB (it needs a trip out of Vic, to Portugal ) SL TFTC
Perfect weather to escape for the day with crank1 travelling from Emerald to Gembrook area. Nice and found. Thanks don55 for the cache.

A spare bit of sunlight so the little fella and I grabbed a few local caches. Tftc.
We had been for a drive around the ranges and were stopping at various points along the way to stretch the legs. This was the first I found in Cockatoo. It didn't take too long to find, though I was glad I was searching before Puffing Billy came through. Muggled by a train of people wouldn't be great! TFTC!
Out with Jascat today riding our bike from Cockatoo to Gembrook. We made this find when we returned. TFTC

I needed to get my weekly step count up and what better to do that than to go find some caches. I had spied the caches set along the nearby walking trail some time ago and reserved them for a time where a good long walk was desired. I then thought to myself that I might as well take the opportunity to supplement them with a handful of others to boost numbers to 25 for the day.
This was one such. Luckily there were no cyclists around and I had the area to myself because I took the hint a little too literally. For future finders, if you use the hint ignore the obvious.

It took three pairs of eyes to find this today in 32* heat. I had tried to find it a year or so ago but the GPS was all over the place due to cloud cover. It still proved elusive today but not so erratic readings and after reading hint geo partner found it. What a relief to have a smile here!
The first of many caches K8_98 and I found on this lovely summers day on the walk from Cockatoo to Gembrook. GPS was a few metres off, however we were still able to locate the cache from a few metres away for an easy find. TFTC
A nice location for a good size cache, which led to a quick find while visiting Cockatoo. Thanks don55.
These stations along the line here are charming. Today it was a quick find of this nicely sized container as we admired the views.

Thanks for bring me up to this wonderful place Don55. Glad to find the large container with huge log file. My GPS had me about 12 meters to tge west however.
Please be aware tge cache notes are a bit incorrect. Puffing Billy does actually stop at this station and the gentlemen from the local Men's Shed are going to rebuild the station back to its original 1930s look. This cache shouldn't have any problems however.

Found by geodaughter again. Geoson bomber looked at it & missed it again for the second time today
Just enough time for one cache in the area late this afternoon and this seemed the most likely to yield a quick-ish result.
Parking nearby I carefully picked my way across to GZ - despite the blue sky at my time of visit, the immediate surrounds were partially underwater, thanks to the heavy-ish rains that swept the hills over the previous couple of hours.
Still took me a bit of searching to find the cache though; after having no initial success where ,y phone indicated I widened my circle a bit and shortly after spotted something that matched the hint about 11m away - success!
Signed the log, took nothing, left some kind of alien action figure thingy. Thanks for the cache, don55.

Sorry about the generic logs on this one but, this was just another one of those caches that you end up picking up during the day and can not really remember much about. I do not really have much to say that made this cache particularly stand out at all but I would like to thank you for the cache none the less, without people like you this game would not be able to continue.
