This one somehow never fired. Too far off the beaten track? Perhaps someone else can do better here?
Where I ended up did match the clue but I couldn't find anything other than other people's rubbish here. There seems to be a lot of work been done here in somewhat recent times so not sure if its me miscalculating or not. I enjoyed the walk in anyway thanks. However on rethinking one of the clues may not have been in the right place after all.
Some simple maths and the puzzle was solved. Headed out to do a few caches with Jarzoo out Kaiteriteri way so this was on the list. The 'Danger Keep Out' tape across the track was a nice touch and should keep nervous muggles away. Cache was quite exposed at GZ so tried to cover a bit better. TFTC, Biggles and Jarzoo.
Solved second time round after using the "phone a friend" option. The trick appears to be understanding the meaning of Q1, other than that the cache was a quick and easy find. Thanks Peter for steering us in the right direction. NINO, TFTC
Nice spot. We had no problem with the puzzle of with the find - just finding the time to get to the area. Still, done at last and on a lovely day. TNLN TFTC
Solved the puzzle at home and collected the box on the way past to Apple Sauce. Thanks.
I've found your cache!
Recently I had a bit of spare time in the upper end of the South Island and I managed to find a large number of geocaches. Unfortunatly due to an unexpected trip to Australia for family reasons I was called away from my Nelson adventures.... Now three weeks on I'm having to sit back and log the piles of caches that I did manage to find while I was down there. As there were a large number of caches, I've decided to throw in a generic log for all but a few of them.
Being a North Islander I was surprised at the sheer number of (glow in the dark) polar bears living in the upper South Island - I really didn't think it was that cold down there. And if I had of cottoned on eariler I could have traded for pretty much an entire chess set, one peice at a time. As it was I tended not to trade geo-junk but I did move a small number of geocoins around.
Of the caches I found I could not possibly choose a favorite but there are certainly both some challenging and very rewarding caches in the area. The best caches tend to be the ones where the owner has put in a bit of extra effort or extra thought into the challlenge and design of the cache, thanks to all those who did. I was also very surprised to see that there are a large number of caches placed in and around graveyards - I've never visiited so many in shuch a short space of time. I was pleased to see some new ideas around as well.
Warmest Regards,
Bobo.

Tape was still there, but we soldiered on through.
There was no danger or problems on the bit of the track we had to do in order to find the cache.

Found this one with no trouble with the help of the hint. DOC or council safety tape across track entrance so perhaps cache needs to be checked and disabled for the moment??

the co-ords I had put me just in the bush near the road! Sussed out where it was using the clues and a few good guesses. Cheers.
Thanks, a great view if wet underfoot! My map doesn't even have the road leading here marked on it! TNLN
Nice little park but a little squishy underfoot. Enjoying my tour of this lovely area. Quick find.

Nice One!!!!!!!Great spot at end of a scenic drive from either direction. Locals must have "convinced" the TDC to give them a flat communal back lawn. Easy find for the Blood Hound of the family. No GPS required, just aim in the general direction. TNLN Thanks
Found on the way back from Golden Bay today what a nice wee park in the middle of know where TFTC
Mrs. completed puzzle and assured me it was correct. We found the cache using the clue common sense and a bit of good cache sense. GPSr had us 220 meters off into the wilderness. TFTC
The Kiwi_Explorer team told me of this one, which they had already solved. Good thing as it wasnt't in my PQ.
No problems with the puzzle, Mr Google made sure of that. Met Moneydork at an earlier cache so teamed up for a couple of finds including this one. While Moneydork and Mr Explorer wandered about in the scrub Mrs Explorer found the cache in a much simpler to get to place. (We thought she had already checked there!) +TB TFTC.
A bit lucky with this find as weren't sure with the clues, prime numbers etc. Obviously failed maths. It must have been very wet when you placed cache as we followed big boot prints. Grabbed the Buzzy plane TB. Then off to Marahau to get some clams (cockles)
2nd FTF tonight found with a failing torch so i had to use it sparingly and walk some of it in the dark.Great spot for a cache although i was glad i was wearing gum boots as it was a bit wet under foot on the way to the cache from the recent rain.(May have been able to pick a dryer route if i had a torch that worked and it wasn't so dark).Puzzle took a bit of googling but got there in the end.TFTC with cache placements like the last few (Awesome),keep them coming
