Was walking along the path and found the remains of this one on the path, was just a container with geocache written on it and some calling cards but it was right by where this used to be so can only assume.

12.00pm. Didn't know this was disabled before we set out on holiday. Found the cache and it's all wet, it looks like a pile of rubbish, and all the contents are either rusty or mouldySad

An easy find if you don't mind the traffic mess near the bridge. Cache is in very poor condition as nothing is dry. I left all my spare bags at the previous cache. I recomend a cache overhaul to keep this cache active.

Cheers Terrortorian.

I stopped of to visit this cache en route to Auckland just especially to recover Magic Mickey.

There is quite a story to this. I freed Magic Mickey from our grandchildrens' toy box and placed it in my first cache. A month or two later some of the family were reading a log in which was recorded the uplifting of Magic Mickey and then I was in deep trouble. Magic Mickey it seems has sentimental value as a souvenir of a trip to Disney Land and is not a common old Mcdonalds Mickey.

Anyway, when I spotted his presence in this cache I just had to take the opportunity to make ammends.

Out Magic Mickey
In aussie Koala (friend for the somewhat soggy NZ Kiwi)

This cache in rather dampened state.

I added a couple of ziplock bags but everything was pretty damp.

Nice easy cache on a nice walk way. Sorry I did not have time to dry it out. The cache needs an hour in the sun. Tried to write in the log but ended up with only date and name to damp to write.
Out tiger in Kiwi
Thanks

The next cacher needs to take a waterproof container as everything is getting a little damp. A bit disappointed with the location as previous caches have been in scenic or special places. Thought this could have been in a better spot. Out ceramic (Hairy Dwarf) disc, in another animal of sorts.

Nice easy one to start the day: Only found by reading revised coordinates: Nothing in - Nothing out. Cache in OK condition,,,,,,,,,,,Freefall

So excited to be caching, I forgot to watch for geo-muggles (sorry). Found by following the clues rather than by coordinates - if I had read the log I would have found this out (duh)

Rebagged in dry bag.

Jessica strikes again!!! The score's not looking very good for me with finding these Smile

Kenneth wanted some Marbles since Lucas scored some earlier in the day, we replaced them with a wooden puzzle.

Cache is good condition

Nice easy cache to warm up for a days cache-hunting Smile Thanks to previous visitors (M@ & Green Eagle) for a nice dry cache Smile Scribbled the usual in the log. Nil in, Nil out.
- Noted WCC have sprayed extensively along the path and around the tree area, cache is likely to become exposed as greenery dies away. Dropped a load of pre-deaded foliage on it to minimise any unwanted exposure over the next few weeks.
